Nice hotel, very good value. Good location as close to metro line (exit 2 of Suitengumae metro station - Hanzoman line). Area has lots of good places to eat, 7/11 around the corner. Simple breakfast included.

Pros: Everything including price / Con: size of the room but it's usual in Tokyo. The nearest station, Suitengumae, is quite inconvenient to travel but Ningyocho station, to which it takes only 5 mins by work from hotel, has 2 different lines so you can go everywhere easily. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Very nice crew, pretty small but comfortable rooms. They only had a smoking room left for us, we do not smoke but assumed it wouldn't be too bad. But the room smelled like a big ash tray! the smell didn't leave the room for 3 days even though we left the window open the entire time. The location is pretty good for this price. Their breakfast was delicious!!! :) they had great coffee and a good verity of great food! Just don't settle for a smoking room if you don't smoke.

Nice atrium, I thought the roof was covered but it's not, so the temperature could be cold at night. Breakfast is included but selection is minimal. The location is minutes away from Tokyo Metro station Suitengumae and Toyko City Air Terminal. Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-11 are just nearby.

Very conveniently located next to Suitengumae station. Has restaurants and convenience stores surrounding the hotel. Very good for both business and leisure. Double Room is small for 2 people, okay for 1 person.

We stayed for 3 nights here and must say it is worth our money spent although the room ( as most in Japan) are small. Train stations are nearby as well as the popular fish market and the old Imperial Palace as well as Ginza shopping district are only a few stations away. Will recommend this hotel to traveller especially those travel light.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the subway. Not that many eateries and places to shop nearby as compared to my other hotels. The advantage is the simple breakfast provided each morning. It is palatable to eastern and western taste. The online price makes up for the cramped room and the time to Shinjuku and Tokyo stations.

Our recent stay in this horel was very comfortable and the reception service was very good. Tcat terminal was just across the road hence travelling to the airport was a breeze. We left our bags with the hotel for 5 days before checking in because we had to go to Sapporo and didnt want to carry all the bags and the hotel very graciously allowed us to do that. That was great service to us. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights. The room is really small, you don´t have space to open 2 medium bags at the same time. But the room was clean and breakfast quite good. The hotel is closer the subway, but the station has only one line, so you have to take at least 2 trains to get at any place, what was not inconvenient for us. To spend 2 nights, and just sleep this hotel is more then enough.

This hotel is located nicely close to the T-CAT Air terminal and close to several subway stations. The price per night was good. Breakfast was simple but ok. Rooms are very (!) small but the bed was so comfy.

We booked a double room and it was quite spacious. The amenities provided included bath salt which was very nice. It is located very near the Suitengumae subway station, so getting around is not a problem. The TCAT is just opposite the hotel, so you just need 10 minutes to cross the road, buy the ticket and board the bus to the airport.

Great hotel for families, business, those on a budget. The staff is super friendly and helpful and somewhat fluent in English. The area is in the business central, there's a supermarket and drugstore nearby, and a 7-Eleven for all your convenience store needs. Amenities are great. Nice smelling shampoo and body wash, disposable sponge, toothbrush toothpaste, etc. Breakfast is decent / good. They have toast, mini danish, mini croissant, salad, eggs, sausage patties, soups, coffee, tea, juice... while not the greatest quality or tasting, they are acceptable. Hey, it's free so I'm not too picky about it. Wi-Fi is only available in lobby but they have lan in the rooms so bring your laptops. Rooms are small, bathroom is small, but very clean. A/C works great. TV is widescreen but has about 8 channels or something like that. Room service is great too.

This hotel was pretty average, but exceeded our expectations considering the cost. It had a Lawsons/7-11 and a few good restaurants within a block. The only reason I would most likely not stay here again, is that is was not near a JR line, which meant when going out, or coming back, we had to take a few extra metro stops to get back. If you don't mind that, this place is great. For us, we will probably pay more in the future to stay at something along the JR Yamanote loop purely for convenience.

Rooms are small compared to the u.s but was very clean. Service was great! The area was convenient too. 2min away from the TCAT. 7-11 and lawson nearby along with a ramen and sushi restaurant. Also near to a post office and the metro station.

Nice hotel, good english spoken at reception. Typical business hotel with small room but comfy and clean. Metro and bus terminal close by.

I was very happy with this hotel. Slightly out of the way, but close to two subway stations, so actually surprisingly convenient. The hotel was clean, the included breakfast was good, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. The rooms are small (normal by Japanese standards, I suppose), but well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. LAN connection in the room, but no wi-fi there or in the lobby. About a 30 minute walk to the Tsukiji Fish Market, which was one of the reasons I stayed there. I would definitely recommend.

Rooms were compact but the bed was normal size, unlike some other hotels in Japan. Everything was of a very high standard and location was great. Close to a few different stations as well as the aiport transport station (TCAT). Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast which consisted of assorted coffee/tea, juice, mini pastries, salad, toast, clam chowder and not so good scrambled eggs.

Perfectly good city break Hotel. Good location near the Airport bus terminal.. Would use again. Rooms are very small but this is normal for Tokyo so should not focus on that too much.

This hotel is full of weird smells. The reception area smells like old smoke when you first come in. Our room on the 9th floor smelled like a swamp and we were never able to air it out. The room was small and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work well. The free breakfast consisted of salad, runny eggs, bread, and clam chowder and as you can imagine was not very appetizing. The bread was pretty good, so we just ate that, also the coffee was okay. The best thing about the hotel is it is located next to Tokyo city air terminal so it was easy for us to catch a bus to Narita airport with our luggage.

The rooms are clean & the location is excellent! Just that the rooms are too small for my family.The bed is smaller than a Queen size. The room is half a Home Bedroom size.

