The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles - לוס אנג'לס

The Ritz Carlton at LA Live/Staples is a truly magnificent hotel that is true to its name. The rooms are luxuriously appointed, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room and amenities are as good as you will find with some very unique touches. LA Live and the Staples Center are right outside the doors of the hotel. Those venues are pretty average for what they are, but extremely convenient if attending a game or event at Staples.

Everything went perfect throughout our stay. Staff goes above and beyond. The restaurant has food to die for and sweeping views of the entire city. The room was as well-appointed as you could ask for, and spacious and comfy. The upstairs pool deck is amazing. And for downtown, the location can't be beat. I can't get back to this hotel fast enough!

Very close to Staples Center. The staff were all very friendly and we were given iced water whenever we were leaving for the day. A very nice surprise and very much appreciated. Our grandchildren were extremely impressed by the TV in the bathroom mirror.

Overall, I loved the location, service and amenities of this property. I highly recommend upgrading to the Club Lounge as that will provide you with four full meal preparations each day at no additional cost. The food and service provided at the Club Lounge was fantastic!

We had an excellent stay. The staff made our stay very pleasurable. The room was serviced twice daily, the beds and linens are were clean and comfortable. Alex at the front desk was very helpful.**They provide a driver within a 3 mile radius, this was lovely.We will no longer look to stay anywhere else!

I stayed here with a friend for a day of shopping and eating. Hotels is new(2010) and love the service and amenities. The bed was heavenly! We had a drink at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant on the 26th floor. The view of LA skyline was great. It wasn't cheap but I'd say it was worth it.

The service was beyond excellent, we never saw so many happy smiling faces! Only part I would complain about was that we wanted to dine at the only restaurant at the Ritz on the 24th floor, but it was closed on the night we spent there for a private party of 500. They should have put the private party in a separate hall so that the hotel guests could have access to the dining room and bar. Everything else was great. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. TV in bathroom mirror was amazing! (How did they do that???) The bedding and pillows were sublime, some of the best most comfortable sleep we've had in a long time!

Fresh, new and exciting - The new Ritz Carlton LA was everything I have come to expect from the Ritz and more: an incredible location; right at the heart of Los Angeles. The room was perfectly fitted out with ultra-modern style and comfort. There is NO other hotel in the LA area that can compete!

¡Maravilloso! A pesar de que no hablo el inglés todo el personal (desde los bellboys, la recepción, etc) se esmeró para atenderme perfectamente. Felicidades por la calidad de su servicio y me gustaría que me indicaran que debo hacer para convertirme en cliente distinguido. En años anteriores me hospedé en su hotel de Nueva Orleans y la experiencia tambien fue más que satisfactoria.

立地と部屋の美しさ、贅沢感は最高です。しかし、サービスはひどい。スタッフの人柄は最高にいいのに、おそらく教育されていないのでしょう。タクシーを呼んでも運転手に行先を伝えない、二部屋とっていたのに一部屋しかチェックイン手続きを行わない、夜でも空いているレストランを聞いたのに、クローズしているレストランを薦める。正直、がっかりでした。しかもこの料金を払っているのに、部屋のコーヒー、インターネットは有料。リッツのブランド低下はなはだしい。

really a treat. normally we stay on l.a.'s westside, but booked in downtown for a clippers game and decided to check out the la live complex. great idea for a change. the hotel has a great outdoor pool on the 26th floor. the room is well appointed, including a nespresso machine. the gym is good as well. the lobby's a bit small. one has to pay for wireless - my pet peeve at all "4 and 5" star hotels.

お部屋やフロントが日本のリッツカールトンと比べて地味でしたが、宿泊費を考えると納得できます。とても便利な立地ですし、お勧めできるホテルだと思います。

部屋のコンディションも良い。特にベッドが良い。持って帰りたいくらい。ホテルは系列のマリオットの上層にあり、インターネットで判断しにくいが、LAプラザの一角と理解してしまえば簡単。LAプラザには５～６軒のレストランがあり、トレーダーヴィックスとその隣の交差点角のレストランが地元の客の愛用され、混んでいたが上品で親切だった。。

酒店在湖人队主场旁，位置很好。房间超棒。总之各方面都好。

大阪と比べると、それほどの満足度はありませんでした。 こちらは多くの客室がレジデンスになっていることもあり、徹底したビジネス用なんでしょうね。 かけ布団の保温性が極めて高く、かけて寝るのは困難なので、冬場はパジャマなどを持参しないと風邪をひきますよというか、私はひきました。

良い点 部屋、バスルームが広い Poolからの眺望が良い 悪い点 部屋のアメ二テイーが貧弱 ラウンジのアルコール類が少ない
