The rooms are very clean, beds very comfy and showers (there is also a tub) hot! Service is excellent, and a warm and friendly welcome is provided. Local information is given with enthusiasm. Continental breakfast (modest extra charge) is extremely generous and there is plenty of variety. The hotel is in a seedy area as one might expect opposite the railway station, but also extremely convenient if taking a train! It is a mere 8 minute walk from the city centre, main places of interest, shops and good restaurants (also plenty of these nearby). There is no lift, but it is well worth climbing the stairs to get here!!!!

We visited Toulouse only to catch a flight home the next day so we only visited the city for a few hours in the afternoon. The hotel is near the train station so we were not expecting great surroundings.However we were quite put off by the situation when we got there.It was much worse than train station areas in other cities we have visited and the state of the streets was unacceptable. There were a large number of dubious people drinking on street corners and the sidewalks were covered in dog feces. We walked down towards the Garonne river and the more touristy ares and these things improved but the city left us with a bad impression- dirty, polluted and not all that. Interesting. The hotel was fine ,for its rating, and the reception was pleasant , friendly and helpful but Toulouse won't attract us back

The hotel was cheap, and great for a late arrival at the station. It's so close to walk, just across the road. Having said that we had to wander up and down the road looking for it as it's not clearly signed and building numbers were difficult to find. The room was very basic, narrow, just enough room for the bed and passage past. The walls were incredibly thin and we were kept away by a roomfull of youngsters next door. The staff were sweet when we called about it and asked the youngsters to be quiet, but it was difficult not to hear any kind of conversation. It's a cheap, convenient for station and clean hotel with nice staff, but very basic and i would not stay there for anything other than 1 night for convenience to station.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay in Toulouse an even more pleasant experience. Convenient to the train station and easy walking to most sites. An old building with lots of stairs but clean.

Hôtel modeste mais très propre et confortable. Emplacement idéal par rapport à la gare. Prix attractif.

Bon accueil. Chambre propre et surtout literie très confortable. La salle de bain n'est pas d'un super luxe mais très propre. J'ai aussi apprécié la place de parking privé. Je recommande cet hôtel, car le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel.

Helt OK for overnatting. Svært hyggelig betjening.

Proximité de la gare Matabiau intéressante. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'hôtel est propre. Ma chambre n'était pas orientée coté rue donc je n'ai pas du tout été gênée par les bruits extérieurs. Par contre l'insonorisation des chambres est trop faible et les départs tôt le matin m'ont réveillée. Les environs de l’hôtel avec une population plutôt mal famée ne m'ont pas donnée envie d'aller me promener en soirée.

si nous devons revenir faire un séjour à Toulouse, nous reviendrons dans ce meme hotel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et également très bien renseigné sur les sites à visiter. La climatisation de la chambre a été très appréciée

L'hôtel est calme et le personnel accueillant et sympathique.

Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme, men hotellet som sådan var ikke i top, men det havde vi jo heller ikke betalt for. Så til prisen var det ok. Gaden hotellet ligger i er ikke i den pæne ende af Toulouse, så man kan blive antastet af folk på gaden.

Hôtel situé à proximité de la gare, chambre propre, personnel avenant et souriant

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul problème: assez bruyant.

Accueil excellent (rarement vu aussi bon !). Mention spéciale au personnel qui a su me guider (parking proche, restaurant de très rapport qulaité/prix...).petit déjeuner ok Je recommande chaudement

Je recherchais un hôtel à prix raisonnable pour une escale d'une nuit à proximité de la gare Matabiau. L’hôtel des Ambassadeurs répondait à tous ces critères. Les gérants étaient très sympathiques avec notamment des conseils sur ma destination finale. Autour de l'hôtel (moins de 5 min à pied), il y a pas mal d'endroits pour manger, du fast-food à la brasserie traditionnelle. La chambre était très propre et confortable, bien chauffée malgré la vague de froid du moment (chauffage central + clim réversible réglable avec une télécommande fournie). J'avais réservé une chambre pour 1 personne et j'ai eu une chambre pour 3, suffisante par la taille pour un séjour sans luxe mais à petit prix au centre de Toulouse (cad utilisation de la chambre juste pour y dormir). La déco est simple et récente. Bien que ma chambre donnait sur la rue, je n'ai pas entendu de bruits de circulation. Par contre, je pouvais entendre la TV assez bruyante du voisin. Seul regret: l'absence de prises de courant autour de la tête de lit empêchant le branchement d'un réveil ou d'une prise de chargement de téléphone.

Cet hotel est reelent en face de la gare .quartier populaire ... tres bon accueil de jour comme de nuit . Bemol au 31me il faut faire couler l eau a fond pendant 2 minutes pour que l eau chaude arrive ( mais il ya bien de l eau tres chaude faut juste etre patient ) ideal en passage pour 1 ou 2 nuits

Personnel très accueillant, l'hotelier m'a même proposé une chambre coté cour, pour etre plus au calme. La chambre était relativement bien insonorisée. Globalement très satisfait.

Ancien hôtel, proche de la gare mais très près des lieux de trafics en tout genre. Cependant l’accueil est sympa et le personnel attentif.

Um hotel bastante simples, mas seus donos recebem muito bem.

Hotellet har nok hatt sin glanstid for mange år siden. Litt slitt og ligger i et litt belasted område. Stort pluss til en veldig hyggelig resepsjonist som tegnet opp på kartet hvor vi kunne gå (og helst ungå) i Toulouse. Frokosten var fin og grei.

les point positifs : Hôtel sympathique situé à deux pas de la gare, personnel très accueillant. Chambre correcte et propre. les points négatifs : chambres mal insonorisées, plancher qui craque, mauvaise connexion internet par endroits, pas d'ascenseur.

Hôtel relativement bien situé par rapport à la gare, mais offre des prestations médiocres. Chambres mal insonorisées - Clients bruyant, sans scrupules, qui rentrent tard la nuit et parlent à haute voix comme en plein jour. Je suis déçu et n'y séjournerai plus.
