Platinum Residence - ורשה

ה-Platinum Residence היה מדהים. הרגשתי כ-VIP. שהיתי בדירת הסטודיו וזה היה נפלא. היא הייתה מאוד מרווחת, עם במטבח מצויד, חדר אורחים יפה, חדר שינה פתוח, חדר אמבטיה יפה להפליא ומרפסת ענקית. מבחינת האוכל הוא היה מסונף ל-Hilton, וכלקוח Platinum הייתה לי גישה למסעדות של Hilton. בבניין יש ספא, חדר כושר ובריכה (כולם מקורים). אבל, למרבה הצער, לא הזדמן לי ליהנות מהם, משום שבזמן שהייתי ערכו שם את בדיקות התחזוקה השנתיות. סידורי הביטחון הם כאילו הייתם בבניין דירות. לדוגמה, לכל דבר אתם צריכים את כרטיס בית המלון: הוא פותח את הדלתות ומפעיל את מכשירי החשמל בחדר שלכם, מה שגורם למלון להיות מאוד יעיל ואף ירוק במובן מסוים. במלון היה שוער נהדר, שביצע עבורי את הזמנת הארוחות. אחד הדברים שיותר אהבתי הוא שאפשרו לי צ'ק-אין מוקדם בצהריים, וצ'ק אאוט מאוחר בשתיים אחה"צ. והיות והגעתי יותר מוקדם, הם שמרו על המטען שלי בזמן שהלכתי לסייר בורשה. הדבר השלילי היחידי הוא שהמלון נמצא באזור שקט, קצת הליכה מהמרכז, אבל שרות המוניות של המלון היה מאוד לא יקר. ובהיותי דובר אנגלית בלבד, העובדה שבכבלים שבחדר לא היו בכלל ערוצים באנגלית הרגיזה אותי. אבל ממילא בקושי מבלים זמן כלשהו במלונות, ובס"ה זה היה מקום לגמרי נוח, נפלא ומהודר להתארח בו. ואני מקווה לשהות בו שוב, בפעם הבאה שלי בורשה.

שהיתי כאן בסוף השבוע, וזה המלון הטוב ביותר ששהיתי בו בוורשה! החדר היה נחמד ונקי, כולל מטבח מלא, שתי טלוויזיות עם מסך שטוח אחת בסלון ואחת בחדר השינה. אין אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם, וזה חיסרון, אבל אני יכול לחיות עם זה! עליכם להחזיר את המפתח לחדרכם לקבלה לפני השעה 9 בבוקר אם אתם רוצים שינקו את חדרכם. היה לי נוף מדהים מהקומה ה-18. בסך הכל, שהות של 4.85 כוכבים מבחינתי.

המלון הזה הוא המקום המושלם לשהות בו אם אתם מחפשים נוחות, שקט וקצת פאר בוורשה. המלון מחובר למרכז קניות קטן שכולל מסעדות, מזון מהיר ומרכז רפואי. המלון גם מחובר למלון הילטון באמצעות הבריכה ושירותי הספא. המלון קצת רחוק מתחנת הרכבת וחנויות נוספות, אבל זו טרחה קטנה. הצוות היה מועיל להדהים וגם הבקשות הכי קטנות שלנו נענו מיד. מחיר החדרים היה צנוע בכל קנה מידה בשביל עיר גדולה, ולא אהסס לשהות כאן שוב ושוב.

התארחנו ב-Platinum מספר שבועות לפני כן, בתחילת ביקורנו בפולין. היה נחמד לחזור לסביבה מוכרת. הצוות עדיין היה נחמד מאוד ודובר אנגלית שוטפת. היה לנו חדר אחר, במגדל שממול, וכך הזדמן לנו להשוות בין החדרים השונים. שוב, המיטה הייתה מאוד נוחה. חדר האורחים היה נאה ומרווח. התגעגענו לישיבה על הכיסאות הגבוהים באזור המטבח, אבל במקום זאת היה שם שולחן לשניים, וזה היה נחמד. חדר האמבטיה היה מעט יותר קטן מהראשון, אולם עדיין מצויד היטב ומרווח. הייתי חוזר לכאן שוב.

