Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful villas and the suites aren't too bad either. We had a 3 bed seaview villa and it was impressive to say the least. Large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Huge bedrooms and beds all with en suites. Great personal pool. Daily maid service and pool cleaning. Complimentary water bottles daily. Boat service from mainland (5 mins) is great and runs every half hour 24/7. Now the downsides: the service and prices on the resort are not up to the standard of most of this part of the world. Extremely slow service in the two restaurants (up to an hour on a couple of occasions!). It took about 20minutes to get a draft beer one time when the staff weren't particularly busy. They said it had to come from the beachfront bar (located about 50 meters away!). Orders wrong and arriving all at different times so some are finishing before others even receive theirs. Quality of food is ok. Not a huge menu and would have liked a bit more Asian theme to foods (no sense in eating Western foods when you're overseas. Do admit to a sneaky pizza though!) Prices have a lot to be desired but that's pretty much the norm for Phuket I found. Overall an enjoyable time. New management being brought in to bring this place up to where the owner wants it to be. Fingers crossed. It is so close to being fabulous and the downfalls are very fixable.

The resort is very beautiful, but the beach is dirty and the water is like a sewer. It also costs twice as much to eat here, compared to the mainland.

1- remote location! no sightseeing! 2 - dirty beach and stink see. can not swim in the see! 3 - the construction is very poor. they use cheap materials. 4 - unprofessional and unsufficient staffs! no smile, no friendly, 5 - bad room service. delivered with plastic box! like from the street! Room service stop after 22:00! 6 - Calls to reception usually not respond or picked up.

Would Go back to the same Hotel Again

We just returned from 6 nights at the Village. Some construction at the resort, compensated with 20% discount on facilities prices. Construction not a major issue - some noise, power cuts, water outages, but 2 pools open, tennis courts open and Spa open. Hotel has 2 restaurants: The Deli (specialising in western (italian) food) and the Tamarind (More local food). Breakfast served at the The Tamarind. The Tamarind ambience could be improved - cheap furnishings, paper napkins, food exposed to heat/flies. Quality is good however. The Deli - nicer ambience than Tamarind, better quality furnishings, and a finer dining experience. Sadly, the better restaurant of the two, is not the one serving Thai food. Still some minor service issues - paper napkins that don't gel with the 5* experience. No air conditioned dining space at the resort. The Village accommodations seem great - we stayed in a Jacuzzi suite as a complimentary upgrade for our Wedding anniversary. Accommodation was of good quality. Minor issues with water outages and power outages, room safe was too small, and bed not as large as in some deluxe rooms in Thailand. However, no major complaints. The location is a bit of an enigma. The location is great for those looking to get away from it all, as although there is a boat service to shuttle you on and off the island at your convenience (very good), it gets you to the mainland in a location that is an expensive taxi ride from anywhere you might wish to visit. There is a very good seafood restaurant at Laem Hin pier, but anything else would require a minimum 800Baht round trip taxi ride. Given the lack of ambience in the Tamarind, we felt that eating at the Laem Hin Seafood restaurant suited our needs better. Living on an Island also has some other disadvantages - the resort prices for food and drink were amongst the highest we experienced in Thailand during out 2 weeks touring; similarly the mini-mart prices suffered from Island pricing too. Spent three days in the Village and the place was absolutely stunning.. food was great a bit pricey.. the breakfast spread was fit for a king only downside is the lack of fresh juice,, the pool was lovely and the slides are a bonus for the kids.. the kitchennete in the room was thoughtfully stocked,, great for whipping up a quick snack.. the island itself is not too far from the jetty only have to keep in mind the boat timings,,, all else its the most peaceful clean and loveliest beach in phuket,,,,

酒店别墅非常漂亮，无敌海景私人泳池。餐厅的菜品有些简单，好在对面码头的餐馆很棒。

整体适合放空自己，但不适合待很多天。岛上除了这个酒店其他的地方就像没发展的渔村 很穷！酒店沙滩太小，海水也不是很干净，只能在泳池游泳。房间还不错带泳池适合家庭游玩

Ett typiskt barnfamiljshotell. Fina rum med egen pool. Jobbigt med toaletter där man inte kan slänga pappret i. Okej städat. Största problemen var de två restaurangerna som fanns på hotellområdet. Stora problem med engelska språket, väldigt lång väntetid på maten och några gånger hade de dessutom glömt att göra ett par rätter (av totalt åtta). Finns inte så mycket att göra på ön, och närmsta staden, Phuket Town, ligger en bit därifrån.

