החדרים נוחים ונעימים היינו בחדר פנימי והיה שקט ביותר. קרוב מאוד לתחנת הרכבת מידי קל מאוד להגיע לשדה התעופה קרוב למרכז העיר אך המעבר דרך שכונה לא נעימה

Hotel is located near to Brussels Midi Station. Just walk from Midi Station to Hotel take a 3-5minutes. Room is well maintain and clean. Staff is helpful. Good place for transit but City Tax is bit expensive. Cost me € 7.20

Hotel is lovely, staff are very helpful, however been just across from Brussels train station makes it very noisy. Town centre is only 10 mins walk and it's worth a look.

I would go to this hotel again

After a bit if trouble finding hotel from train station ( although a stone's throw after all) a very welcome reception. Very secure, clean, modern and so quiet. Very comfy bed and quality linen. Great breakfast was a bonus.

Very good

Good, clean and efficient but lacks the little touches to make it a repeat visit hotel for business trips. Good location near Brussels Midi Station for Eurostar but arriving late meant no food available and no kettle in room was missed. Staff were polite and helpful and check out was efficient, but overall it misses something to make we want to go back.

Newer hotel, close to the train station. Big room but no tea/coffee and had to pay extra for internet. Note that there is another Hotel Cascade in Brussels, so you need to specify to the taxi driver that it is Hotel Cascade Midi.

Large clean and nice designed room and a very spacious bathroom with tub. Neighbourhood is ok and if you are not afraid of maroccan immigrants you can walk in 10-15 min to the city centre. We had a great stay and I will certainly book this hotel again in future. 1 suggestion for improvement: toilet-paper container is so near to the toilet that it is uncomfortable to sit on the toilet.

The staff was always helpful, the neighborhood is scruffy but you are right across the street from all types of public transport and needn't come back at night by foot (i.e. scruffy has no true safety issues), there is a grocery immediately nearby -- a terrific place to stay for the more independent traveler who prefers value over fancy.

Booking printout stated that a charge of 7.20 euro was included in the booking, but the hotel disputed this and charged an extra 7.20 small amount, but not happy

Hotel WiFi a disappointment: a very slow connection @ high cost! :(

My stay was pleasent and overall family had a really good time in there

Excellent stay at this newly refurbished 4* hotel. Reception and housekeeping were both excellent. We had requested a cot for our 1.5-year-old daughter and although our request had been received, a separate bed for an older child was provided instead. Upon contacting reception, a very friendly lady from housekeeping promptly moved us to a larger room and provided a modern travel cot. We did not make use of the breakfast facilities (not that easy with a boisterous toddler), but there is a supermarket nearby if you prefer to spend a little less. Despite being at the front of the hotel, our room was quiet with excellent blackout curtains. The bathroom was clean and modern and bed extremely comfortable. My few points of criticism of the hotel are air-conditioning, which is present throughout the hotel, but for some reason not on in the public areas (it was a fairly warm couple of days in July). Air-conditioning in the room was effective, but appeared programmed centrally to turn off after 1 hour. Thankfully our room never got overly hot and we had no need to ask for assistance from reception. The other notable issue was with room service, as the phone wasn’t answered on several attempts. A real shame for what is essentially a very nice hotel. We specifically chose the hotel based on its proximity to the Midi station and nearby family who we were there to visit, but the area itself is a little rough. The usual level of caution when visiting a sizeable city is recommended.

The hotel was fine and nothing was wrong, apart from the fact that they did not keep your luggage after check out and you had to use luggage lockers for a 3-4$ fee. It is not a lot, right, but it is completely avoidable.

Although very short stay, I enjoyoed very much the Hotel! The staff were very pleasant and good customer service. the cleaning service made sure that we had all we needed even when we were not leaving the room. Amazing!

This is a real 4* hotel and at a reasonable price. But the neighbourhood is terrible and the hotel charges breakfast and internet connection with high fees.

Only there for few hours for sleep, room small, clean

Pros: Clean room and comfortable bed. Cons: The neighborhood did not feel safe. The hotel's restaurant was more like a bar with limited food offerings and some meals were not available.

We were upgraded to an Apartment/Penthouse after the safe failed on our first room. Hotel is brand new but on the 2 days we stayed, room service did not vacuum the carpets or provide additional soap/toiletries and the drawers were broken already. The view is not exactly desirable as it looks out to dilapidated houses in the area. The hotel staff were minimally helpful, they could not provide power adapters. I area is next to the main city train station so after about 8 PM it is recommended that you don't wander outside. It is about a 20-min walk to the city center. Unless you are traveling by train and just staying overnight- I would not recommend this hotel.

