Hotel Indigo Downtown-Alamo - סן אנטוניו

This was a great hotel would definitely stay again. We were very impressed on how clean everything was. The only down fall was they didn't have a mini-fridge to keep our leftovers in!

I love Hotel Indigo. Have yet to stay in one I didnt like. however, you must be ok with very, very small rooms and old hotels. Because that is exactly what this one is. Very clean, comfortable, classy, but NOT new. I love the character of the place and the location is GREAT. Close to many things downtown and easy to get to the highways. Valet parking only - $25 but they are very attentive. We had a little trouble in the evening - the front desk attentdant was on the phone all night and chose not to do her job, but otherwise I recommend.

Clean Rooms. Service was excellant. Location was perfect

It was a very nice hotel, but it not for those who want to be away from children and tourist traps. Probably my biggest complaint was the lack of a decent bar/restaurant in the area. Basically dives and chain bars. However, the price is good, its clean, and easy to get around from.

Enjoyed the stay.

Location was great! Rooms very updated, but not big enough..

Had a great time. The room was a little small but elegant.

(Positives) Great Location, Nice/Clean Rooms, Reasonable Pricing and Hotel Staff Is Knowledgeable & Helpful. (Negatives) Small Rooms, Loud Hallway Due To Original Floors and Extremely Loud A/C Unit In Room............ The first room we were in, it was just way to loud and the worst was the ratteling noises it made while it was on. The hotel staff was accomodating and moved us into another room. When the A/C comes on, it was still like a fighter jet taking off the run way but the ratteling was gone. You eventually get use to the A/C coming on.

This was our first time to stay at this hotel, enjoyed the location, and yes we will be staying here again!

I was thankful for the awesome valet service as parking in this area is scarce. The front desk people were awesome and the location is ideal as the Alamo is right across the street. The room was very clean with good amenities. I will stay there again in the future.

I thought this hotel was awesome. I stayed there for 6 nights for a conference and the location was stellar and the rooms were quite nice, especially for the extremely competitive price! Moreover, there was a *fire* nearby the hotel at 3am my last night there and they had to evacuate the entire hotel to somewhere nearby while we waited for the firefighters to figure out what was wrong. The staff/firefighters/everyone handled it quite well. The next day when I checked out, they didn't even bat an eye or say a word when I checked out really late (i'm sure i wasn't the only one, but i slept through when I ought to have asked for a late check-out.. Anyways, awesome hotel!!! I guess I should comment on one thing - those elevators are misprogrammed or something.. they take forever to do their thing.

Very nice hotel. Used to be an old office building so lobby has original elevator doors and tile floor. Hallways are stone floors. Rooms have hardwood floors and flat screen TV. Rooms are decorated in a sleek modern way. Free wifi. Is across the street from the Alamo and near to the Convention Center. Staff was very friendly and restaurant for breakfast very tasty.

My family of 6 rented two rooms during a stay in February 2013. The location couldn't be beat as it is right across from The Alamo and very close to the river walk. The hotel was easy to find with valet parking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant offerred a very yummy breakfast. My only complaint (why I rated it a 4 for comfort) was there was a loud consistent noise during the second night (sounded like a very loud toilet running all night) which kept some of us awake. I mentioned it in the morning to the front desk and the staff took notes on the issue and seemed concerned. I am sure the problem was going to be addressed and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

At check in we were greated by a sweet young lady at the check in counter. Her smile and cheerful attitude put is in a great mood and kick started our amazing wknd. Not only was she really cool, but she also gave us an upgrade at no additional charge. We had the best room in the place. Great views of the Alamo and a super comfy huge bed! We couldnt have asked for more. Had a great experience thank you, whatever your name is. :)

This was a very nice hotel just on the corner from the Alamo. The place was very nice and the service was awesome. We were very close to the River Walk and not a very far walk from the Convention Center. I loved the food and staff down in the cafe. The rooms were a little small but I did not mind that at all plus they free wifi for our us. I plan on staying at Hotel Indigo any time I visit San Antonio.

