If have other choice don't stay here it at red light area. Where at night when walking back people will ask you need ... And when arrive early at around 1 pm there is room available but hotel say if want to check in early will have to pay extra as their check in time is at 3 pm. They use it as an hourly rental. So give a miss for this hotel even it very clean and 8 mins to JR station if you know how to walk there.

Hotel room was clean and bathroom was big, with a bath tub. Amenities provided were adequate, including herbal salt, bath sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and face/hand soap. Front desk personnels were able to speak simple English. There are also maps provided in different languages (English, Chinese, Korean). Free wifi at the lobby. The hotel location is near seibushijuku station and 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station. No lack of food around. A good stay for singles and couples.

Friendly staff with good English capability; a little distance to station if your luggage is heavy; but the best bathroom (spacious and not clinically designed) I found in the hotels in the same price range and even better than some hotels in the higher priced range.

Hotel Location is kind of hard to find... Hotels.com should provide a much clearer map location (especially if its your first time in Japan, and doesn't speak or read the language). The 10 min walk from the JR Train station ended up being 1 hour and a half just looking for the hotel on our first night. The Hotel location is not bad at all (after figuring out where it was located). Staff was very nice, free Wi-Fi hotel lobby (you have to ask for the UN and PW from the front desk staff)

The hotel was fine. It's in the middle of Korea town. Lots of nice Korean restaurants nearby. The room was small, like I'm sure most Japanese hotels are. They had a new 42" TV, and the shower was big and lots of water pressure. The hotel is close enough to the subway stations, maybe a 5-10 min walk. It's in shinjuku, which is a bit far from most tourist attractions, but a short subway ride will get you anywhere. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Tokyo and looking for something not too expensive.

Though it was small, this room had everything we could have wanted: refrig, a good queen bed, and a high tech bathroom and toilet.

A bit far from the train station when you have heaps of luggage to carry. Close to Korean town if you're a fan of Korean food. No wireless internet (in testing at the moment, apparently.)

Located in the Kabukiccko area of Shinjuku , technically the red light area but also a place of pachinko places, bars and eateries this small Hotel is good value. A 15 minute walk to the station so light luggage only and shopping area of Shinjuku.Rooms dark, windows in some open onto the next door building wall but are clean and functional, quality bedding, tea coffee, small well laid out bathroom. Internet by cable only , no wireless which is disappoiniting, TV in Japanese only. No public areas.

Very nice hotel, located in the best part of Shinjuku, just 10 min walk from the Shinjuku Station. Room was very clean and comfortable, price was brilliant. There is little space to put your luggage, but it does not matter. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to Tokyo. Only criticism: breakfast. I got a "breakfast included" package, but the breakfast was a hotdog, which we skipped from day 2 on.

very convenient, newer hotel but AC unit in room wheezed and groaned all night long. pillows smelled, window didn't shut properly so noisy at night esp in kabukicho. overall would recommend if rooms were better maintained

Hotel Villa is nice with nice room, nice location and good price.

Perhaps the worst hotel experience I've had in my life. First of all, it was very difficult to find in the warren of hotels that surround it; the hotel staff spoke no English at all, and when I said to them in Japanese "I'm stood near hotel [X]", they still had no idea how to help. Later on it turns out I was about 30 metres away but they didn't know the hotel names adjacent! The first room I was put in smelt of vomit so I got put in a room on the ground floor. The hotel reception clerk seemed genuinely sorry for the inconvenience but it was a pretty awful room and I got no form of compensation except the offer of some febreeze if I didn't like the smell in there! The hotel itself is situated in the most seedy area I've been to in my life. I had completely different expectations about Shinjuku. Basically if you're white, African men pretending to be American will constantly, repeatedly approach you, grab you and genereally make your experience very very unpleasant. There was also an abundance of old Chinese prostitutes masquerading as Japanese on the streets too. It's impossible to find a single route without getting pestered. Even if you try to walk away from the black men, they follow you. I ended up just staring at the floor and pretending not to understand English. i highly regret booking this hotel, complete waste of 2 precious nights in Tokyo. Steer clear!

Everything is perfect, the condition of the hotel is brand new, and location is superb, really close to shopping and major JR line about 5-10 minutes walk from east entrance. It is also used for high end love hotel though, as Shinjuku itself is a famous red light district.

This is a pretty good hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet, although they are pretty small (as I would think most Tokyo hotel rooms are). Front desk staff speak servicable english and are willing to help out with any questions or look up any information for you. The area around the hotel (Shinjuku) is pretty hectic - it's Tokyo's "red-light district", and has a lot of gentlemen's clubs etc. It's also a bit difficult to navigate around the area. Getting to and from the airport and this hotel is reasonably simple, as you can catch the airport limousine bus for 3000Y and get dropped off at Shinjuku station (about 10 mins walk or a short cab ride from the hotel). All in all I was quite satisfied with this hotel, although if you want a more relaxing region I probably wouldn't recommend staying in Shinjuku.

房好細. 開行李箱都有困難. 離JR都有一段距離, 不過, 因為會經歌舞技丁. 行下行下都唔覺好遠.

早餐天天不同款式！每一晚都到鄰近的激安殿堂逛，還有韓國街，韓燒很好吃！！整體不錯！一次可能會再入住

雖然離JR新宿站有點小距離,但酒店服務很好,房間很乾淨,價格便宜.

設備不錯,服務人員親切熱心,行程中東西遺失了,請櫃台人員協助和景點連絡,沒想到順利的取回失物.真是非常用心.

호텔관리는 청결했지만 공간이나 위치는 아주 좋지 않습니다.너무 피곤해서 2시간 쉰후 체크 아웃하고 다른 호텔 찾아 묶었 습니다.

방이 너무 작다는 후기를 많이 봐서 걱정 많았었는데, 생각만큼 작지는 않았습니다. 혼자 지내기에는 매우 안락하고 좋았습니다. 욕실도 매우 깨끗하고 특히나 욕조가 넓어서 피로 풀기에 아주 좋았고, 침대도 깨끗해서 잠도 매우 잘 잤습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고, 조식을 방까지 가져다 주시는 것도 좋았습니다. 다만, 생각보다는 신주쿠역에서 조금 멀었습니다. 더군다나 가부키초 한 가운데를 가로지르는 길이 가장 가까워서 그쪽으로 오다보니 밤에는 조금 위험하다 싶기도 했습니다. 신주쿠와 신 오오쿠보에서 오는 길을 동시에 표시해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 덕분에 좋은 여행 되었습니다. 감사합니다~^^

ダブルの部屋でしたが、コンパクトなのにとっても快適でした。お風呂は広くて快適でした。是非また利用したいと思いました。

정말 대만족 입니다 - 더블룸이었구요 ~ 그리 넓진않았지만 ~ 욕실은 그래도 넓은편이었어요~ ^^ 정말 청결하기도 하구요 ~ 행사로 좀 저렴하게 다녀와서 ~ 가격대비 ~ 완전 짱이었습니다 ~ @@

有一天清潔完畢後少一人的盥洗用品，但後來向櫃檯人員反映後，就有補上，所以服務整體依舊沒有扣分。另外有一位櫃檯人員 - 小櫃先生，幫我們找到有賣一款ＰＯＲＴＥＲ包的分店，花了不少他的時間，真的非常感謝他。

No Hot Pot in Guest Room, and the HOT DOG breakfast is not a good idea at all.

鄰近便利店 警察局在附近常巡邏 雖有好多雜人出入 但治安不錯

思ったより新宿からの接近性も良く、大変満足しました。 部屋も今までは泊まったビジネスホテルの中で、最高でした。
