Guangzhou Jianguo Hotel - גואנגג'ואו

מיקום נוח, רק 3 דקות הליכה מהתחנה

מיקום מעולה ממש ליד תחנת הרכבת והלכנו ישר לעבר המלון. הצוות היה מאוד מנומס ומועיל. בארוחת הבוקר הוצע מבחר עצום. החדר היה קצת עייף אבל מאוד נוח. יש להם מסעדה יפנית נהדרת במלון יחד עם אופציה לאוכל סיני. אני לא יכול לומר מספיק על הצוות. סופר נחמדים ומועילים.

המלון נמצא בתהליך של שיפוץ, קצת רועש. ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

מלון נוח שהיה פנטסטי בעבור המחיר ששילמנו. היו לנו קצת בעיות בצ'ק אין מכיוון שהיה נראה שהם אבדו את האישור שלנו מ-Hotels.com, אבל הם סדרו זאת מיידית. החדר שלנו היה מרווח ונקי, וארוחת הבוקר הכלולה הייתה נחמדה. המזגן לא עבד כל כך טוב כך שהחדר נהיה מעט מחניק, אבל בסך הכל זו הייתה בחירה טובה ואני בהחלט אשהה כאן פעם נוספת אם אחזור ל-GZ.

המיקום מצויין עם מרחק נגיש לרכבת התחתי, לתחנת הרכבת המזרחית ולמסופים של אוטובוסים רבים. בנוסף הוא גם קרוב לסופרמרקט גדול. השירות טוב עם חדרים נקיים, צוות ידידותי ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. אי הנוחות היחידה היא הנסיעה במעלית לקומה ה-23 שלרוב מצריכה החלפה של המעלית.

הצוות יצא מגדרו על מנת לעזור לי עם בעיות שפה. אדיב מאוד. האוכל במלון הוא קצת בצד היוקרתי אם שום דבר אחר לא מצליח תמיד יש KFC ומדונלד'ס, 7-11 וסטרבקס מחוץ למלון. תחנת הרכבת המזרחית של GZ נמצאת מעבר לרחוב. ארוחת בוקר מדהימה, יותר טוב ממלון 5 כוכבים ששהיתי בו בעבר. אני אחזור ל-GZ בקרוב, ואשהה כאן.

אף על פי שאין זה מלון של רשת בינלאומית, Jianguo משתווה לכל אחד ממלונות 5 כוכבים של רשתות בין לאומיות בהם שהיתי. גם יש לו את המיקום הטוב ביותר, ממש מול תחנת הרכבת וקניון תת-קרקעי גדול. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד גם היא, עם מגוון רחב לבחור ממנו, באמת בופה בין לאומי. תנסו גם את המסעדה היפנית שלהם. יש להם אחד מה-Kimchi וסטייק הטובים ביותר עם מחיר שאדם יכול להרשות לעצמו. לסיכום זה היה אחד המלונות הטובים ביותר ששהיתי בהם.

המלון נראה טוב, הופעה ושירותים = 5 כוכבים, חדר = 3 כוכבים

תחבורה: קרוב מאוד לתחנת הרכבת התחתית ולתחנת האוטובוס, כך שקל מאוד לנסוע למרכז העיר; מיקום: אמנם יש מתחם קניות ושתי רשתות של מזון מהיר ממול הרחוב, אבל אין בעצם שום מקום לאכול בו פשוט אוכל רגיל. חדר: שהינו בחדר סטנדרטי, שהיה ישן מאוד עם קירות מוכתמים ורהיטים זולים. התמונות באינטרנט נראו הרבה יותר טוב מאשר המציאות. שירות: ממוצע, אבל לא רע בשביל מלון ב-GZ.

