Hotel room nice, overlooking Piazza, sky-high ceilings helping the room size seem larger. Clean room, great breakfast and very nice jacuzzi.

The location is excellent and the room was nice although the bed was a little hard.

I had a marvelous two night stay over in San Gimignano at Leon Bianco. My room was small, but immaculate, and had a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Bathroom was very clean and well appointed with a great towel warmer! Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed the evening peace and comfort. This place is busy during the day (with tourist buses taking over the square) -- but we were taking day trips to the zillions of neighboring vineyards anyway, so no bother. Had a great room with two views (one of the square and one of the countryside.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Leon Bianco. And it is a lovely hotel. Many tourest only visit San Gimingnano for the day. Don't make this mistake. Stay overnight and I recommend staying here.The hotel is centrally located. The views from my room of the Tuscan countryside were stunning. Don't neglect to go to the old wall to watch the sunset/sundown-georgeous. The complementary breakfast is very generous.

We really loved this hotel and have already recommended it to friends. The location was excellent on one of the main piazza and within ten minutes walk of anywhere in the centro storico. Service was really excellent, front desk staff were incredibly helpful with directions, recommendations, even a little box of electrical adapters for those of us who forgot ours! Really pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, plenty of space and a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was fine, up on the terrace lovely. Not the cheapest hotel in town (although there are very few in the old town in any case) I thought overall it was excellent value for money.

Right in the centre of San Gimignano. Clean hotel with good rooms. Beds comfortable and not hard as most European beds are. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast. Access to hotel is available although you need to ask and do ask about parking, hotel staff saved us a fortune with their advice.

Location makes or breaks a stay on one's travels and this establishment is in the heart of San Gimignano. Unpretentious, clean and comfortable-the perfect place to use as a base for exploring the town

Lovely overnight stay in central San Gimignano. Lovely room with great views over countryside and helpful staff. 2 negative comments. 1. Breakfast poor. 2. Don't drive to the hotel - park in car park 2 and walk up the hill - unless you enjoy driving through roads designed for carts not cars!

Convenient location - in the main square, just diagonally opposite the best gelato I've ever had (gelateria piazza). Spacious and beautiful room. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are huge and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast on the roof terrace is lovely and the choice is wide. Although we did not have a great view from our room we did not front the square and had an excellent sleep. As a tip, we found it best to park first and walk to the hotel - the streets are so busy with tourists that we are glad we didn't try to drive up to the front door! Car park 2 is the most suitably located. The downside to San Gimignano is its sheer popularity - the car parks are full and there are so many different nationalities it could loose some of its Italian charm. Having said that it's a 'must see' and a place we will return too - for longer than one night next time!

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Gimignano. It is centrally located (beside the best ice-cream parlor in Italy!), very comfortable and what you would imagine a quaint hotel in tuscany to be. I must say that the staff of this hotel were extremely helpful and accomodating and there is a real family feel about the place.

Eu e o meu marido nos hospedamos no Leon Bianco neste mês de novembro (2012). Desde o início, tudo foi excelente. A localização é perfeita, o hotel limpo e charmoso, o staff super simpático e há uma atmosfera única pela história do prédio, da praça e da cidade e por todos os detalhes.

Superb service och ett mysigt hotell med en fantastiskt utsikt mot dalen

O hotel encontra-se localizado na praça da cisterna, em uma localização extremamente estratégica para aproveitar ao máximo as belezas da cidade de San Gimignano. Sem dúvida a cidade vale o pernoite, pois fica ainda mais bonita pela noite, quando suas ruas não estão cheias de turistas. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria a ficar no mesmo.

Gostei muito do hotel! A localização é ótima e a vista do quarto que fiquei é de cinema. Sérgio - Rio de Janeiro.
