Centara Grand West Sands Resort & Villas Phuket - פוקט

We booked this hotel to stay with our 3 children due to its' proximity to the water park. That said, we would never stay here again, especially for such a small park with only a few slides. The food is really awful - and the service as well. We requested a wine opener 3 times and finally had to visit the front desk in order to receive it. There isn't a lot of English spoken so even simple things like asking for salad dressing at the pool restaurant were unsuccessful. The apartments are shocking ugly with nothing at all on the walls, no rugs on the floors, etc. We visit Thailand every year and would never stay here again.

Our pent-house was simply great! All of us loved it so and enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Phuket. =)

We were very nervous as we read some poor reviews. I think perhaps people are not used to staying in Thailand, or were expecting something different. We had a fabulous stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful (they even upgraded our room without us asking). The grounds are spread out, but we had no problems getting the golf cart to take us back and forth. I think we walked twice from our room near the Front Desk to the Breakfast Hall and it takes about 10min. Its not a big deal. The Water Park is free. The Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. A lot of variety, and very very delicious food. Two pools (with nice shaded sitting 'rooms'), Kids Club, Water Park. If you have a family its incredible.

At the tsunami alarm signal, they provided drinks, fruits, towels, anti-mosquito lotion and also dinner for us. I am highly appreciated to all of the staff. But the water supply in block 8 was suspended several times.

The Room when we got there was filthy, it had not been vaccuumed or mopped from the previous people. I had asked for them to bring a vaccum cleaner, and the lady brings a sweeper brush, that really did not clean anything, there was rice, and other crap all over the rug. And that was just the beginning. On check in, not only do they take way too long to check you in, they did not have a key for us, as the machine was broken. So we had to call reception everytime we wanted to get into our room. Which was very inconvenient with 2 small children. The room was supposed to have a sofa bed, as we had 2 children, this was not the case when we got to the room, and totally lost in translation as to getting another bed sent up. Yes, they sent another bed up, but did nothing with the sofa, to convert to a bed, so we really only had 1 bed for 2 children. Which ended up falling out of it, as it was to squashy. The water park was great, and this is really the only reason we stayed here. The planes where visible from our room, and didnt bother us, the kids loved watching them take off. We where on floor 5, and the balcony railings are not high enough, and really not suitable to leave any children out there, as i thought they would go over at any time. The shower was crap, and leaked all over the floor, lucky we werent disabled, as it was difficult getting into the bath shower, as it was very high. The staff need new uniforms, as some where ripped, and looke terrrible. 5 star it was not, the best I can muster is a 2 star. They have p[otential of a 5 star, they just need to get their staff organized, and at least have muti lingual people working there. And as a previous post, too many gardeners!! Although the gardens did look magnificant. It was ok, but 1 night is enough here, until they build a better work environment, and complete building there other rooms. Which was a bit of an eye sore. Kids club was useless, as no locks, and any one could come and go as they pleased. The sup

one of the worst stays i have ever had and was thankful it was just a single night. they couldnt get a sigle thing right. they messed up our bill, which took ages to work out. then they couldnt even advise us on basics such as how to get to the pier. totally useless and aggrevated me so much that leaving was like having a weight lifted from my shoulders. i would gladly have paid more and stayed somewhere else. NEVER again.

센타라그랜드웨스트샌즈 호텔은 전반적으로 가족여행을 즐기기에는 좋은 호텔입니다 공항과도 가깝고 워터파크도있어서 어린이들과 어른들 모두 심심하지않게 즐길수있습니다 펜트하우스에는 세탁기도 있어서 매일 수영복과 옷들을 세탁할 수 있고 개인풀과 메인풀 모두 한적하게 수영을 즐길 수 있습니다 다만 푸켓시내 및 파통비치와 거리상으로 멀기때문에 택시값이 어마어마한 푸켓에서 차없이 돌아다니기에는 비용이 많이듭니다 팡아만도 거리로는 파통비치나 카론비치보다 훨씬 가까운데도 여행사들이 모두 파통쪽에 위치하고있어 오히려 픽업비용은 더듭니다 호텔 시설은 전반적으로 좋은데 샤워기나 전화기 등이 안되는경우가 종종있어 수리를 부탁하곤 했습니다 그래도 가족여행이라면 추천할만한 호텔이라고 생각하고 다시한번 방문하고 싶기도합니다

