Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites - דנטון

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times have found it to be wonderful. Staff is awesome, hotel is clean and maintained very well! Love it and will stay again in the future!

It was very clean & comfortable, the building is new, so there were neat additions you don't find in old hotels, like the free wi-fi. I enjoyed the different items offered with the breakfast, but I would have preferred bottled water and to keep the breakfast area cleaner during the busy morning. I noticed the hotel offered drinking water in the room but I didn't see anything other than a sink where the coffee station is.

We love staying here and plan to continue to as our son will be entering UNT in the fall. However, when we came in for our late arrival, there were guest who were hanging out in the lobby in their pajamas, barefooted or sock footed. Did not make a great impression. Not sure if the desk manager has authority to address situations like that. When we got to our room, there were 3 women obviously having some sort of serious/problematic discussion in front of our door - we had to ask them to move so we could enter. At 3:00 a.m. - there was alot of loud noise and yelling in the hallway. To the point where I had to step out and remind them that is was 3:00 a.m. and that there were other guests in the hotel. The following morning breakfast was backed up and again alot of the same guests inappropriately dressed for common areas. Obviously there was a large group staying at the property. There was no problem with the hotel, just not happy with the guests this go round.

The room and hotel are very nice and very clean. The breakfast is very good - they could afford to staff it a bit better. The dining area was a mess with no dedicated service for clean-up.

We were in town for my nephew's Eagle Scout ceremony and stayed for 1 night. Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was awesome!

Only stayed two nights, but the room we had was huge. Everything was very clean. The bathroom shower was glorious, with a big shower head and two shoulder height jets of water. The bed was great, if you like fluffy and soft. Would stay there again.

This was a great place for me and my boyfriend to stay while I visited friends and family. It's right off the highway so it's easy to find and there are two or three good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel (Roadhouse and Cheddars I think). The ONLY downfall for this hotel was that some of the drinks that were in their market pantry area (that you pay for) were expired and while the girls working there were very nice and even fun to hang out with, they weren't too concerned about checking the other drinks and replacing them. We'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!!

Great place. Clean, spacious, very good breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always had good experiences. This was not the case during this stay. Our room was on the first floor right next to the door leading to the outside. We could hear the door slam shut continuously starting at about 7:00 am both Saturday and Sunday morning, along with people talking loudly, children yelling, crying, etc. Impossible to get any rest throughout the day. Also, the ice machine on our floor stopped working Saturday morning which was very inconvenient.

This was the third time I've stayed at this motel. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. If you want to stay in a nice, very clean motel in a good area of Denton, I would highly recommend this place. That's where I'll be staying if I'm in that area again.

This Hotel is awesome and I stay here every time I go to Denton. They do need to do something with the mold in the showers.

This was the best hotel we have been in in quite a while. Rooms were very nice, was clean and a great breakfast. Thanks!!

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! i have two sons, a daughter in law , three of the cutest grandbabies in the world. and several friends in Denton. I stay here every time I visit Denton. There has been occasions where they were completely booked and I was forced to stay at another hotel and was so disappointed. This hotel meets ir beats all of my expectations. They are absolutely the best!!!!The breakfast is fit for royalty!!! LOVE IT!!!!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous throughout and no one would ever be disappointed staying here. My only advice is to skip the breakfast which leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise - you won't find a better hotel anywhere near this price in the Denton area! ****

Loved it, this is an extremely nice hotel and the price was awesome. My wife and I will absolutly stay at a best western premier again.

While the appearance and cleanliness of ths hotel was beyond comparison, there were a few problems that we encountered. The positive is that the decor and furnishings were stunning, something you would expect from an expensive boutique hotel in NYC. The decor did not stop at the lobby however but continued onto all floors and we presume all rooms. Our first problem we encountered is that we found the hotel had overbooked upon arrival and were given a room that was below the level we had reserved. This was resolved through a credit. The biggest problem however and the one that deserves mention here is the breakfast service. While a large step above a Continental Breakfast found in other hotels, the ability of the help to keep the available items stocked was disappointing. We had to constantly ask for even basic items such as orange juice and butter. And the culinary chef prepared omeletts - pass on them, they were skimpy and undercooked and not worth the wait.

"Loved it ! " New hotel ,grate location, near Stores, good Restautants and, reasonable price. I highly recomended.

This is one of the nicest Hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was spacious, very nice and comfortable. I really loved having a ceiling fan! This will be my Hotel every time I go to Denton

Great location near I 35 (but quiet), super priced king suite with a good bed, one can walk to many restaurants, and the staff was friendly. A chef prepares omlets which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel as we stayed 3 nights. It is a green hotel so we had to ask for soap after the 2nd day-but we received it quickly. I would stay again!

Wonderful as always!!!

The front desk staff was great, the housekeeper was lacking, she emptied the trash and did not replace the liners. There were not enough towels the room was book for 2 adults and 2 children and had only one bath towel, two hand towels and 1 washcloth. The front desk staff promptly brought trash can liners and towels for use. Overall stay was okay, was disappointed this time around we usually stay here evertime we visit family. The front was noisy with children running in and out with no supervision, and a big family gathering that decided to take family pictures in the lobby when guest are trying to check-in.

This is no average Best Western. Everything was perfect here and even better for the price! Perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Both times we were impressed with the quality with the price. New, very clean hotel, rooms are large and modern. Beds are very comfortable. Great omelet station for breakfast. This hotel won on of Best Western's "best of" something in September. We will be staying here whenever we are in Denton.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at.

The hotel and my room were beautiful. After checking in and unpacking, I left with my family. When I returned to the hotel (around 10 PM) my room was very hot. I tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn't work. At my request, the hotel sent someone to my room and he said the thermostat was broken. The hotel rep said if it got too hot, I might be able to change rooms. By then it was 10:45 at night and I would have had to repack, move to another room, and unpack. Because of the late hour, I stayed in the room but slept only about 3 hours as the room was at least 80 degrees. I was surprised upon check-out that the hotel offered no adjustment to the rate.

I do not have one complaint about this hotel!!! I actually changed route on the way home just to stay another night here.

Great Hotel, very convenient to surrounding restaurants, near mall too!
