Courteous and helpful welcoming staff. Thank you, Richad. Conveniently located. Quiet, comfortable second-level room facing overlooking car park. However our stay was dampened somewhat by a leaking bathroom basin that required regular "mopping".

Very helpful staff and a pleasant welcome with assistance to bring bags in - nice. Easy enough to get into Liverpool by car or bus. Staff knowledgeable about the city. Breakfast was included - though it said on my booking form it wasn't and was a help yourself cereal and toast. I stayed two nights. Be aware rooms on top floor - stairs are steep. No toiletries provided. Towels and bedding immaculately clean. Coffee tea and milk provided.Room warm & good enough shower plenty of hot water.Decent TV shared hairdryer Basic - good value no issues.Thanks

We stayed at the snooze accommodation on sat 14th May; we had rooms 6 and 8. The rooms were immaculate and very well presented. We had an en-suite bathroom with a shower and it was very clean. The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of Liverpool which cost between £4-£6 per ride. The staff seemed really helpful and were good at telling you were specific places where. Overall I would recommend staying there if you wanted some piece and quiet from the centre of Liverpool.
