I stayed here because it was somewhere my friends were staying. I would probably stay there again if I needed a place in Berlin to stay. The location is fair far from the the various attractions but you can get over that way with a 10 minute walk to the U stations.

This hotel had a very nice staff, we even got to check in earlier which was a big plus for us! The lobby is beautiful (like a 4 star hotel) but the rooms are more of a 3 star hotel. Overall the neighborhood was really nice, alot of cafes, shops grocery and only a couple of blocks from the main street which takes you everywhere, all the hop ons and offs, a big shopping mall. Great value and we would definetly stay there again if we visited again.

Been at hotel before, good location in pleasant neighborhood. This time total indifference when reporting soiled toilet in room when moving in, staff indifferent in general. Rooms are comfortable, though, modern bathroom, breakfast buffet.

This is a budget priced hotel that is clean, well maintained and professionally operated. I would recommend it to anyone. It is however, without airconditioning which most North Americans do not want to live without. This is my second stay and I would return again without hesitation.

I booked a double room for single occupancy, but was given a very small single room with only a fan but no air-conditioning. It was clean but not comfortable bed, and very poor pillow! Breakfast was nice.

It's a bit far from major attractions but it locates in a nice residential area and easy to find restaurant, cafe and bars.

Their people are very helpful. The location is good. The only thing is that the single room is kinda small. Also, the internet speed is way too slow, you can barely watch a youtube video. They change internet password everyday so don't forget to ask for update. If you're simply staying for a bed (like me), then Domus is a fine place.

Overall, the hotel was comfortable, but was very small and had no conveniences. It was very much like a school dorm room. The internet was poor, but everything else was ok.

Public transport is close and a Taxi rank just outside. The breakfast is pretty average, but there are loads of lovely cafes around. Laundry charges in the hotel are steep, but there is a laundromat a block away. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Overall I had a good stay but make sure lock up your valuables in your room, as it is the same story "No responsibility will be taken!"

Booked per the recommendation of Frommer's Travel guide book - and it was a great recommendation! Great value! awesome deal! for the price, it's way under-priced for its quality & location, just 3 blocks away from Ku'dam...

Rooms are very small but that is by far outweighed by the price. Very clean and fresh feeling from the time you enter the hotel, right through your stay in the room. Perfect breakfast. Nothing extravagant but everything I could wish for. Location is very good even if it is a 15 min walk to Kurfurstendam. Friendly staff and good Internet connection throughout (but the story with getting a new password every day is ridiculous). Also, if you are in a double room an have 2 devices, you can't use the code at the same time (but since the htl was not full at the time, they gave me a second code but only because they weren't fully booked). All in all, great value if you are OK with a smaller room and smaller double bed than normally.

Are time in Berlin was a short one, And it was really nice that it was so close to Kurfürstendamm strasse. Location is really great, Hotel room was clean and nice but not a good view of the city, just a back ally. We had a little accident where a glass got destroyed, but the personal was really nice and say that it was okay. A other thing that I think was bad was the toilet in our room did not flush that well and they could not do anything about it they said. That make it unhealthy to live in that room, in my opinion. So we did not use the toilet that much in the room, we went down stairs. All in all it was a nice stay at Domus and if was not for the toilet I would give it 4 stars for the interior design, location and 24 hour staff.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I would definitely recommend it. It is quiet, clean, comfortable, with free internet and it is situated in a lovely leafy area in the former west side of Berlin. A bus stop is right outside the hotel also a 5 minute walk to the underground - 2 stops to the zooligical gardens. I would definitely stay here again.

U and S Bahn access very easy. Short walk to major shopping district. Room next door was being renovated, that is the only complaint.

The hotel had a very inviting reception area and public areas. However, soon as you get out of the lift and onto the corridors it goes from 2010 to 1960. The corridor I was on (floor 2) felt very old and tired. I got to the room and found that the room wasn’t quite what I thought it would be. There was a bottle of water in the room which was a welcome sight, but I feel a kettle would have been more beneficial but heh. The bed was comfortable but the pillows (I asked for a second you only get one on arrival) felt like they were made of meringue and was hopeless. The hotel says it has soundproof windows which is true I didn’t hear any noise from OUTSIDE the hotel but heard plenty on the INSIDE. I’m not sure what the walls are made of but for soundproofing they're as useful as the pillows. The room was cleaned everyday and the staffs were always very friendly. The easy way to get to the hotel is using the underground. If you're traveling from Schoenfeld go to Alexanderplatz then take U Bahn 2 to Wittenberg platz then U Bahn 1 to Uhlandstrabe then follow road with casino on your right hand side all the way down then its on your right. The hotel on its website says that all guest rooms offer an advanced level of comfort and technology, I wouldn’t agree with that statement to be honest. In retrospect would I book that hotel again or find somewhere else? I would probably find somewhere else; it didn’t quite live up to my expectations

The hotel is basic but clean and modern. Which was excellent given the very low price. The hotel is also in a handy location; surrounded by restaurants and near to a U-bahn station and bus stop. The staff where extremely helpful and made my stay easy a comfortable. Overall, I was very impressed, excellent value for money.

