not the best motel, but far from the worst. this place was ok, especially for the extremely cheap price.

The bed and bath we're clean. Sheets did not fit bed and room had a fouled out odor. The train was just across hwy 66 and ran regularly til at least midnight and started up again @ 5am. A dog left in a truck barked all night. We should have driven back to phx that nite after our event. No rest at all. We will not choose this location again. My sister got a room a little farther away & could not hear the train. She paid less.

Loved it! We needed a place before the Grand Canyon. When we arrived they asked if we needed directions to the Canyon and they were much simpler than the directions I had received from another source. They assured us the weather was supposed to be good, welcomed us smiling to breakfast and "have a great day". A VERY happy set of hotel manager/employees. Will be happy to return as I have family in the area. Great service for the price.

We spend a night in Flagstaff before heading to the Grand Canyon. We were surprised about the nice downtown of Flagstaff, but the overall experience at the Knights Inn was just ok. The breakfast was poor and the smell of the room was too strong. However, the staff was very friendly!

I had trouble connecting to internet with wireless notebook computer. maybe I didn't connect correctly or put the password in the correct place

This hotel was very cheap. The room smell moldy. I have to change room closed to lobby because the free internet conection did not work from my 1first room. And even then internet was very slow. If you want to save money this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would stay in another place.

Friendly staff. Very well kept and nice clean room. Good location on route 66. Will sure stay at knights inn on way back...

For the price it was o.k. Bathroom hardware in need of repair; not able to connect to internet. Diner next door is very good.

This is not a good place. Nothing works, management is lackadaisical. Toilet didn't work, no plug in the bathtub, no ice machine, etc. It would not have been a bargain at half the price. I cannot recommend it. Go somewhere else.

Didn't stay there it just was not suitable for me. The office staff was nice.

Just save your money and sleep in your car.

1st off this is NOT the Knights Inn near NAU. This is Knights Inn on the EAST side. This is not the Taj Mahal, Don't expect it to be. My room had new carpet, new tile in the Bath and was clean. With a King Bed, it has to be the best value in Flagstaff! Probably the best bargain on a room I've had in years. The Door stuck a little and the curtain was mounted funny but worked. The breakfast was plain coffee and a few doughnuts but I can buy my wife the breakfast of our choice in Flagstaff and still have less out of pocket than a similar room at Travelodge just down the road. Great Bargain. I WILL BE BACK! Thanks Knights

for the price it was an ok stay... Dissapointed ....on line it said they served breakfast....it was hostess mine donuts and toast

motel was old, help was not helpful, bed was very uncomfortable, dirty carpet, old furnishings, will not stay there again.

It was nice place to stay, it was not a luxury hotel, but it was god enough to spend some nights over there. Particularly the hotel employees were very patient and friendly. they even gave us a plenty of information about sightseeings.

Very nice easy to get to.

the major problem was one of the queen size beds had a dip and was very difficult to sleep and 3 of the 4 pillow cases were not changed and were dirty.

It was great from the moment we checked-in till the moment we checked out. It was nice clean motel,the room was big and the carpet seemed new,nice towels. The coffee for the breakfast made my day, it was amazing. They had the best comfy beds. There were few near by eating places. We will surly book here again. Overall nice clean location on route 66 for great price.

It's a nice motel at fair price great mountain view behind the motel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

First room was supposed to be non-smoking but if I didn't know better I'd say someone was smoking in the room when we walked in. Back to office. Second room was nicer furniture, but the door was almost off the hinges and took my husbands muscle to deadbolt it. Pillows were pancake status. :( was glad we only had to be there one night....and never again

When I travel by car, alone, I do not take any luxuries for myself. So when I book a low budget Hotel I expect the worst. Here I found a nice staff, clean room, and rest room. Beds were frim and comfortable. TV, not flat but large enough to enjoy, and with enough channels to get the job done. Many restuarants near by. Close to train tracks but I don't mind them. Not to many through the night. Am coffee was better than some restuarants I have been in, and a muffin, mini donut and toast to get you going. I'd do it again.

Gross, gross, gross,...there was hair on the dirty, old, stained sheets. You could tell it had been laundered, just completely hideous and should have been thrown out years ago. We slept fully clothed and found another room elsewhere for the second night in Flagstaff. Told them the room was gross and we were leaving. They offered another room. No thank you. GROSS. It is called Knights Inn because you will only stay a night. If we had arrived earlier, I would have found another hotel. Stay clear of this place.

Don't go by the exterior of hotel, Rooms and staff is great. Comfortable beds which is hard to find in most of the hotels. Room was clean,Breakfast was bread toast,muffins,dounts, wifi was good.
