Our stay was very enjoyable, staff was good, breakfast was fine- rooms were clean - overall a good place to stay.

Very charming b and b with friendly and helpful staff. Interesting breakfasts every day, home cooked and creative. Complimentary wifi, computer, chairs and umbrellas for beach and 24 hr coffee and tea all added to the convenience of staying here.

The staff was exceptional, and the location was perfect...close enough to walk to shops but still away from all the bustle of town. Breakfast was excellent, reflecting much effort and pride. I would highly recommend the Maine Stay!

The Maine Stay Inn was absolutely lovely and breakfast was amazing. Judy & Walt are excellent innkeepers. The house was immaculate, located right in the heart of town so we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. Of all the places we stayed along the coast of Maine, this was by far the best.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Maine Stay & Inn, would highly recommened this bed and breakfast for: location, rooms and owners. Just wised we had stayed longer but next time we will!!

The owner and host of Maine Stay was so unpleasant and mean that it ruined our stay at the inn. My mom and I came in from Ogunquit, where we had a lovely suite, and arrived to Maine Stay between noon and 1 on check-in day. When we approached the desk, she yelled that she had just finished cooking brunch and that the rooms weren't cleaned and if we wanted a clean room we should come back later. Rather than simply say our room wasn't ready yet and lead us to town, she was angry that we had the nerve to show up at that hour. Other guests arrived at the same time and she was just as rude to them, leading them to look at us with eye rolls. The rest of her family was very pleasant and friendly and the porch was nice (good brunch too), but even when my mom and I checked in and decided to play Scrabble on the porch, she sat right next to us, eating her lunch, and went on to complain about the maintenance of the house and how expensive her daughter's tuition was going to be. We just avoided her the whole time we were there because she never became pleasant. My mom brought down the keys when we were leaving and the woman just grabbed them and didn't even say thank you (although my mom did). I would never stay here again or recommend this place. Many other great inns in the area.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Perfect location to enjoy Kennebunkport. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assure a nice stay.

The Maine Stay Inn & Cottages is a lovely B&B in a great setting, very handy to everything that Kennebunkport has to offer. Our cottage was fantastic, the bed was luxurious and comfortable and the small kitchenette in our cottage was very useful. However two things marred our stay. One was when we asked if our 11 year old niece (who lives locally) could stay a night with our 9 year old daughter (her cousin) and we were told there would be a $35 charge for an additional person - an amount that we found astonishing given that we did not expect they would give her breakfast or that any additional service or linen would be required, but they would not budge on the $35 charge. Given what we were paying for the cottage, this just seemed miserly and mean. She was just curious about the hotel and loved the novelty of a 'sleepover' in our room. We could have just done it quietly, without asking permission, and the owners would never have known the difference. The second event that marred our stay was the freezing cold shower that I had to have one morning because, apparently, the people in the cabin next door had used up all the hot water! Really?? For people running such a serious business that they insist on charging $35 for a child to sleep over for one night, I would expect they would have a water heating system that would guarantee there was always enough hot water for all guests, no matter how long a shower the neighbours might have taken!

Engaging hosts, superior breakfast, we highly recommend this lovely B&B and look forward to returning.

Stayed in Annexe The Hideway Inn just accross the road. Absolutely gorgeous. Super room very atmospheric. Owner is well known chef and food excellent. Great breakfasts. Great location, easy to walk into Camden

Beautiful Inn, fullof character. Comfortable room and excellent home made breakfast. Hosts made us very welcome. I would recommend without hesitation

La sosta a kennebunk presso questo BB è stat un ottima scelta. Punto di partenza ideale x la zona del "the Maine Beaches". Proprietari e personale molto disponibile e gentile. breakfast super abbondanti e ottima! Sistemazione ottima e Wi Fi e Computer di libero accesso.