Staff was extremely nice upon the checkin/out and helpful with directions. Room was neat and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and cozy room. The hotel is very nostolgic and historical. Location of hotel is perfect for access to main sites downtown. We came for a concert at the Majestic Theatre and walked to site right around the corner.

The location was fantastic and the decor was unique. The restaurant was not very good, and while the rooms were clean, house keeping skipped our room twice during a 5 night stay. While it was not necessary to have new sheets every, fresh towels and trash collection would have been nice. Also, any items left behind are lost forever, so take a good look around before leaving the hotel!

Friendly staff, amazing location right across from the alamo. Room was kind of small, but didnt spend too much time in there anyways. Will stay there again!

The hotel overall was descent for the price. As far as location to the Alamo and riverwalk it was great. The beds were a little on the hard side and thank goodness we brought pillows because they were extra firm and oddly shaped. But I suppose things like that are personal preference. In our room there was only a stand up shower, no bath. Which for me is fine but my wife likes to soak in the tub after a long day.

The hotel was good for the rate, but they should consider offering breakfast and reasonable parking. Location & access were perfect.

Location? From our room we had a view of the front of the Alamo and we were only a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk. What more could you ask for? Good Value? Definitely. Rooms? Clean, but small. Ambiance? A little odd since it is a remodeled office building with marble hallways. These can loudly echo anyone’s talking late at night. Parking? Only expensive valet. You can park for a 12-hour day in the adjacent lot for $10 and on the streets for free after 6pm. Overall? Great choice.

Cute room, great bathroom and shower, comfy bed, great location..we could walk to the Alamo and the River Walk. Free WiFi!! Would have been nice to have a small refrigerator and micro wave. Coffee pot was provided, but even when I asked for creamer, I was not given any. Unfortunately I had to get dressed and buy coffee (with cream) downstairs in the the little restaurant..then take it back upstairs.... but,it was very good coffee and not too pricey. We would stay her again.

Great location near everything in downtown San Antonio!

I used the Hotel Indigo to get a little sleep between trains which changed in the middle of the night in San Antonio on the way to another destination. I requested an early wake-up call from staff, and that happened followed with a second wake-up call to make sure I made it to the train station. Staff also called me a taxi to take me to the train station at checkout time. When asked, they provided historical information about the hotel which I found very interesting. I got some sleep on my layover, and accomplished what I set out to do. There are two Hotel Indigos in downtown San Antonio. Luckily I mentioned to my cab driver I was going to the one near the Alamo. Apparently there is also a Hotel Indigo on the Riverwalk--both hotels downtown.

Booked 4 nights based on reviews and pictures. The actual room was much, much smaller than we anticipated. The queen size bed nearly filled the entire space. The bathroom was too tiny to accomodate the sink, which was located in the bedroom itself. We took one look and immediately re-booked our stay at another hotel. Compliments to the hotel staff. They cancelled the reservation without comment and did not charge us for anything. The room appeared clean. It was nicely decorated ("Charming"). It was just too small for our comfort.

Had a great stay with you guys, would recommend you and will be back!

My stay was great, service was awesome. Staff was very helpful, food at the hotel was fantastic, my palate was very pleased!!! Will stay again..

Hotel was great, staff was very friendly. Literally a 1 min walk to the riverwalk, lots of stuff to do near by restaurants, Alamo across the street. Only complaint is that the building was very old and the a/c made a lot of noise, but all the furniture and bedding was very new and up to date, very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but service was terrible. Called down to the front desk to ask for towels and had to go down myself to get them. Valet is over priced per night and they park it in a parking lot that has a sign for around 20% of what they charge you and it is 3 blocks away. MY car was broken into and they said they were not responsible. DO NOT STAY HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Much better hotels in the area for the same price if not cheaper.

My sister and I stayed overnight because we both had early flights out of San Antonio and wanted to spend the evening near the riverwalk. We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The service was good and the hostess at the desk was extremely helpful. I'd love to go back and spend more time. The only problem was finding the place because of the confusing one way streets in downtown San Antonio. If you don't have a GPS get good directions from the hotel before you try to find it.