-Room smells cigarette. -You need to pay an extra fee (residence tax) to what you pay on the webpage.

It is a real shame this beautiful little cozy hotel is tucked away in the bad part of town. It's scary if you have to leave the hotel, not bad if you don't. Oh, but the room was cozy and clean.

I was looking for an overnight place to stay before taking the train from Midi back to Paris. This fit the bill, was a good value, and was across the street from the train station. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but aren't most near train stations anyway? All in all, I recommend for business travelers but not families.

The hotel is near to midi and all metro conecctions. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very clean. No noice, the price is a little too much,

This is a modern, comfortable, high quality hotel. It's directly across from the Brussels-Midi (Brussels-Zuid) rail station, so it is very convenient but the neighborhood is not great. There are some good restaurants nearby and the station has good shopping, but many folks would not be comfortable venturing out late at night.

The Cascade Midi is very clean and modern, and it was a fine place to stay for one night before catching an early morning train out of Brussels Zuid.

Only two irons available for entire hotel. If guests keep them in their room - your shafted as I was. Simple basics.

I liked the hotel but the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel turned me off. The area offered only fast-food take away shops. For a 4 star hotel I expect at least a restaurant or a bar at the hotel.

This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Midi train station. Those 15 minutes are through a very sketchy looking area with broken up sidewalks, making pulling luggage very difficult. The hotel will say that they're 15 minutes from the Square that everyone comes to Brussels to see. They are definitely not. We took a cab to the square and back, and the driver's GPS said that it was approximately 3 miles from the hotel. No one walks that fast. The desk also refused to call a taxi for us, so we had to walk back to the train station to find one. FYI - no free internet, and no room service available. Also, you cannot adjust the air conditioning if you want it cooler in the room.

I was really pleased with the standard of the hotel. Size of the room was pretty good, cleanliness good, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Quality of breakfast was also good. Very conveniently located across from the Brussel Midi Staion / Zuidstation, and the area is a "typical" train station neighborhood. Never felt unsafe though. Would absolutely stay here again if another trip took me to Brussels.

Et godt hotel med god komfort. Når man sammenligner med andre hoteller i samme prisklasse, er dette et af de bedre jeg har boet på i Bruxelles.

La atencion fue excelente, afuera del hotel es un poco desagradable pero es lo tipico de las estaciones de trenes

Keine Kritik nötig

Rustig hotel met kamers zonder overlast van verkeerslawaai, ideaal gekegen bij het Zuidstation en op korte afstand van buurten met goede restaurants. Vanwege de hoge prijs van het ontbijt (15 euro) hebben wij elders ontbeten.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance from the station Brussels Midi/South, but the neighborhood feels a bit creepy. The hotel is neat, but looks rather empty and deserted. There's only one guy behind the counter and he's often away. Amenities are basic, but the hotel room is clean and tidy. The hotel is fine for a quick stay, but if you're looking for atmosphere and actually have a lot of leisure time, I would suggest another place.

ホテルは駅のすぐ近くという最高のロケーションで、部屋も清潔、広さも申し分無かったのですが、治安が悪いと思います。夜間の外出など、到着時間によっては別のエリアのホテルの方がいいかもしれません。

Brüssel kann man vergessen und ich werde Brüssel privat nicht mehr besuchen dafür gibt es schönere Städte in Europa.

ホテルの外観はそんなに綺麗そうには見えませんでしたが、中は綺麗でした。スタンダードダブルの部屋は広く、wi-fiも自由に使えました。また、近くにクレジットカードが使えるスーパーもあるため非常に便利でした。コンシェルジュも親切で、食事で日本人があまり行かないお勧めのお店を教えてくれました。欠点としては、お風呂でお湯を長時間使っていると段々お湯の出が悪くなり最後にはでなくなることがありました。少し時間をおくとまた出るようになりましたが。ブリュッセルは中央駅もしくは北駅周辺がメインとなっているため、南駅周辺は特に何もありません。飲食店も少ないです。なので、観光や食事を重視するならば中央駅や北駅をお勧めします。南駅はロンドンやパリに向かう高速列車が発着する場所なので、隣国への移動を重視するならば南駅がいいかもしれません。私はロンドン→ブリュッセル→パリと移動したため、荷物を持っての移動距離が少ない南駅近くのこのホテルを選びました。結果として満足の行くホテルでした。
