Very good hotel and service just slightly small rooms but loved it.. Good and friendly staff

Staff very helpful, room was very clean and tastefully decorated..Close to Paddington Station and the City Tour Line. Hotel located in a very niice area. Well worth the money, will stay again.

This hotel is great value for money: the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great and only a few minute walk from Paddington station, rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is unfortunately rather poor and could be improved upon.

I stayed for two nights and on the second night there was no water. I contacted reception on multiple occasions and the solution was to wait. This was not suitable as I had meetings to attend. I then went to breakfast to "wait" and still nothing. I went to a meeting without being able to brush my teeth or have a shower. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL...

Room was basic but clean. Walls were a little thin, but would stay again. Good value for money.

Free wifi in the room. The room was quite small for a double but was adequate. Ideal for one night stay. Would not be suitable for an extended holiday if the weather was bad. Breakfast was excellent for the price including hot food which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good location about 8 minutes walk from Paddington Station and close to Edgware Road.

Good location, friendly staff. The heating wasn't working in the room but I got a heater from them, we struggled to get to the second bed in the room because it was very small/ badly laid out. Bathroom lovely and clean. Free wifi, good breakfast considering the price. A few things they could improve that would cost very little but improve the customer experience - Re-print and frame the notice re fire safety in the room, list the channels available on the tv, lose the old rugs in the room, lose the old bed covers & all the cushions n the bed, Have a hotel guide/ list house rules in the room etc

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in London for work and have stayed here at least twice that I recall. Very close to Paddington station (and only 5-10 minutes from Edgeware Road), the location for work or tourism is pretty top-notch. The rooms and bathrooms are larger than most you'll find in the West End of London (although most people will still complain that they're too small - trust me, they are huge compared to many local competitors!), and the cleanliness and comfort is pretty good. There were a couple of niggles with my stay which were dealt with competently and with care by the young man working the night shifts, and overall I don't really have much to complain about. It's not a location for a luxury romantic break, nor is it going to be somewhere you should stay if your intention is to lounge around in your room all day, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and of considerably better quality than many hotels in the same price bracket, you would struggle to fault it.

Only stayed here for one night at the end of February. Booked a single room which was in the basement - very small but very clean and would recommend for the price. Nice comfy bed. Very quiet neighbourhood yet a stones throw from Paddington Station. Breakfast was sufficient, cooked available (beans & scrambled egg) or continental. Would stay here again for future visits. Only negatives: size of room (but you get what you pay for) & TV not working (but again - why go to London to sit in a room & watch tv!)

Excellent value for London and easy access to Oxford Street and West End.

Rooms too small and compact. Shower and toilet room very small and uncomfortable. Staff friendly and supportive, but doesn't make up for the tiny facilities.

friendly & helpful staffs!! I had a room on 4th floor, however I had 2 big baggages with me, very heavy one! And staffs exchange a room for me on ground floor, one bigger room!! Nice!! Love people there!!

Great location near Paddington Station, pubs and restaurants and so enjoyed our stay. The problem we had was that the room was too small and so was the bathroom - although it was very clean - so unfortunately we will not be staying there again. Bigger rooms and we'd be back in a shot.

...there are about 20 hotels in the couple of blocks surrounding this one that are probably better and not much different in price. I stayed only one night so it was fine and I didn't complain. I ordered a single room, which in any hotel I've stayed in before involves a double bed and at least some space to move around. This room was extremely tiny with a single bed that felt like an old spring mattress. The room itself was clean and the decorations were nice, so again, if you're trying to save some money and you're only staying for a night, this is really fine. I had one incident where I accidentally locked the key in the room and went to the front desk to ask for another one to unlock it and retrieve my own. I was told that there is no other key for the room, and they'd have to call a locksmith that would only open at 9am (I was in town for a business meeting at 9am so this would be completely unacceptable). The man at the front desk tried everything he could and then actually climbed out onto a small roof to go in my window, so this service was AMAZING. However I found it to be ridiculous that there was no second key/master key and that he even had to do this. I couldn't decide if this was a plus or a minus for the hotel. The breakfast was fine but nothing special - some fresh fruit (apples and bananas), dry/stale croissants, toasted white bread (not stale), beans, and a choice of three different cereals plus various drinks. All in all my stay was fine, however if I were going to stay in the area again I would explore other options and try to pay more for something a little more spacious. Please note that I did try to change rooms for something bigger as I didn't realize how small it would be, but I was told there were no other vacancies - it's possible that other rooms are nicer/bigger in this hotel, it just wasn't my own experience.

We spent 2 nights at ABC Hyde Park Hotel and I can write that for the cheap price we paid we were worried. However, even if it's not the holiday inn, we have been quite surprised for the double room en-suite we found, its cleaness, the service at the hotel and so on. The breakfast was plenty, with the necessary. Juices, croissants, eggs (fried if wanted to), bread, jams, etc Honestly, I can't write anything wrong of it. Really silly silly things. For example, the sheets, didn't looked very cleaned and had some spots on it. I'm sure they were sterilized and they were old spots, but probably they could try to clean them better and properly or to buy new ones sometimes. Then, I found a hair in the jar of milk one morning,it can happen, it was promptly changed by the lady there. I would suggest them to use others jars with lids on the top. That's it. Absolutely recommended hotel!!! Go for it!

The hotel room was small but clean and the bedding and window curtains looked stylish. There was a sky TV in rooms, the walls between rooms are not very thick, so yes, you can hear your neighbours watching TV. The bathroom and shower was new, nice and clean. The breakfast was a disapointment however - they served several typs of cereal/cornflake breakfast, yoghurt. I choose baked beans, with an egg, toast and that is it....no bacon! No tomato! And the beans were cold... Hope you will have a better experience with the breakfast they serve...