Fantastic place. But they´ve got big problems with their restaurants. Low quality with high price!

No more, they do not like non muslims.

家族で一週間、プール付きのガーデンヴィラに宿泊しました。ゆっくりと家族の時間を大切に過ごしたいなら最適です。限られた宿泊客しかいませんし、サービスも目立たないようにこっそり何時の間にかやってくれています。総じてスタッフが礼儀正しく、優しい笑顔で接してくれたのが嬉しかったです。ビーチは綺麗とは言えませんが、カニやヤドカリと子供には楽しい生き物がいっぱいです。インターネットが遅いのが難点です。また部屋の電話からフロントにはなかなか通じません。孤島とプライベートを満喫するためと割り切りました。

insgesamt besser als (nach vorangegangenen eher schlechten) Bewertungen; Fruehstueck kein Ueberflieger, aber durchaus gut und völlig ausreichend; Poolanlagen gepflegt; gesamte Anlage in gutem Zustand; Stromversorgungsanlage im Lobbybereich wirklich sehr laut, aber in den Villen dann nur noch geringfügig / nicht hörbar; keine weitere spürbare Bautätigkeit; Klimaanlagen in der Villa führen ihr Eigenleben (schalten sich selbständig aus); Pluspunkt: gepflegte private pools mit wunderbarem Meerblick; Minuspunkt: inkompetentes (britisches) Management (widersprüchliche bzw. schlichtweg gelogene Ausssagen bei Anfrage nach late check out) > enttäuschend; Fazit: trotz einiger Mängel durchaus ein Platz zum Abschalten und Entspannen bei tropischem Flair

Paikkaa myytiin viiden tähden hotellina. Mielestäni se oli korkeintaan kolmen tähden mitat täyttävä. Palvelu oli toisinaan respassa ynseätä, uimarannalla kuitenki erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat tilavia ja pelkistettyjä. Sänky oli epämukava. Kulku hotellista mantereelle oli melko mnimutkaista ja kaupunkiin mennessä taksi oli ainoa kulkuneuvo. Odotukset olivat huomattavasti korkeammat kuin todellisuus

Villa好豪華好靚，我住果間4房villa估計不計泳池，花園都有3000呎。只計房間的話可以說是一流，但可惜服務欠佳。首先到步當晚，由碼頭接駁到大堂的電動車，走到半路無電，司機沒有通知其他職員，而只呆坐，最後我們一伙人要摸黑自行步行到大堂(司機並沒有陪同及帶路)，環境相當黑，沒有路燈，兩邊都是樹林。其間有另一兩接駁車經過，但竟然無載我們而直接駛去碼頭。到了大堂，當值員工竟懵然不知，更沒有為此而道歉!第2件是房間的電話由入住當晚己發現壞了(連打front dask都不能)3日內多次通知修理，但到check out那刻都未有人前來修理。以致有怎麼需求都要步行到大堂通知。這樣的服務真的令人非常失望！建議管理階層應加強員工服務質素，以免破壞酒店給客人的印象！

レムヒンピアからホテルの船で10分ほどの島にあるので、喧噪から離れのんびりできます。 昼間は船が1時間おきだったりするので、チェックイン時は事前に時刻表をチェックしておくことをおすすめします。 敷地の半分はまだ工事中で土が見えたりして昼間音が少し気になったりしますが、 ビーチやプール、レストランエリアは綺麗で快適です。 ただ、部屋は新しそうなのに壁の至る所にひび割れがあり、壁材がはかれ落ちてきていたりして強度的面で少し心配でした。 とはいえ広い部屋に大きなベッド、快適なソファーにおしゃれなバスタブと、本当にのんびり滞在できました。 カヤックやヨット、マウンテンバイク等の無料レンタルがあります。 のんびりするのに飽きたら体を動かすのもいいかもしれません。 ジャグジーやサウナも無料で使え、無料の朝食バフェはメニューが豊富でとてもおいしいです。 食事を安価に済ませたい方には、島へ渡る前の買い出しをおすすめします。 キッチンや調理器具がそろっているのである程度の料理もできます。 ビーチのスタッフが本当に親切で、釣りのえさを調達してくれたりもしてくれました。 またプーケットに行く際は全日程ここで過ごしてもいいかなとも思っています。