ペントハウスの部屋の最大人数６人で申し込んでおいたのですが１人来れなくなってしまったので主人と友人の５人で宿泊しました。しかし予約時は３ベッドルームだったのに入ったら４ベッドルームで２部屋はちゃんと大バスタブ（円形と一般家庭より少し大きめ）とシャワーブースとトイレと洗面台が付いていました。もう２部屋はシャワーブースとトイレと洗面台のみでした。１２ｍの屋外プールが付いていて主人が、夜、少し泳いで「気持ちいい」と言っていましたが、朝プール見ると白く濁っていて、病気にならないかヒヤヒヤしました・・・。２階建てで写真のとおり広いLDK付きで簡単な料理も出来ました。（途中コンビニで買った餃子やハムやソーセージ等）お皿は半分油が付いていて、触った瞬間使う食器は全て洗い直しました。チェックインが２０時と遅かった為、レストランへは行かず、ルームサービスでトムヤムクンとピザとサラダを注文しましたが時間がかかりましたが美味しかったです。チェックイン時はTHE　CLUBに案内されVIPな扱いに皆大満足でしたが、敷地が広大なため移動はカートで、部屋でピックアップを頼んでもなかなか来ないので、直接通路に出て走っているのに乗ったほうが早いです。あと、ルームキーはかなりコツがいる（すごいスピードで差し抜きする）ので部屋に入るのが大変でした。家族や友達との旅行でスプラッシュジャングルに行きたくて、人数が多いようなら、２人１部屋で部屋を予約せずに、６人いなくてもペントハウスを６人で予約されることをオススメします。スプラッシュジャングルへは宿泊者は無料で入れてチェックインする時間が早ければ２日間楽しめますが、２日間だと少し飽きるかもしれません。体に刺青が入っていても全然大丈夫ですよ！日本のプールでは入場できませんがタイは刺青文化なんでどこでも気軽に入れますよ。サイトの前評判が悪すぎただけに、かなり満足できる内容で満喫することが出来ました！！！あと、周辺にコンビニやレストランが無いため、違う地区や空港から直接ホテルへ向かう方は、コンビニでビールやワイン等のアルコール、飲料用の氷やジュースやおつまみを買っていかれる事を強くオススメします。

度假村从外面看很久，内部的的装修还行，但离5星级的标准还有距离。我们在里面的一家泰国餐厅吃了一顿晚餐，味道不如国内的连锁的快餐店，本来挺饿的，一吃就包了。还有在check out的时候我明明付完了所有的费用，等到了机场银行通知我，说我的卡又被刷了一笔53美金的费用。我想费用不多也就没有找他们要回来，但是给人的感觉不好。第一我已经付了所有费用，第二我原来刷的都是泰铢为什么现在刷美金。这个酒店占地面积很大，但其他的东西真的远远达不到5星级的标准。

Oiva paikka muutaman yön oleskeluun vesipuiston vuoksi. Pidemmäksi aikaa en suosittelisi. Hotelli aika syrjässä. EI henkilöille jotka eivät pidä lentomelusta. Meillä oli kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneisto mikä oli upea omalla uima-altaalla. The Clubin loungen henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa. Erinomainen palvelu!! Suosittelen.

The disappointed thing was insufficient hot water for bathing. After playing at Water Jungle, we went back to hotel for bathing. Unfortunately, no hot water. We called the hotel front desk for help and they took an hour to fix it up. They told us because of weak water pressure and we have to turn on all taps and shower to let water flushing for a period of time to wait for hot water. I think it's not environmental and the hotel has to think how to improve the design to fix it.

The first two days our family were staying in 2 bedrooms apartment. They forgot to provide slippers, didn't clean up the food in microwave, the toilet flushing system was not in good condition. After that I switched to 3 bedrooms villas with my friend. There was many problems came out. 1. 3 bedrooms only provided 1 hair dryer. 2. The outdoor jacuzzi was out of service but it should be included and charged. 3. One of the air conditioner did not work but their staff quit sliently after visited. I was so angry and forgot another problems. I made complaints everyday but still not solve before left.

I was there since 7 feb and stay in the villa with my friends. The villa is nice but we faced quite a lot of inconvenience. No hot water , air conditioner was too warm and all the room keys were not working on our last day!! We wait outside for an hour then they gave us one new room key!!! We still in this hotel so we will comment after the trip! We has been transferred to one bed room now, so far the location is better but we really want higher floor ! Hotel confirmed but didn't arrange for us.... But they arranged a free cake for my son's birthday that I do appreciate! Will keep leaving comments.