Att hotellet ligger nära Paddington station varifrån man kan ta sig lätt runt stan var ett plus. Själva hotellet var i helt ok skick, tyvärr fick vi rummet vägg i vägg med receptionen som är öppen hela dygnet, och väggarna var väldigt tunna så vi hörde allt som sas. Själva rummet var ok, ganska litet men relativt välstädat. Men är man mest intresserad av att se London och inte vistas så mycket på hotellet, duger det!

Huone oli todella pieni. Suihkun lämpötilan säädin oli jäänyt jumiin ja sieltä tuli vain polttavan kuumaa vettä. Vasta kolmannen kerran asiasta ilmoitettuamme hotellivirkailija tuli voimalla vääntämään sen toiseen asentoon, vaikka olivat mm. luvanneet että putkimies tulee sen korjaamaan. Vain yksi peitto kapeassa parisängyssä. Kysyimme toista peittoa, mutta ilmeisesti sitä ei löytynyt koska virkailijat eivät ilmoittaneet mitään, lupasivat kyllä katsoa jos sellainen löytyisi. Oven avausnuppi oli irti mennessämme sinne eikä sitä korjattu koko kolmen päivän vierailumme aikana, vaikka ilmoitimme siitä heti ja henkilökunta kävi paikalla toteamassa tilanteen. Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällistä, mutta ei aikaansaavaa. Hinta/laatusuhde ei kohdallaan.

Meget små værelser, som det jo altid er i London, men dette er godt nok det hidtil mindste jeg har set. Værelserne var dog pæne og velholdte, morgenmaden bedre end forventet, og området helt fantastisk. 15mins gang til Oxford Street.

Vain pari sataa metriä Paddintonin asemalta, johon tulee Heathrow express -juna ja josta kulkee metrot. Sadan metrin päässä myös muutama hyvä ruokaravintola, jos ei pidemmälle jaksa lähteä syömään. Aamupala OK, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet ovat erittäin pienet, mutta se ei meitä haitannut, koska kävimme huoneessa vain nukkumassa. Huoneissa ei ole jääkaappia (minibaaria).

Dags för renovering, det börjar bli mer slitet än lovligt. Mycket bra läge, dock.

Jeg bodde 6 netter på ABC Hyde Park Hotel, og er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.Hyggelig betjening, god og variert frokost, og stell av rommet hver dag. Nye håndklær 3-4 ganger i løpet av oppholdet.Balkong ut mot den flott beplantede gata, rommet var nyoppusset. Det tok 5 min å gå til Hyde Park, omtrent det samme til Padington Station. Med vanlig konis var det ikke problem å gå til sentrum, dessuten flere bussruter tett ved. Jeg ville valgt samme hotell ved en senere anledning! Anbefales!

Jeg og lillesøsteren min var fire netter på dette hotellet, og vi var kjempefornøyd. I forhold til pris syntes vi det var utrolig mye bra! Service var helt utrolig! Hotellrommet var ganske lite, men man trenger sjeldent mer! Anbefales på det varmeste! Ligger veldig sentralt mellom Paddington og Hyde park!

Ligger i Paddington nært til Hyde Park.Greit sentralt. Rent og pent hotell men rommene var veldig små. Ingen felles oppholdsrom så vi var mest ute. Bør ikke ha snev av klaustrofbi her. Da kan det være du får problemer...

Seuls petits reproches : pas de table dans la chambre, pour s'éclairer dans le lit, un simple lampadaire que l'on doit brancher au risque de se prendre les pieds dans le fil en allant de nuit à la salle d'eau. Chambre propre, lit confortable, petit déjeuner correct, accueil souriant et serviable.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell för den som vill ha ett enkelt och billigt ställe att bo på. Rent och fräscht och trevlig personal. Max 5 minuter till Paddington station och därifrån max 5 min till Oxford Street. Jag skulle mycket väl tänka mig att bo på det hotellet igen nästa gång jag besöker London för shopping.

Var her med kjæresten min i tre dager, og var veldig fornøyd. Hyggelig personale, koselig rom og helt ok frokost. Rommet er veldig lite, så man skal være litt glad i hverandre om man skal bo på samme rom. Ligger veldig sentralt, rett ved restauranter og undergrunnen. Hadde noen hyggelige dager her :)

Bra hotell i den prisklassen, små rum.

L'hotel è in una posizione molto comoda, per chi va in vacanza e sta tutto il giorno in giro è ottimo. Gli spazi sono stretti ma vivibili e rispetto a tutto ciò che ho sentito degli hotel a Londra questo è più che dignitoso. Niente insetti in giro. prenotate la camera senza colazione, perché c'è il brick con l'acqua da scaldare per il te'. ci tornerei

Minsta rummet jag någonsin sett och lite fläckar på handdukarna. Annars var det ett helt ok ställe att bo på, man får verkligen vad man betalar för i London. ABC låg mycket nära Paddington-station och där ifrån gick både tåg och tunnelbana mycket bra. Frukost ingick och den var också helt ok.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i roligt fint område men tæt på undergrund. Værelset er lille med pænt. Badeværelset er dog meget småt med dårlig belysning. Det kan man dog leve med hvis man bare er på shoppetur.. ;-)

I will write it in english as not everybody understands swedish. This hotell is great for business trips. its in the middle of london, very close to the hilton hotell, to the center, oxford street etc. The service was perfect, good people, theres is a small breakfast also .. For me it was perfect, they clean the room everytime you go out. they are informative. and they help with what you need. I stayed there 2 nights for 96 GBP and I think its the most valuable money for this price and quality. You have a nice shower and a big bed, also a toilet, couple of lamps .. tv, digital channels.. VERY FAST WIFI . I will defenitally go there again. Yaniv. (try to get room 1)