This hotel was very nice with a clean & modern reception, lounge and dining area. The rooms were ample sized with comfortable clean bedrooms. There was also secure car parking at the rear where we stored our bikes which we rented from a place just 5 minutes walk toward the Tiergarten which was very convenient as it is a good walk to tourist attractions such as the Reichstag, check point Charlie, etc.

the room was extremely warm, almost impossable to sleep. We had booked a big comfort double room and didn't expect the hotel to place the room towards noisy street and all day shining sun! We were given a fan, but didn't help much. The area was very nice, lovely restaurants and shops. I only recommend the hotel if you get a cheap price, which we did.

great budget hotel in a good neighbourhood

The Hotel is perfect for those seeking a clean hotel near the city centre as the hotel is two minutes from a U-Bahn station which takes you in the centre of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz in no time. The room was short on luxury but was a clean pleasant place to spend at the end of an exhausting day.

Die Fotos auf der Webseite sind so aufgenommen, dass der Renovierungsbedarf der Zimmer nicht auffällt. (Schlechtes Licht, kleines Bett, kleiner TV, Stockflecken im Bad, alter Teppich.) Ein Teil der Zimmer soll allerdings repariert worden sein...

Very nice hotel. Well located. Close to zoo station.

2月にシングルルーム朝食付きで10泊しました。 ホスピタリティはホテルの申告通り三つ星で、 スタッフの応対もそれ以上でもそれ以下でもありません。 朝食はまずまずでしょう。 ですが朝食なしのプランで泊まった場合、 一人9.99ユーロ払ってまで食べようとは思いません。 部屋はシンプルで日本人の私にとっては充分な広さでした。 バスルームも清潔で、お湯も十分に出ます。 難点はバスルームの換気扇が全室分、 フロントで一括管理されており、 止めて欲しい時はその都度、 フロントに言わなければならないことです。 シングルルームはHof（中庭）側にはなく全て道路側のようで、 午後に昼寝をしたい私にとっては最悪のホテルでした。 泊まった部屋は日本で言う4階でしたが、 Uhlandstr.の交通量が意外に多く、 かつホテルが交差点に立地していることもあり、 赤信号時の車のアイドリング音が部屋まで振動して来て、 非常にうるさく眠れる状態ではありませんでした。 防音仕様の窓ですが、 建物自体の壁が薄いようで完全防音ではありません。 夜間や休日は交通量が減るので静かではあります。 このようにうるさい部屋であれば、 Pensionに泊まった方が良かったです。 かなりお得な料金で宿泊しましたが、 多分もう利用することは無いでしょう。

Boede på eneværelse, som var fint, rent og havde det man skulle bruge. Hotellet ligger godt centralt, folk i receptionen er smilende og serviceminded. Eneste minus er at de ikke altid opdagede en, når man ville lukkes ind om natten. Og savnede nogle internationale tv kanaler.

Det var godt, men man kunne høre alt, hvad naboerne foretog sig. Der var meget lydt.

Overall good hotel and good facilities for the price paid. There is a 6-7 minutes walking distance to the closest underground station.

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen. Schon äußerlich macht es einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck (die Fassade scheint vor einiger Zeit erneuert worden zu sein). Der Eingangsbereich ist modern gestaltet. Empfangspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Treppenhaus dann einige kleinere Mängel. So fehlen unter anderem vor dem Fahrstuhl einige Steine aus dem Fußboden (muss man sehen, um zu verstehen, was ich meine). Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nicht die modernsten Möbel, aber durchaus in gutem Zustand. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man auch den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Das Bad war sauber, was aber garnicht ging, war der Duschvorhang!!! Ich bin kein Freund davon, wenn sich der Duschvorhang liebevoll an den Körper anschmiegt. Ist aber sicher Geschmackssache. Der Duschvorhang an sich war aber sauber, also nicht verschimmelt, vergilbt oder Ähnliches. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht, deshalb kann ich hierüber keine Aussagen treffen. Optisch (vom Vorbeigehen) machte der "Speiseraum" jedoch einen ansprechenden Eindruck. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Kurfürstedamm ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden. Wenn die Hotelparkplätze mal vergriffen sind, findet man auch am Straßenrand ausreichend Parkplätze (gebührenpflichtig Mo-Sa 9-22 Uhr 1,00 Euro / Stunde So frei). Fazit: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Kann das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Hotellet var svært billig, men vi fikk langt mer enn vi betalte for. Hadde tre enkeltrom. Svært rent, brukbar beliggenhet. 8 minutter til U-bahn og 15 minutter til tog. Frokostbuffeten til 10 euro var grei, men ikke mer. Harde senger og bløt pute. Tykke dyner. Betalte ikke for trådløst nett. Bor gjerne der igjen.