Hotelli on melko uusi ja sen yhteydessä on hotellivieraille ilmainen vesipuisto, joka ei ole mikään valtavan suuri. Lapset kokivat ja näkivät sen jo yhdessä päivässä. Alue on kaukana kaikesta hulinasta ja siksi rauhallinen. Ongelma on ainoastaan se, että hotellin aita rajoittuu Phuket Int. lentokenttään... Miäli asiakas on vähänkin meluherkkä tai huonouninen, niin kannattaa harkita kahdesti, haluatteko kuunnella suihkukoneiden lähtöjä ja saapumisia muutaman minuutin välein. Lentokenttä toimii myös yöllä. Uima-allas on erittäin iso (50 m pitkä) ja allas-alue mukava.

Luktade mögel, hårstrån överallt. De skulle byta lakan, och då fanns gula fläckar på både kudden och sängen. Vi ringde flera ggr om att få byta rum för att det luktade mögel otroligt mycket, men inget hände. Varje gång ett flygplan skulle landa eller börja flyga så vibrerade heeela rummet. Riktigt dåligt hotell på absolut alla sätt.

Functional for day before departure lodging. Nothing else. Beware that small children (under 122 cm) aren't aloud on any waterslides to our great dissapointment. We can respect the safety reasons but we chose this hotel for the waterpark only and there was no information about the restrictions on website.

서울에서와는 달리 기다리지 않고 미끄럽틀을 원하는대로 즐길 수 있는 워터파크가 있는 리조트...가족들이 함께 찾으면 더없이 즐거울 거 같아요~

alt inne i Centara er overpriset, da jeg spurte om "landbyene" som var i utkanten av hotelle området (fordi de har sin egen landområde), fikk jeg bare beskjed om at gatelysene var slått av om kveldene og "tresspassing" ikke var mulig... Noe som ikke stemte overhode, du kunne ta en spassertur på 10min så fant du restauranter (mer som en gatekjøkken) og dagligvarebutikk, tøyvask og leie av moped opptil 1/6 av prisen. Selve Centara var flott og hadde gode severdigheter tatt prisen i betraktning, var du for lat til å gå fra hotell til bad/strand/treningsstudio kunne du også sitte på med boogie bilene som kjørte rundt: stort og fint bad, men gode muligheter for å sole seg (bekvemte solsenger, og håndkle fikk man utdelt som man trengte), ett stort pluss var badeland som er inkludert i prisen, og du kunne benytte deg av den som du ville. Bestilte kingsize seng, men fikk to enkle senger som ble satt sammen, noe jeg ikke ble så veldig fornøyd over.

디럭스룸으로 예약해서 기다리니 준비가 않되었다고 다른방으로 주더군요 디럭스 스위트로 업글. 방컨디션은 좋습니다.식당과 워터파크 중간에배정이되어 오고가며 문제는 없었습니다.내부시설은 우리나라 콘도와 흡사합니다.콘도가듯이 음식물 준비하면 좋겠다는 생각했습니다.다음에 이곳에 묵는다면 준비를 많이 해야겠어요.

오래된 객실 이용시 좋지 않았으며 푸켓 도착이 늦은 밤이라 아무런 객실로 배정(오래된 객실), 직원들이 영어 사용 원활하지 않았다. 워터파크 이용시에는 매우 좋음.

我們訂了family suite(其實係2間connecting room, twin &king bed), 房間空間很大，但地面上骯髒，電話沒有人接聽，酒店範圍內的接送(穿梭車)嚴重不足，服務有代改善，地區偏遠，一定要自駕遊。

もう一度泊まりたいかと聞かれたら、絶対に泊まることは無いと断言できます。スプラッシュジャングルに入場できるというのは宿泊者の大きなメリットですが、他のホテルに泊まって、入場料を払って利用すればよいと思います。入場料は確かに高いですが、子供の喜び様を見ているとそれくらいの価値はあるかもしれません。ホテルの部屋は広く、天井も高く開放感がありますが、メンテナンスがされておらず、サービスの質は最低です。

我們 5 大 2 小住在 Luxury Suite 2 BR, 房間很大, 也乾淨 ... 加了一張床都很闊落 ... wifi 只在廳收到, 房間收不到, 早餐很一般, 水上樂園雖然細一點, 但實在很適合小朋友, 大人亦玩得很開心 ... 園內 2 家餐廳都不錯, 晚餐我們叫了車 (700b 來回包 3hr) 出路口的 MarkProk 食泰菜, 又平又好味 ... 下次我們還會再來

We got upgrade to bigger room with one bedroom and we were plesantly surprised about that. The room was great and the service in overall was very good, especially in the front desk / lobby. The waterpark was also absolutely wonderful and it was free for hotel guests. I recommend this hotel for all travelling with kids! One big minus however was the service in the hotel restaurant. We had to wait 10 minutes for the menus and first got an impression that we have no choise but to eat from the buffet table. After the waiter finally noticed us we managed to order food from the a la carte menu. Food was good. Wine was super expensive! The hotel is right next to the Phuket airport so you can see and hear the landing/leaving aircrafts. Couldn't hear them inside the room. Even though the hotel is next to the airport it takes about 15 mins with taxi to departure terminal.

