Cocoplum Beach Hotel - סן אנדרס

In the pictures the hotel looks wonderful, but it is all faked. It is a rundown place, with a lousy beach. Un fact, the whole island is not woethwile. There are so many other places to go and much cheaper. This is not a good international destination

Hotel is really on the beach with a lot of vegetation and plants that gives you a very tropical impression. The restaurant is practically on the sand where you can appreciate the very beatifull sea waters, sand and nature. Dinner is also served in a mezanine creating a very romatic atmosphere. The waiter (Antonio) and the food are fantastic. The rooms are large, confortable and clean. Two ambients in the rooms allow good stay for kids and groups.

The greatest thing about this hotel is that it realy is on the beach, you can dinner at the beach, under some trees, candle light, low coast reseable wine (15USD Casillero del Diablo). Perfect for those ho wants to have some days to relax. But the hotel service and maintanance could be improved. The build has a lot of things to be fixed.

Terrible service, dishonest staff, bad management, unclean, incorrect orders at the Restaurant, Charged my credit card the wrong amount twice, Very disgusted and to say the least the hotel made the trip no fun at all. Having said that Don't go to San Andres in the first place the service is the same all over the island and the locals are not nice people to be around and its not safe! Go somewhere else but if you must go to San Andres stay at another hotel this one just BAD BAD BAD.......

Ótimo serviço, funcionários gentis e prestativos. A praia quase privativa é legal pra banho e o restaurante fica bem na areia. Comidas e bebidas com preço justo. Acesso ao centro fácil por ônibus. Pra quem quer ir ao centro todos os dias, várias vezes, é melhor usar ônibus, senão pode ficar um pouco caro por conta da distância. O quarto poderia ter a mobília renovada, mas é bem limpo e não tem nada quebrado. Em resumo, entrega o que promete.

En general muy bien, el personal es atento, la gerente muy atenta, buen aseo dormitorios, hotel al lado de l playa, es perfecto, lugar muy tranquilo,.

bonsoir a tous juste un petit mots pour vous avertir si vous descendez a San andrés , ne prenez surtout pas cet hôtel , il apparait des photos sur sont site qui ne reffletent pas la réalités , il est vétuste , des odeurs nauséabondes dans les chambres , des installations défectueuses , pas d'internet dans les chambres , , des clims qui ne refroidissent pas , du personnel qui ne souhaitent en aucun cas vous recevoir , vous les dérangés de leur train train quotidiens ( sms et cellulaires ) , une restauration très bas de gamme, en ce qui concerne l'emplacement de l’hôtel , il est très bien situé , belle plage , mais le reste malheureusement ne suit pas du tout , des prestations qui ne sont pas du tout a la hauteur du prix demandé , je vous le déconseille fortement

Es el unico hotel que tiene cmo si fuese playa propia. Excelente. despues lo que se refiere a la limpieza de la habitacion tardan mucho en hacerla. Sobre la estancia es excelente

Bodde tio nätter. Efter en natt i rum 202 (för nära gatan) bytte vi till rum 206 som luktade en aning av urin men vi behöll det för det var ett bra läge och det är kraftansträngande att byta rum. Något slitna lakan, annars sköna kuddar. Balkongdörren gick inte att stänga eller låsa helt. Med tanke på att det är ett dyrt hotell borde rumman vara betydligt fräschare. Vi betalade femhundra kronor mindre per natt för ett lyxigt hotell i Bogotá. Balkongen behöver fräschas upp liksom rummets innertak. Rummets möbler behöver torkas av bättre. Varmvattnet i duschen var det problem med, man sa att man ska vrida kranen åt höger för att få varmvatten men efter att vridit kranen åt vänster kom det varmvatten till slut. Då hade vi klagat i receptionen i två dagar. Servicepersonalen var bra, speciellt Jolio som lyfte hela stället med sin glada personlighet. De flesta kunde engelska hjälpligt. Det finns fria strandsängar som hör till hotellet och fria strandbadlakan som byts varje dag. Utflyktstavlan skulle kunna vara tydligare. De golfbilar vi hyrde genom hotellet är fullständigt katastofala. Läget vid stranden är absolut bäst. Och att det inte är ett så jättestort hotell. Till frukosten saknade jag ett mörkt fiberbröd, musli och yoghurt utan socker. Vi trivdes bra och hotellet var trots allt bättre än jag väntat mig. Tyvärr slängs det mycket sopor på ön, samlar man in dem skulle San Andres vara betydligt mer attraktivt, folket på ön borde tänka ännu mer på ecoturismen.

Very goog. The only problem is that there is not wifi internet in the rooms, that are quite old. It is very inconfortable the need to go to the reception or restaurant to navigate.

segunda vez que voy a ese hotel, está absolutamente acorde al precio, solo el tema del restorant sigue siendo bastante lento, pero salir de la habitacion y en segundos estar sentado en la arena es impagable, saludos.

Lo mejor es que la playa esta en el hotel, salgo de la habitación camino unos pasos y ya estoy en la playa.

Excelente, muy buena ubicación. Está lejos del centro, pero creo que es una ventaja, la playa es tranquila, la comida buena y se puede cruzar caminando a una pequeña isla donde es posible ver una infinidad de peces. También pueden tomar un tour y realizar snorkel en un sector cercano, con 3 a 4 metros de profundidad, simplemente increíble.

Hola Mi estancia en el cocoplum fue en pareja estuvimos 8 dias y igual el hotel como sus empleados nos trataran muy bien, el hotel tiene una situacion previligiada al estar en frente de la playa y un poco alejado de la ciudad lo qual te da una trankilidad que no tienen los otros hoteles. Conocimos isleños del San Luis una Gente espectacular conociendo bien el barrio. Recomando el Hotel a toda aquella persona que quiera tranquilidad y disfrutar del mar ya que es algo maravilloso de aquella zona solo necesitas una careta para hacer snorkel y disfrutar de su multitud de peces y un mar cristalino.

Este hotel ni deberia de llamarse hotel, la habitaciones son asquerosas, las tuyas de baño son tan viejas y de color gris que huelen muy mal... La comida desde la primera noche que llegamos alla nos dio colicos, tubimos que comer fuera y que bueno que no teniamos pension alla... A los alrededores no hay nada que hacer y uno tiene que tomar transporte para salir de alli y hacer cosas interesantes... Ademas si uno pide taxi, las chicas de recepciones siempre llaman a una mujer de sus anigas taxi la cual ademas pide 12 000 pesos en ves de la tarifa normal para ir al centre la cual es de 10 000!!! Es un hotle a NUBNCA recomiendar.

me gusto la comida , lo que no me gusto dañado un bombillo solicite a la recepcion cambiarlo y no oyeron. no tube agua en la duchaen los cuatro dias me toco bañarme a tarraditos por que no servian las llaves de la ducha , solo habia agua en el lavamanos.avice pero no tube solucion de mas si me parecio bueno,

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Localização ideal para quem quer sossego. Fica fora do centro, mas é fácil ir de onibus ou taxi e a praia do Hotel é otima para banhos.

o pessoal atencioso e prestativo com muito bom humor. sucos e coqueteis maravilhosos. tudo perfeito principalmente o salão das refeições com vista para o mar.
