Baymont Inn and Suites Denver International Airport - דנבר

Hotel was clean, up to date, and convenient to the airport. However the behind the counter gal was really rude and didn't handle the stress of having more then one person checking in. And two with a major problem.

Close to the airport. Clean rooms and great service. Wish there were more dining options closer to the hotel.

The hotel was AMAZING however, for 3 days the internet service was horrible and barely worked. Then, when you miraculously WERE able to make the internet connection, it would drop you within 15 minutes and you would have to start all over. I even tried to go thru the wired connection but experienced the same thing. The front desk stated that the reason was due to bad weather but it was perfectly sunny except for an occasional rain during part of one of my days there. Servers and routers were reset but had no effect on the service. I almost checked out and went to another hotel but found a nearby McDonalds that offered internet for free and was able to get my work done there. Very frustrating to say the least!!!

This hotel is pretty much what you'd expect. Nothing too luxurious, but all perfectly acceptable for normal business travel. Check in was easy, the bed and pillows were good not great, breakfast food good not great, etc. I was completely satisfied with everything for the price paid, and for the purpose of my trip which was business. Internet was free and worked just fine. A few restaurants nearby and a gas station just up the road. This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and has a free shuttle I think, which I didn't use because I had a rental car. So I can't comment on the shuttle service. I didn't have time to try any of the amenities, so I can't comment on those.

Great service and short shuttle trip to airport. Stayed only one night and was fantastic for getting into Denver and then out the next day.

This would be a great hotel to stay in when you have an early flight. Free shuttle to the airport and you can park there up to 2 weeks. Will book again

This was a great hotel. Staff was very helpful, restaurants were close by and delivered quickly. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, shuttle to airport was on time. I would definitley stay here again.

Everything was great except for the shuttle service to the airport. I was told to be in the lobby at 6:20 am and that the shuttle van would leave at 6:25 am. As I was walking out the door at 6:19 am (and my room was right around the corner from the lobby) I get a call saying that the van is pulling out now. Also, the outlet in the nightstand lamp short circuited my cell phone.

Everything was great except that the shuttle took 37 minutes to pick us up. When i first called i was told to wait on island 3 or i would miss the shuttle. We waited for 20 minutes before calling again, the girl called the driver who said he was 8 minutes way.....strange considering the hotel was 9 minutes away.

Hotel was fine only complaints are the pillows are strange and saw something with breakfast that was unclean (Worker put gloved hand in trash can then handled food same gloves still on). Parking lot stayed super full looked like a lot of cars left for some period of time maybe flying out.

It was ok. Free washer dryer. Ok breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The down side was no soaps provided in room, but were available at the front desk when we asked. The other down side was the shuttle that picks you up when returning was very slow. Waited almost an hour. Overall happy with stay but would park in airport parking next time.

We wanted to get a place close to the airport and we found this hotel to meet our needs. Nice friendly staff, nice rooms and the breakfast was filling. Just a short drive to the airport with a gas station to fill up our rental car as well.

Beds were comfy and it was quiet,got a good nights sleep. The requested wake up call never happened however. I have several alarms I set so it wasn't an issue but if you plan on relying on a wake up call don't! Coffee was hot and breakfast was adequate.

The stay served it's purpose - ie. inexpensive place to stay ovenight if you have an early flight at DIA. The bedsheets were pilled and the pillows were not standard size pillows, more like large square throw pillows.

we stayed two nights, room was never cleaned. Front desk guys brought us fresh towels very quickly thought.A side from that stay was fine.

I was so impressed with the room and comfort of the bed I decided to change my plans on my next trip to stay there again!

Our room was a bit small for a two bed room. Other than that the Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. All four pillows were too thick. Perhaps a range of thicknesses would satisfy more people.

I sweat till 2am in the morning until we fiqured out you had to put a card in a slot to work the thermostat in the room. Nothing was explained to us at thedesk, I would not stay here again they even put a 15.00 bogus charge on my account. This was not explained either.

Basic place to spend a night before an early flight. Inexpensive.

Hotel is close to airport and a few restaurants. Great place to crash before heading for actual vacation spot.

Good place to stay before or after a flight from DIA. We were able to leave our car there for two weeks and the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. Our only complaint was that the pillows were horrible and made for a poor night's sleep.

Excellent value all round.

It is a very small hotel, it is new and their staff has to learn more about customer service, the only nice staff was at the front desk. The breakfast is not good and the breakfast area cannot host much people, people were standing for breakfast not enough tables and chairs. We were in line for breakfast and by te time we got to it there was no more and they did not have more. The rooms are really small compare to other hotels and the blankets were of really bad quality. Good if you check in late and if you leave ery early in the morning to the airport without breakfast. No room service. They do have cribs foe babies, you need to bring several blankets to make it comfortable. Beds are small.

Perfect location for airport, excellent shuttle at 11:00pm and 4:00am, excellent price and service!

Very nice staff & very clean rooms. I like the idea of saving energy the way they do in their rooms. 10 minutes from the airport, pleanty of restaurants that deliver in the area...

Clean, comfortable and accommodating! Ten minutes from the airport and a short 25 minutes to downtown Denver. Wonderful breakfast served daily and a short drive to some really good food in the neighborhood for lunch or dinner. Front desk service was exceptional-they had no problem with any of our requests. Hot coffee in lobby 24 hours and cookies served in the afternoon. Friendly and functional. Very impressed.

Clean. Courteous. Right price and close to DIA. I agree with earlier comments-pillows are Terrible!

Nice hotel. Nice room & staff. Pillows hard. Will stay again.
