This is an exceptional hotel in every respect. From the personalized greetings from the staff to the delivery of the paper and housekeeping requests to the valet closet, a wonderful experience.

Lovely room, the restaurant is surprisingly good. It is at the middle of the strip so quite close to everything. The best is there is no casino at the hotel. Having visited many other resorts I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but Mandarin Oriental.

By far the best quality hotel on the strip in terms of room view, customer service, cleanliness and location. If you're looking for quiet clean place to stay after a night out this is it. The only downside is that it's the only major hotel on the strip without a casino and a club. This might be an upside to those traveling with family. Also entry to rooms requires a key card which makes things complicated for the "ladies of the night". Again, this is great for those with family. If you're looking for something more "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" go to the Aria.

Very clean and quiet. Attentive staff. I never smelled cigarette smoke anywhere at the hotel or its common areas. We don't gamble so no casino yet in the heart of the strip was a great plus.

I was so glad I decided to splurge for this hotel. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place, and made all the difference in my trip. I love the excitement and craziness of Las Vegas, but after you've had enough, you don't want to have it at your hotel. The Mandarin is a wonderful refuge from all of that. The emphasis here is on serenity, relaxation, and de-stressing. Perfect!! And as many others have stated in their reviews, there's NO SMOKING and NO CASINO! This is such a plus. Also, I had some fantastic food at the Mozen Bistro, and the service was top notch and not stuffy. All the staff were extremely friendly and down to earth, not what you might expect at a place like this. The Mandarin Bar is pretty cool, and being in a hurry one night, I stopped by for a quick bite. The burger sliders were just the ticket, when you don't have the time for a proper sit-down dinner. The view is just incredible, and I recommend stopping by while staying here. I will definitely stay again, as I feel I've been spoiled now, and would find anything else just so much less.

Quiet and beautiful building with fantastic service and perfect location between Bellagio and Monte Carlo.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this one is memorable as a truly delightful experience in every way.

Las Vegas is the last place on earth I want to visit again but for this final trip for a 70th birthday celebration, all I can say is wow. While the rest of Las Vegas is full of cigarette smoke, schlock and mediocrity, the Mandarin Oriental is a cut above the rest. Five Stars all the way. I will definitely stay at other Mandarin Oriental properties in the future.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were immediately welcomed by the friendly valet and lower lobby staff. Checking in was actually relaxing, and the hot hand towels were an added bonus after such a long drive. When we walked into the room, the curtains opened (wow) and the light music could sooth even the worst of road rage drivers. The room was perfectly clean and the light send of lavender couldn't be topped. The overall experience of staying here was awesome. Only two things that slightly perturbed me was 1 the odd location and 2 the sound the center elevator to the guest rooms made (can someone say WD40?). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Hotel location is prime and a bit of a secret from the surrounding hotels. Because there is no Casino, the hotel has more a chill vibe with high end amenities, bar, pool etc. Starbucks just opened and if you like to get away from the crowds after your night out, this is the place!

This is a very nice hotel. The lobby is serene and beautiful. Service is good. The room was nice (Cityscape King) but for the price I would expect a bigger room. I was ready to be "wowed" and was just slightly underwhelmed. The bathtub is nice and the bed is comfy.

Pros: - Rooms secluded from the noise and traffic of the Strip when you are ready to throw in the towel at the end of a late night. - Superior customer service from all staff you encounter. - Potentially the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. - Room-control technology on the TV and at the bedside was surprisingly convenient for setting alarms and opening the curtains. - Large bathtub and translucent glass design of the bathroom. Cons: - Square footage of the standard room given its price point was a little cramped, particularly when compared to my experience at The Venetian. - Number of steps it takes to get to where you want to be on the Strip: as mentioned, I appreciate the positioning away from the traffic, but the design of the entry/exit routes is very inconvenient for a pedestrian (maybe I was supposed to have a driver). - Strange mirror set into the exterior window blocking a portion of the view. Overall a great experience that was worth the money, but I will likely explore other options on my next trip to keep things interesting.

The Mandarin Oriental aspires to be an oasis-like experience on the strip. Escape to a zen ambiance in this upscale hotel. The bar is amazing, the rooms exceptional. I had a problem with a leak in the metal hose to the bathtub, and the exercise schedule never arrived in my room as promised by the front desk. In spite of these glitches, I would definitely return.

AMAZING spa services. No casino makes for a nicer, more peaceful hotel experience. GREAT service in general.

Service was amazing, room was spectacular. Only down side was the service at its neighbor hotel Aria was terrible. Just walk further when looking for a casino, skip Aria.

This hotel was perfect, Staff defines hospitality, Spa is beautiful. Location is ideally right on the strip but since it doesn't have gambling, the energy is wonderful.

I'm a regular guest at five star hotels around the world and The Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas is a stand out at a fraction of the cost. The entire experience was perfection.

Lovely hotel without a casino or the accompanying rowdy crowd and stench of tobacco. Modern room with remote-controlled lighting, curtains, and room temperature. Large bathroom with clean tub. Shampoo/conditioner/lotion in 1.35 oz tubes (bigger than most). Clean sheets, cozy bed. Hallway carpets are clean and well-kept; morning and evening visits from housekeeping. Separate elevators for hotel guests; main lobby is on 23rd floor. Valet parking only, it seems. This will be our new Las Vegas base now that the Ritz-Carlton at Lake Las Vegas is gone.

I don't really want to write a great review b/c prices will go up and people will start staying here, but they really should be rewarded for the service. I went with a Bachelorette Party and although my group was wild, we came back at night to a zen'd out hotel lobby, which was 20-million times better than the craziness that is the rest of the strip. It's also in the middle of EVERYTHING and has a 24-hr CVS on the corner so you're not paying $14/bottle of water. Oh, and they bring you extra water bottles. I can't say enough nice things about the Mandarin... YOU HAVE TO TRY SUNDAY BRUNCH @ Mozen Bistro. TO DIE FOR...

This facility is excellent with a beautiful setting and quality staff. The room had floor to ceiling windows giving you the feeling of sleeping on a deck. Reception is on the 23rd Floor providing a dramatic view north up the strip. I'll return

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Not only was the view and the location on the strip great, it was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were spectacular. I stayed here for 5 days, and must say it was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Needed something, they brought it up to the room. The spa service was exceptional as well as the dining was top notch. Since the hotel is 100% non-smoking, it felt very refreshing from other hotels. Very close to the shopping, lots of attractions and more. The only thing that you'll notice that's a little different at first is that the lobby is on the 23rd floor.

I’ve been going to Vegas for years and often laughed at the comical disconnect between a Vegas 5 start hotel compared to everywhere else. The Mandarin is the rare exception, an oasis in Vegas one might say. The service was exceptional, the room amazing. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful NYE three night stay...service was gracious, impeccable, discreet and accommodating. The physical plant is well maintained and beautiful and the food quality without compare in Vegas, particularly Twist and MO Bar. Look forward to our return, I highly recommend for those looking for a tranquil oasis amongst the rat-race of the Strip.
