The old walled area by the port is the nicest part of St Malo, crowded with interesting cafes and characterful mostly fish restaurants.Parking near the hotel is not straightforward -- didn't use the hotel's own facilities -- but that is the price you pay for being in the heart of things. Nice freshly made breakfast.

The people who run this hotel are so nice it's incredible. They humored me with my fractured French, even though their English is fluent, and were very, very helpful. Our rental car sported a big company sticker on its bumper - translating to "rob me, please" - so we weren't comfortable leaving our luggage in the car while we visited Mont St Michel. We dropped by the hotel long before check-in time, and the staff offered to hold our luggage until we returned, giving us great peace of mind. The room was sweet; and the bed ultra-comfortable. Our window opened out on the street, and our view was of the rooftops of St. Malo. Breakfast was filling. We had our choice of boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, croissants, breads, jams, cafe, tea, etc. I would return there without hesitation.

Staf was heel vriendelijk en gaf aardige tips over de stad en restaurant.Regelde een plaats voor onze auto in een garage van een ander hotel.

Vi bodde her to netter, og er storfornøyde med oppholdet. Rommene var rene og trivelige, og sengen var god å sove i. Vi valgte å spise frokost her, noe som også kan anbefales. Betjeningen er hyggelig, men et lite minus er at nattevakten ikke snakket engelsk. (Tips: Ta ut kontanter før du ankommer St. Malo dersom du har planer om å ta taxi til hotellet. Taxiene tar ikke kort.)

J’ai été très déçu par l’accueil, qui est vraiment important dans l'appréciation d'un hôtel. 
C’est un trois étoiles assez bas de gamme, avec une chambre très petite. J’ai été très mal conseillé, notamment sur le nombres de places de parking du Ferry, très importantes soi-disant. En réalité, le parking est complet très rapidement, et nous avons failli rater le bateau. Il y a d'autres hôtels dans le centre beaucoup mieux.

hôtel très bien situé intra muros, dommage que la chambre réservée ait des rideaux occultant qui ne se ferment pas complétement, la salle de bain n'avait pas de rideau ou de volet si bien que lorsque vous prenez votre douche l'immeuble d'en face voit absolument tout vu que la lumière s’allume automatiquement et que vous ne pouvez donc pas l’éteindre.

L'hôtel est situé dans une partie très calme de Saint Malo, à proximité des remparts. La chambre était très agréable et confortable, la salle de bain un peu petite mais irréprochable. Peut-être manquerait-il un petit plateau d’accueil avec Thé, café, bouilloire et douceurs.