את המלון הזמנתי דרך hotels.com, לאחר חיפוש אחרי מלונות אפשריים רבים. מאוד שמחתי על בחירתי. הבניין היה במרחק נסיעה מהירה משדה התעופה ומחירה היה כ- 25 זלוטי. הצוות היה ידידותי מאוד והם יצאו מכליהם על מנת לקדם את פניי בברכה. לדעת מעט מאוד פולנית לא היווה בעיה: הצוות מדבר אנגלית די שוטפת. שעת הצ'ק-אין , 2 אחה"צ, הייתה מעט מאוחרת ממה שציפיתי, אבל היה שווה לחכות. דירת חדר נחמדה. מיטה כפולה נוחה מאוד. חדר אמבטיה נחמד עם מקלחון גדול. חדר האורחים, כמו המקום כולו, היה יפה ונוח, עם תחושה מינימליסטית מודרנית, קירות לבנים עם נגיעות צהבהב. אם כי מאוד רגוע ושלו. הנוף מהקומה העשרים היה נחמד, כמו גם האפשרות הנפלאה לפתוח את החלונות על מנת להכניס קצת אוויר רענן, כשרצינו. על מנת לקנות קצת מצרכים, יש, מסביב לפינה ובמרחק של פחות מרחוב אחד- חנות מכולת קטנה. הייתי ממליץ להתארח כאן. הייתה לי כאן חוויה מהנה מאוד.

מלון מדהים ובמחיר סביר. זהו מבנה חדש לחלוטין עם חדרים מודרניים, הזוכים לתחזוקה של מלון. שהינו בחדר ברמת Master, שכולל מטבח מלא, מדיח כלים, מכונת כביסה ותנור מיקרוגל: זה נוח מאד לשהות ארוכה יותר. אהבנו מאד את חדרנו, הייתה לנו שהות מדהימה.

התרשמתי מאד מהמלון הזה: הוא מודרני, נקי ומרווח מאד. הזמנתי דירה עם שני חדרים להוריי, לבעלי ולי. הדירה הייתה ענקית!! שני חדרי שינה עם מיטות גדולות ונוחות, טלוויזיות והמון מקום לאחסון: 1.5 חדרי שירותים, אזור ישיבה עם ספה וטלוויזיה גדולות (עם נוף ל- Palac Kultury i Nauki). והטוב יותר מכל: מטבח שכולל תנור, כלי הגשה, מקרר, תנור מיקרוגל, ואפילו מכונת כביסה. מקום מושלם לאלה שמעוניינים לשהות בוורשה לתקופה ארוכה. הצוות של המלון נהדר גם כן, מועיל מאד ונחמד.

אני מתארח כאן במשך ארבעת השבועות האחרונים, מיום ראשון עד יום שישי. כל פעם שאני עושה צ'ק-אין הם ממשיכים לבקש ממני למלא את פרטיי האישיים, שהוא דבר מעצבן לאור העובדה שכבר הייתי שם פעמים רבות לפני כן. בנוסף, תמיד יש משהו לא בסדר עם הדירה, כגון תנורי החימום, הלוויין או המקרר אינם פועלים. הטלפונים אף פעם לא פועלים. לא התארחתי בדירה שבה הטלביזיה בלווין בחדר השינה לא פעלה. לעולם לא אתארח שם שוב. אם אתה משאיר את המפתח שלך למטה לתיקון, הם לא מנקים את הדירה שלכם. המקום מאכזב.