I changed from Star Hotel to this Hotel right beside the Guangzhou Train Station East, whch is about 100 M stroll from the Guangzhou Train Stattion. Boy was I surprised at how nice this Hotel was as compared to other nearby Hotels for nearly the same price. Rooms were clean. modern, and guests were professionally welcomed. There was a Business event in the hotel with welcome drinks, finger food, and entertainment for Canton Fair Guests that made my visit perfect. I met personally with the General Manger, Charles Yeung who made all efforts to make me feel welcome and part of this Hotel's professional approach towards international business travelers. In comparison it is clear this Hotel is now going to be my home in this city from now on. Beds super comfortable and cleanest I have experienced in China and I have been travelling in China for 28 years. Thanks, Rob in Oakville, Ont, Canada

We have an enjoyable time staying at Jianguo hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. They helped us to book train tickets to HK, greet n smile at us whenever we met them and often asked us how's our day. It is such attentiveness and eager to serve service staff that makes such a big difference to choose to stay with them. The hotel is also in an excellent location, with the subway just next door and GZ east railway across the roads. The price we paid include breakfast and it suited us well as we don't really like the local food. Yes, you have got us and we will be back if we decide to visit GZ again.

Fast check-in/check-out. Accommodating staff. Rooms - clean and big. Highly recommended!

overall great but you must bundle up while eating breakfast in the morning while using the indoor brealfast buffet they keep the front lobby doors wide open and it males the lobby downstairs and the b-fast buffet 2nd floor in the high 40's - mid fifties (and thats in doors during the winter months !!! crazy why they leave the "barn doors wide open !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had business meetings in their main lobby lounge while it was 7pm after a long days work and it was 45- 50 degrees in the lobby !!!!! crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good service from counter staff; there is still construction going on next block

Hotel was clean, well maintained, and as close to the Guangzhou East train & Metro stations as possible. Hotel provided complimentary shuttle bus to the Pazhou fairgrounds for the Canton Fair attendees. Very welcome after a long day walking the halls.

This is my second stay in this property. Impression from my previous stay was quite good so I have decided to return this time. Despite it was a busy period (Trade Fair), quality of service was as excellent as off-peak time. It was my birthday during the stay and surprisingly a birthday cake was placed inside my room after returning from dinner. I really didn't expect they would pay so much details even though they are super busy. The hotel location is excellent as it is right next to the train station linking to HK and other parts of China. I will definitely return to this hotel again next time!

Very nice stay. Staff requested that I change rooms so that they could complete minor carpet repairs. They upgraded my room for a period of 5 days so that they could complete the repairs rather than wait until I vacated the room. Very good breakfast selections.

Always stay here when I'm traveling alone. Easy access to Metro/Trains. Quick and good fast food across the street. Jusco supermarket in train station. IKEA down the block if you need a cheap ice cream...or furniture. Expensive during Canton Fair, but so is everything else. Breakfast buffet is good.

It is a great hotel few steps away from the metro station! It is well located and close to a nice park.

In general the hotel is in great condition, it is clean and located in a convenient location. Food is good. However I was turned off on my last day of stay. I asked the front desk about train tickets to HK, I was told RMB190 and they can get it for me for free. I ordered 4 tickets and received them the next day. I looked at the ticket and they are read HKD 190. I asked the front desk then they told me the difference was service fees. I was upset and demanded a credit refund since I was not told about this fees. They refused. I could have gotten these tickets myself for saving USD20, the station is only one block away!

The hotel is very convenient that it is near the train / mtr station as well as shopping mall, and there is a IKEA nearby. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices. We booked superior room, but i dont think the room they gave us were superior room, it was no different from the standard room from the photos.

My sort stay in this centrally located hotel was excellent. I found the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Only thing I dislike about was the bed bit hard to sleep in, other than that I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location, convenient and room was comfortable.

Out of all the 4-star hotels that I've been to in China (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong), Jianguo Hotel in Guangzhou offered the best customer service! The bell boy was very eager to answer all my questions and helped me buy the train tickets. He went as far as walking me there while carrying my luggages. Breakfast buffet was very good. Many varieties on beverages (apple juice, orange juice, mango juice, pinepple juice, soymilk, tea, coffee, etc.). Offered both western and eastern food (dumplings!). Hotel room was very stylish and roomy. Loved it!

Hotel is located near to GuangZhou East Metro Exit F, just 100m away, and cross the road you will reach shopping mall Jusco and other restaurants :-)