The Hotel was a great place just to down my head after a great day out in Tokyo. Very close to the TCAT and Suitengumae station, meaning that from Narita airport it took me the 55 min bus ride and then 3 min walk from TCAT to the Hotel. Suitengumae station gets you on to the Tokyo Metro and from there it's quick access to Akihabara, Shinjuku or any of the other great spots in Tokyo.

Great hotel if you want a great price and breakfast to get you started.

The hotel is conveniently located near the T-CAT terminal and Suitengumae metro station. As with most japanese hotels the rooms are very clean. The staff is really helpful though they don't speak english. The breakfast was alright to put you on your feet in the morning. I recommend it.

Excellent location close walk to several subways and stations and easy to get around to all cities in Tokyo via the Tokyo metro. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and service was excellent. The only main con for us, however, was that there was an awful stench coming from the bathroom even after cleaning. Staff very lovely, extremely helpful and approachable. Luggage storage was provided after we checked out which was great. Located close to airport limousine bus terminal which made bringing heavy luggage to the airport very easy (by avoiding crowded trains and having to walk around with them). Highly recommended for its convenient location with access to all Tokyo attractions and airports, and excellent service.

nice location and budge hotel for leisure traveling tokyo city. the hotel stewards with kindly service. I lost my mobile on the taxi. the hotel steward is kindly help to find my mobile efficiently. room is clean and with nice view, very near main tokyo metro line , hamzomon line and ginza line. for the people traveling around the city. will come back again!

Breakfast is simple, but good. Very close to metro station and TCAT. If you take limousine bus to / from NRT or HND you can easily access to the hotel. I recommend the hotel who are looking for a close hotel to metro station but not for exciting night activities because you need to take metro to get to Shinjuku or Shibuya area about 20-30 min.

櫃台人員服務很好.還有打掃房間的人員. 好像都是中國人.所以用中文跟她們溝通.都沒有問題.我們在飯店內連續住了八個晚上. 很安靜.沒有吵雜的聲音.房間內的電視也很大台.每天晚上都泡完澡才睡覺. 真的很舒適.平均一晚一個房間才1600元來說.真的很便宜.況且早餐還能吃到飽. 最重要的是.離利木津巴士真的太近了.就在對面.大前天要回台灣時.行李共有8大件.跟飯店借了推車推到利木津巴士站.司機就會幫我們提到車裡.所以還挺輕鬆的. 然後飯店離地鉄站也很方便.從飯店去水天宮前車站.只要二分鐘.飯店附近的人形町也很熱鬧.生活機能很好.太讚了.下次去還要再住這間飯店.

房間相當乾淨，櫃台人員態度友善且英文語言能力很好，行李需寄放時服務也相當周到，早餐簡單但樣式齊全且美味

House keeping每天幫忙打掃得很乾淨,但因為訂不到non-smoking的房型,smoking房間內的煙味真的蠻重的...冷氣吹出來的風都是煙味,不過地點真的不錯,只是水天宮前站位於半藏門線,除了去押上之外,其他都要靠轉車,通車時間較長,搭利木津巴士往返機場非常方便,往機場的車幾乎15分鐘就一班,能夠準時掌握時間!

交通非常方便，就在利木津巴士總站附近而已，走路約5分鐘就到了。早餐雖然很簡單，但好吃又免費。地鐵的話附近是水天宮站，但離人形町也不遠，走一下路就可以到達。附近有藥妝和百元商店，臨時要買個商品應急也很OK~

하네다 공항이나 나리타 공항으로 한 번에 가는 TCAT버스가 바로 앞에 있어서 무척 편리했구요. 지하철 역도 바로 근처에 있어서 장소나 위치는 정말 만족스러웠던 거 같아요. 전에 호텔스 닷컴에서 예약해서 우에노 근처에 호텔에 숙박했을 때는 방이 기계장비 옆 방인지 너무 시끄러워서 좀 불편했는데 이번에는 그런 것도 없고 방도 깨끗했어요. 무엇보다 저렴한 호텔치고 창문도 크고 환기도 잘 되고 햇볓도 잘 들어오는 게 진짜 장점이었던 거 같아요. 일본에서 비지니스 호텔 몇 군데 숙박해봤지만 이런 경우는 처음이었거든요. 조금 아쉬운 점이라면 조식인데 조식을 식당이 아닌 로비에서 먹는다는 점이 좀 특이했구 3일 숙박했는데 메뉴가 거의 똑같아요. 그래도 이 정도 가격에 조식까지 준다는 점을 감안하면 만족하지 않을 수 없네요.

직원들 모두 친절했고, 객실상태도 깔끔, 편리한 교통 등.. 땅값 비싼 일본이라는 점과 비즈니즈 호텔의 특징상 어쩔수 없이 객실이 지나치게 컴팩트하다는 점 빼고는 모든 것이 만족스러운 체류였습니다. 특히 check out 후 귀국시간까지 시간이 남아..짐가방처리때문에 고민했었는데, 가방도 맡아주시고 편리했습니다. 결론적으로 다시 일본에 가도 또 찾고 싶은 추억이었습니다. 감사합니다.

Hôtel placé près d'une autoroute mais qu'on ne voit pratiquement pas et qu'on entend surtout pas. Hôtel très bien situé, pour le métro de même que pour les bus en provenance de l'aeroport de Narita. Très bon accueil

Très satisfait! Propreté impeccable, petit déjeuné simple mais fournis, le personnel de l’hôtel se débrouille en anglais (pas si fréquent que ça au Japon). Bref, très bon séjour. Le seul petit bémol est l'emplacement de l'hôtel, dans un quartier de bureau donc pas du tout vivant le soir. Mais pas de panique, il y a une bouche de métro à 5 minutes.

Séjour agréable. Seul bémol pas de wifi dans les chambres que de l'internet par cable RJ45.