סקירה מעורבת משהו. בס"ה המלון הוא תענוג: מקום מגורים טיפוסי עם חדרים מוכנים לשהייה ארוכה, עם מתקני מטבח\מכבסה מלאים. אבל זאת בהחלט חוויה של מלון ארבעה כוכבים וחצי מבחינת הדירה, משום שהיא נקייה להפליא ומאוד מרווחת בשביל יחידה במרכז העיר. הכול היה יכול להיות חמישה כוכבים, להוציא את התוספות, שאותן לא רציתי או לא הייתי צריך בביקור הנוכחי, אבל שהיו יכולות להיות מעצבנות אילו הייתי בא לזמן ארוך יותר. אין עדיין מתקני ספורט, הם נמצאים מעבר לכול הבניין איפשהו בהילטון. אין עדיין אפשרות לארוחות בוקר, אותו סיפר. מעלית מספר שלוש שימשה בעיקר את צוות הבנייה והייתה מטונפת, והשאר היו תפוסות מאוד. שרות המוניות מאוד איטי, ובעיר לא כל הנהגים יודעים עדיין על Platinum Residence, כך שהכתובת הייתה חובה (או "ממש מאחורי הילטון"). אני חוזר: בס"ה חוויה מצוינת, עם כמה גיהוקים שיש לקוות שיטופלו לאחר שתסתיים הבנייה.

זה לא ממש מלון, לכן אי אפשר להשוות את Platinum Residences למלון. זאת יחידת השכרה למנהלים, בית רחוק מהבית. הדירות חדישות, נקיות ומאוד נוחות. המקום מספק סבון, שמפו ומגבות. אבל, אם אתם שוהים זמן ארוך יותר, תדעו שיהיה עליכם לקנות בעצמכם סבון כביסה (היה נחמד אילו היו מספקים מספר דוגמאות). בנוסף, אין שולחן או כסאות במרפסות. חוץ מזה, בשביל נוסע עסקי, החדרים מרווחים וחיבור האינטרנט מאוד סולידי.

The room was fine. Large and great for an extended stay for business. For tourists, a little far from the sites we wanted to see. Directions to get to hotel very poor. It took us forever to find it since we walked from Central Station. not by taxi.

apartment was absolutely spotless and posh and modern, however if something breaks in your room you can be waiting up to an hour for it to be fixed in my case it was the oven had stoppped working so i had to fone reception 5x before anyone came out and i was in the middle of cooking so meal was ruined. they everntually turned up to give me a key to another room to go and cook my food which was all the way across other side of hotel. Was so looking forward to the spa and wifi however you have to pay 50zloty for spa and about 10zloty for wifi, what a joke! and breakfast was very dissapointing, we were sent across the way and paid 40zloty for breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a shopping centre. But location is terrible you have to get taxi to it! no way near central Warsaw!

Everything was great, the only thing was the front desk wasn't helpful. For instance, wanted to order take out but they weren't helpful to give any guidance in how to do so. Otherwise the room was clean and stocked with a fridge and microwave, stove, pans,and pots, and silverware and a kettle. The bathroom was therapeutic and relaxing.

I've stayed at these apartments many times and rate them highly in terms of cleanliness, qulaity of service, friendliness of staff and quietness of the rooms. Negatives for this visit were; I arrived late and had to leave a cash deposit, but had no cash on my - so I had to make a trip to the cash machine. There was no towels in my room when I arrived, but fortunately the conceirge had a few spares. Some lights were also not working in my apartment, but overall I enjoy my stay there.

The staff had been to the soviet school of hospitality the rooms were huge but there was neither balcony nor quality in bed linen or anything else its an apartment not a hotel a bit like Ryan air everything costs something extra. A couple stars off an is about right.

Whilst not the most central hotel, location was fine. Apartment was fantastic.

Just a short tram ride to the Old Town or to Central Railway Station, most sites found around the Old Town where you can walk from each attraction. Hotel situated in a mini complex with restaurants, cafes & supermarket - perfect as rooms are self catering but if one does not want to cook, there are restaurants to eat at. Rooms spacious with all amenities including all cookware for self-caterers. Hotel staff very friendly and able to answer questions. We bought a 3 day bus/tram/metro pass (48PLN) which was a much easier and cheaper way to see all the sights. Would definitely recommend this hotel - good value for money!

Nice modern apartment if you want to stay not only in 1 room. Includes a kitchen, living room, and located quite area. Close to some small shopping area. Worth to repeat.

Nice flat, clean, everything as advertized. Location was a bit out of the way, but with good weather it would be fine.

Everything I needed was simply a phone call away. The staff was wonderful.