리조트인줄 모르고 예약했었는데, 내부 시설이 너무 좋아서 너무 푹 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.워터파트와 스파 이용도 너무 좋았고, 우기여서 비가왔는데 밖에 나갈 필요없이 좋은 시간이었어요.

入住的是4人兩臥室的家庭房，還算乾淨，但是地板有許多清除不掉的污漬，美觀上就不好。我們住的是ocean 6，算是第六棟的建築，在晚上11點左右，火警警鈴大作，所有人都跑了出來，在外頭待了約20分鐘，查不出原因。到了半夜2點半警鈴又大作，這次在外待了半個鐘頭以上，其中又陸陸續續響了6次的警鈴，依舊查不出原因，後來居然告訴我們，可能有人在房間抽煙導致，那有這種事，抽個煙會警鈴大作，那不就天天都在響，最後乾脆關掉警報系統讓大家回房睡，整個危機處理非常不好，沒有管理階級的人員出來關心，只交給警衛人員面對房客，沒有聽到酒店對這樣的事有任何的說法和道歉，這對一個五星級的酒店而言很糟，安全管理方面一顆星都沒有

Förstklassig service! Hotellet ligger ute i bushen, så räkna med att ta en längre taxitur om ni vill undersöka världen utanför hotellet. Det mesta finns dock inne på området. Bra barer, strand, ett fantastiskt vattenland som lämpar sig väl för såväl vuxna som barn (prova vattenrutschbanan som slutar i en ramp!).

Vi bodde to familier i en penthouse suite med tre soverom og eget basseng. Flott og svært "rom" med alle fasiliteter - inkl en vaskemaskin som fikk kjørt seg ganske grundig i løpet av de tre dagene vi var der (to netter). Bassenget tilhørende suiten er nok mer som et forvokst badekar å regne (IKKE 40 m2 som det sto i brosjyra, kanskje 20 m2 med litt godvilje), men det funka greit, og det var deilig å ha en mulighet for å avkjøle overopphetede kropper. Stort basseng nede ved stranden, og hyggelige og flinke aktivitetsledere som fikk med seg både voksne og barn på vannpolo og fotball. God mat og utmerket service i Sea Breeze restaurant (som var den eneste vi prøvde). Prisnivået er noe høyere, men absolutt overkommelig for en vanlig norsk lommebok. Vi booket dette hotellet de to siste nettene av ferien for å få litt luksus og for å være nær flyplassen ved avreise (ca 15 min kjøring fra hotellet). Området rundt hotellet er MEGET stille og rolig i forhold til shoppingmuligheter, restauranter osv. Du må ta taxi til Thalang (20 min) eller Phuket Town (45 min) for å få noe "action" på den fronten. Jeg hadde ikke lagt meg til her for 2 uker i strekk, men for et par - tre netter var det helt supert. Og ja, når du ligger så nært flyplassen, så VIL du høre flyene lande og ta av. Sånn er det bare! Vi hadde flott utsikt til flyplassen fra takterrassen, og syntes det var facinerende å oppleve det på nært hold. Kan ikke si vi ble plaget av flystøy når vi oppholdt oss innendørs.

人生最低のホテル。２度と行かない！！ ４人分の金額を払ってもタオルなど全て２人分しかないし、冷蔵庫も電話も壊れてるし、挙句夜中に部屋の非常ベルが鳴りうるさくても誰も対応してくれない。 電話が壊れてるからわざわざフロントまで呼びに行ったのに 「何で部屋の非常ベルが鳴ったのか分からない。システムの以上」と言われ、部屋もいっぱい開いている様子だったでの部屋の交換を頼んだが応じてくれなかった。

