The arrangement of shuttle bus service is not good.

The hotel was apartments with hotel service and feel. Great big rooms with everything you need. The service offering was extensive and great, but it took ages for things to happen. Roomservice was 1hr +. It is a huuuuge estate with all you basically need, but far from any nie beach or city centre. I was there for a wedding, so big group and lot's of fun, but would probably choose something closer to beach and city centre. Probably great fro Family or romatic getaways. I would sum up to say great value for money, but to far out.

Fantastic spacious 4* luxury villas. Great for families. Resort location is distant from main Phuket town; distance is made worse by local taxi mafia who camp outside resort gate and will lynch any metered taxi that tries to enter the resort. Metered taxi price to the airport should be 550 THB, mafia force you to pay 800 THB, hotel charges 1,300 THB. Avoid the hiked up resort prices by calling local restaurants like the Blak Cat who will pick you up and drop you back for free at any Laguna hotel room. Beach is sufficiently distant that you need a hotel shuttle to take you there. They claim they need 30 minutes notice but it took over 45 mins on one occasion (otherwise generally fairly prompt). Beach is relaxing. If you're looking for nightlife this is not the place for you; if you want a nice spacious 4* condo away from the bustle of Phuket town this is perfect.

My family and I (6 of us in total) stayed at this great 3 bedroom villa during December 2011. The moment we laid our eyes on the villa, we instantly love it!! It is spacious, clean and it's indeed a home away from home! We have everything we need there. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. They go all way out to make our stay as pleasant as it can get (thanks especially to staff "To" who provided us with so much valuable information as to how to get around and where to go. We truly appreciate it!) The surrounding is very serene and quiet. A perfect place to be if you want to stay away from the crowd. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from town so we finish all our shopping in town in one day so we need not have to travel downtown again. But to make up for this, the beach in this area is simply perfect. No crowd - just you, the sand and the sea. Perfect!! I would strongly recommend Outrigger to families or anyone who wish to have a quiet but perfect getaway!! Thanks Outrigger for making our holiday such a beautiful one!

the staff are all very friendly and helpful, just the cleaning ladies are not good enough. they spirit out our juice on the floor and did not clean it up...until i call the receiption, and they clean it up on the next day....i dont know why...and they did not change the towels everyday, it's really depends.... and it's far away from phuket town and pantong, need to take 1 hour travel...if you like night life, or want to shopping, better dont go here... but other than that, it's a good place for relax

We booked 2-room villa and they upgraded to 3-room pool villa - excellent! The staff is sincere and helpful, even we arrive in mid-night. Villa is clean and comfortable. Everything is great except it is remote from the center of Phuket

Stayed in villa. Very nice but felt like any upscale new neighborhood more than a resort. Nice relaxing place with good food and drink. Good value for money if you eat outside the resort. Services including taxi are overpriced, but just go outside and you will find cheaper local services. It's really nice with the free buses inside the resort - it is huge with over 30 restaurants.

the outrigger phuket is an excellent property if you dont want to stay in the crowded areas... it is in a secluded area with nothin else really nearby.. but they have shuttle service to the beach. they also have regular shuttle to the nearby hotels... the villas are spacious and very well done.. good breakfast but nothin hot... the kids room n the attendents there are very good... kids had a good time... bicycles were also available... all in all a good holiday...

長期滞在型のビラでとてもよかったです。小さいですが、プライベートプールもありました。庭での朝食も出来ました。ＮＨＫワールドは見ることが出来ました。キッチンにも一式の調理道具と食器は揃っていました。ホテルロビーまで行くのにカートを呼ばなければいけないのがちょっと不便でした（カートが来るのがよく遅れるし）が、、少し歩けばいいのですが、暑いので、、仕方ないですね。発展途上国では時間が多少ルーズなのは仕方ないですので早目の時間で予約するとか、３０分前、１５分前に催促の確認電話を入れるとか、、自分で対策を考えておけばイライラすることも少なく出来るとは思います。全般的にとても満足出来る滞在でした。個人的には使用したシャンプーリンスがとても合っていてよかったです♪（個人によると思います、友人はぱさぱさすると言ってましたので）。またぜひ泊まりたいホテルです！！

其實間VILLA就好似外國電影的獨立屋一樣。租車的位絕對推介，其實整個區基本都是這些不同品牌的VILLA，任君選擇。雖然一班FD煮飯仔，泳池吹水，但要注意聲浪不要過高，因為隔離屋可能人地已經買左黎住！所以要顧及他人。雖然地點遠了點，但有專車送去附近海灘。

Var her et døgn å er det beste plassen jeg har vært på .service på topp å den fineste villa jeg noen gang jeg har satt min bein på. Skal jeg til Thailand igjen vill jeg bo her noen døgn igjen det er sikkert som banken.:-):-)

Villa内設備齊全，連洗衣机也有，廚房爐具齊全。但位置偏遠，一定要自鴐，車可泊門口，方便出入。渡假村內風景優美，服務也不錯。

這次入住這個度假村, 真的很有度假感覺, 租住的是3房2廳連私家游泳池, 一家人在這裡度假聚天倫樂很開心, 酒店保養得很干淨, 又沒有旅行團的那種嘈雜, 下次會再來!

我们入住的时候拥有四个房间的别墅里面有私家泳池，小朋友玩得很爽，别墅挺新的，有厨房，可以自己做饭，有烤炉，微波炉，洗衣机，洗碗机，基本上家里有的东西他都有。也是岛上唯一拥有四房间的别墅。缺点是：离购物区中心区远，需要40分钟车程。酒店附近有家地道的泰国菜餐厅出品不错。

3베드룸 풀빌라에서 3박 지냈고요. 호텔의 시설, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 빠통, 푸켓타운 등의 푸켓 주요 관광지에 나가려면 적어도 1500바트 이상을 교통비로 사용해야 한다는 것이 유일한 단점. -호텔에서 불러주는 택시를 타고 빠통을 나가는 데에 편도 가격만 990바트, 푸켓타운은 700바트입니다. 하지만 여기저기 다니지 않고 아이들이 있는 가족이 풀빌라에서 휴향을 즐긴다면 가격대비 이만한 곳이 없을 것 같네요. 호텔에서 24시간동안 무료로 빌려주는 자전거를 타고 3km 떨어진 라얀 비치까지 하이킹 해보세요. 푸켓 자연을 그대로 느낄 수 있는 강추 코스!

我住三房bedroom. 整體非常滿意的villa, 地方大，設備齊全，每日都有人打掃泳池同房屋，所有員工都好nice, 我將會再次入住這間villa的。

시설로만 본다면 정말 최고...하지만 외곽에 있어 시설물 이용하는데 좀 불편..... 리노베이션으로 최신식 건물..정말 우리 집이었으면 좋겠다는 생각이 마구마구 들 정도...

入住的是LOBBY游泳池附近的公寓房，很新，设施不错，服务也好。除了下面提到的两个地方，一切都很不错。 （1）半夜1点多开始，房间里面的火警警报很大分贝的开始鸣叫，打电话问了，回答是设备故障，持续半个小时以上，孩子醒了乱哭。 （2）后一天下午2点多很热的时候，停电，接近一个小时，空调没了，很热。 以上两个问题，酒店没有解释，没有官方道歉，没有赔偿。问道服务员，他们只能很无辜的说Sorry。