It is quite comfortable to stay in this hotel,nice balcony,quite cleanliness. I will book this hotel when I come to poland next time.

15min walk to city centre. Great apartment. Shame you have to pay for wi-fi. Loads of Poles there.

good location, but beds are too small for a couple. It is the only big negative point of this hotel.

The hotel room itself is really nice and the receptionist although not the most polite in the world did speak English which is much appreciated. The room itself was spacious with a nice balcony however the main gripe was the cleanliness of the room. An extremely dirty frying pan, no iron, no milk for tea/coffee and the balcony floor obviously had not been cleaned in some time. The room itself its 4/5 star quality but the cleanliness really let's it down.

This isnt really a hotel as much as it is an apartment for rent. Nonetheless, the apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Couldnt find anything wrong with the apartment. Reception is only open from 6am and we had to leave at 5:30am the next day. This wasnt a problem after speaking with someone at reception the night before. All in all, id probably stay here again.

This is a quality place, with superb amenities, at a very good price. A bit out of the way but not a big deal thanks to taxis always available.

Very nice room , clean loads of space I would use the hotel again , you will not find a hotel room of this quality at the price I paid in any English city there is a very nice Polish restaurant 2 min walk down the road.

Awesomely appointed studio suite, but nary an instruction about how to use washing machine (new to me). So new that the particle board cabinets were still gassing off; perhaps just needs a good airing? 17th floor with fantastic view of Warsaw skyline--fog in the morning, clear evening. Although breakfast not incl., there was fridge, stovetop, etc in the suite, and great options on the main floor for nosh. Location v.good for me--I walk everywhere and this allowed different paths through different areas than prev place in Centrum. All requests (very few here) were accommodated with graciousness, and staff were helpful and generous with their time. My particular issue was being stuck in Lift C for 20 minutes with no way out. Staff on intercom assured me service was soon on its way, but an anxious person likely would have had a major episode. Me, I had a book to read :) Great rate thru Hotels.com. I would return.

Clean, convenient, friendly, affordable – great place to stay

Very comfortable and modern apartments.

The Platinum Residence is actually in a condo building. I have a feeling these are unsold condos that are being rented out as hotel night stays to help fund the vacancies. That being said - they are beautifully decorated and come with at least some kitchen basics that let us cook in one night and get an escape from eating out. There is a great grocery store and wine shop attached to the building. SUper convenient! The one downside was the service...meaning NONE. They don't seem to care and don't have the mentality of a hotel. We booked with the idea that we would be getting free WiFi and access to the gym, but upon arrival these were only given to us for an extra (ridiculous) fee...so we declined.

THe Platinum Residence was a pleasant surprise. Really good rates for a brand new hotel with amazing views of Warsaw. They are very strict about the 2pm check in time so don't get there early. THey turned me away for 3 hours. Maids also do not service the room every day, only on request. I would totally go again. Good restaurants and shops right down stairs.

Polite and helpful staff. Very disappointing that a hotel of this quality doesn't provide free WiFi in the room. Will seriously consider other options on my next visit to Warsaw.

The Hotel/Apartment is very high quality. It feels like beingin a brand new apartment. This was my 3rd stay in 1 year. Changes are that Internet in the rooms is not free which for me is a major negative these days. Also I arrived at 22.30 and now all irons now have to be requested, but housekeeping was closed so no irons were available.

The hospitality was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location with secure garage and reasonable walking distance to Old Town. Minor issue that bathroom did not have internal ventilation and there was no air-conditioning in our apartment. Excellent layout with separate location for bedroom although billed as studio. Restaurants and supermarket in lobby very convenient.

Our A/C did not work on a day that was 31 C! They said that A/C is not included. We were very angry. And we had to wait until the next day to change to another room with A/C (OR upgrade). That was a bit ridiculous. We could hardly breathe. Having said that, the staff are quite nice. The apartment is very beautiful. Everything is there. Supermarket downstairs was convenient, so was the sushi restaurant!

It was excellent stay apart from not extending our departure time after they gave us a word to extend the departure time four hours and charge us half the rent and we accepted that. This caused a confusion to our plans.