L'hotel allie à la fois un hotel très confortable avec un accès à une plage privée et une très belle piscine et un petit parc aquatique pour lequel la majorité de la clientèle y vient (6 toboggans géants avec bouées notamment pour 2 d'entre eux). Il est vrai que les prestations sont de qualités et l'accès à la plage privilégiée, mais une fois allongée sur votre transat en bois, vous n'aurez que 15 mns de calme total....avant d'entendre décoller et arriver les avions ! Vous êtes collés à la piste de décollage : c'est marrant 2 minutes. Le parc est sympa pour les enfants. Attention au transfert vers l'aéroport : malgré la distance à vol d'oiseau de l'aéroport, il faut compter 700 baths pour rejoindre l'aéroport en taxi ! Ce qui est énorme compte tenu du niveau de vie local. En conclusion, profitez de l'hotel surtout en tout fin de séjour, si vous voulez être proche de l'aéroport ou pour les enfants si vous recherchez un parc aquatique (accès gratuit pour les résidents de l'hotel). Cela reste un hotel très confortable !

Cet hôtel est très propre. Cependant l'entretien dans les chambres laisse à désirer. Nous manquions de serviettes et de papiers toilettes et les femmes de ménage ne passaient pas tous les jours malgré la demande de "make up the room". L'hôtel est trs étendu en surface donc il demande de marcher 5-10min dans l'hôtel pour atteindre le petit déjeuner ou la piscine. Malgré tout, il est très propre, l'accueil très agréable, souriant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner un délice. La piscine et la plage sont excellents mais attention à la mer où il y a énormément de courant donc baignade avec vigilance. Le gros plus est l'accessibilité au centre aquatique qui est vraiment très plaisant surtout pour les enfants. Petite astuce : en marchant 3min en sortant de l'hôtel, vous trouverez une superette, où les prix sont bien inférieurs aux prix des collations proposés dans l'hôtel ainsi que des restaurants très abordables et très bons. Suivez le monde. Déception pour le service de taxi, payer 500bahts pour faire hôtel-aéroport alors qu'il y a 10-15min de route, c'est pas normal.

숙박시설은 넓고 좋았다. 베드도 편안하고, 숙박시설도 굉장이 넓고, 주방시설도 있어서 좋은점이 많았다. 하지만 샤워실이 물도 안내려가고, 에어컨도 고장났었고, 식당은 한곳밖에 없어서 다양한 음식은먹을수 없었으며, 바통과는 거리가 멀어서 이동시 시간이 많이 걸리는데, 택시비는 너무 비싸고, 직원들이 영어가 안되서 의사소통에 어려움이 있었고, 모든 서비스에 드는 비용이 많이들었다. 거기에 리조트안에 수영장ㅇㅇ 말고는 아무것도 없다. 테니스도 탁구도 저녁에 공연도 없으며, 수영장도 6시면 문을 닫으니, 밤이면 너무 할게 없어서 무료했다

Bodde her siste natt før avreise får å unngå mye stress da flyet skulle gå tidlig. Måtte allikevel betale 500 thb for drosje så selv om det ligger nærme flyplassen og man kan se flyplassen fra hotellet, er kjøreveien fremdeles 15 min ca og drosjene tar fast pris. Selv om hotellet skal være nytt, var aboslutt ikke bygget innvendig av særlig høy kvalitet. Var en ekkel stank ved inngangen, og rommene er små og ikke spesielt fine. Fikk ikke så bra inntrykk av dette hotellet i sin helhet for å være helt ærlig. Servicen var også veldig treg og ikke spesielt bra, og måtte nesten krangle oss til det rommet vi faktisk hadde bestilt. Og vi måtte vente på å få det nye rommet ganske så lenge. Førlte vi sløste hele kvelden på det. Helt merkelig. Man er litt fanget når man er der, og det kan jo være koselig på et vis, men samtidig litt klaustrofobisk. hotellets restauranter er veldig dyre med tanke på de gjeldene prisene ellers i Phuket. Servicen der også var ikke noe å skryte av og maten var ok. Helt ok, og ikke 5-stjeners opplevelse i det hele tatt.

プーケット国際空港の滑走路隣です。空港からはとてもアクセスが良い。 広大なホテルの敷地とプライベートビーチがあり散歩が出来ます。 併設のスプラッシュジャングルは子供が大喜びです。 今回はパッケージだったので有りがたい。 レストランはホテル内は夜１件なので、家族連れならコンドミニアムを活かし、持ち込み部屋食もいいかも。 周りには何もなく私達はレンタカーでパトンより移動してのステイだったから良かったが、何日もステイするなら移動にレンタカーが必須と思う。
