Easy, clean and comfortable

Very clean and quiet room, fairly hospitable staff. I wish dinner had started earlier (19h/19h30, I can't remember) for those of us who wish to go to bed early for early morning flights the next day, but it wasn't a big deal. When you arrive at the shuttle stop at the airport, be sure to call the number listed there to let them know you've arrived so they can dispatch a shuttle to you. I really enjoyed my peaceful, restful overnight stay and would go back when traveling through Lyon again.

Stayed overnight due to having an early flight, and was a third of the price of the nh on the airport. The reception couldn't find my reservation until I showed the e-mail reservation, but once that hiccup was sorted I couldn't fault them, the room was spotless, the bed comfy and the restaurant food was excellent and very reasnoble. The airport was a 20 minute walk, but the shuttle got me to the terminal in a couple of minutes and leaves every 30 mins.

We had a really hard time finding out where to catch the shuttle from the Lyon airport to the hotel. We called several times but the front desk person could not explain well enough (his English was not understandable). We finally went to the information desk at the airport and had them call. It would be very helpful if hotels.com gave explicit instructions on where to find the shuttle van from the terminal to the hotel. Example: from terminal 1 go out to the left, past the taxi stand and go to the sign labeled P2, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes or so.

I booked into the hotel for an early morning flight, due to the fact that the airport is a far distance away from the centre of Lyon. The free shuttle bus runs from the airport to the hotel and back which was very handy. When i arrived at the airport (rhoneexpress from the centre is the best way to get to and from the airport) I ask at the infomation desk in the airport for the best way to get to the hotel and the lady behind the desk phoned the hotel for me and requested they picked me up. The shuttle bus (mini bus) arrived in 10 minutes to a stop (clearly marked) just outside the doors of terminal 2. if looking for the stop follow the signs for the enterence to the NH hotel as the stop is just opposite. When checking in the staff also noted down what time in the morning i would need to take a bus to the airport. I did not spend a long time in the hotel but was just the ticket to reduce stress when trying to get the airport for an early flight. I would not advise using this airport as a base to explore Lyon as the train to and from the airport is 20 Euros return (if under 25).

Small room, very average service in the restuarant, but convenient for the airport. Not worth the rate per night.

Avoid it

Right next to Lyon St Exuberry, but you can't walk so need to rely on the shuttle bus. That is a bit of a pain, but not a disaster - they collect when you call them, and drop back regularly.

This hotel is very conveniently located at Lyon Saint Exupery Airport. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean. More importantly, the internet connection is FREE (unlike the other airport property). In addition, there is a free airport shuttle to take you the 800 m from the hotel to the terminal.

We had a pleasant, short stay at this very convenient airport hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, but very small. Recommended for early flights out of Lyon!

nous avons passé une nuit très agréable, pas de bruit, le service et l'accueil impeccables et la chambre très propre !

Jag anlände på kvällen till Lyon flygplats och skulle vidare m bil nästa morgon. Övernattning på Kyriad var en bra lösning. Utanför ankomsthallen finns en hållplats för Kyriads gratis-taxi. Bara att ringa så blir man hämtad inom 15 min. Hotellet ligger nära, men det är ingen bra promenadväg. Rummet var litet, men rent och snyggt och med stor och bekväm säng. Mycket vänlig personal på hotellet - och ett extra plus för prisvärd frukost (som serveras från kl 03:00). Jag skulle boka Kyriad igen om jag behövde övernatta en natt vid flygplatsen.

L'hôtel est pourtant très proche de l'aéroport mais il est difficile d'y accéder à pied et les navettes sont toutes les demi-heures à heures fixes et à condition d'avoir commander. Leur système de navettes doit s'améliorer car il génère trop d'attente à l'aéroport et les taxis ne vous prennent pas pour cette petite distance.

J'avais un vol à 6h00 du matin et j'ai decidé de passer la nuit à l'aeroport. La navette de l'arroport passe tous les 30 minutes et l'arret se situe près de l'entrée T3. L'hotel est propre et correct, mais les chambres sont petites. Petit dej à partir de 3h00 du mat!

Parfait pour prendre un vol le matin

Le gros bémol pour moi est le temps d'attente de la navette. Elle est sensée passer toutes les 30 mn, c'est a dire aux heures 00 et 30. Or suis arrivée à 19h25 et ai attendu 20h10 ... Voyageant avec un bébé ce n'est pas l'idéal. Sinon prendre la navette de l'Ibis qui est à 2 pas du Kyriad ... Je conseillerai à ces 2 hôtels de faire navette commune en alternance toutes les 15mn pour un meilleur service de la clientèle ... Pour le reste rien à dire, très propre et literie confortable. Petit plateau à thé que j'ai trouvé plutôt bien fourni. Une baignoire dans la chambre, appréciable après un voyage en avion pour se détendre ...

Idéal pour les départs de l'aéroport, une navette vous y amène. L'extérieur de l'hôtel ne donne pas particulièrement envi mais les chambres ont été rénové récemment. Le petit déjeuner est servi à toute heure de la nuit, très bien !

The room was nice , bed good , seemed my neighbor had some noisy items (phone/alarms) but overall a quiet hotel . No airport noise & quick to it . Food was good & shuttle fast . Wi Fi pretty fast .

Стандартный аэропортовый отель, без изысков, но вполне комфортен для одной ночевки. До города конечно далековато. Шатлы ходят регулярно, вполне удобно!

Perfekt för en övernattning innan vidare resa.

Cercavamo un hotel a Lione per due notti per poter assistere alla festa delle luci dell'8 dicembre. In quel periodo è praticamente impossibile riuscire a trovare un hotel in centro. Abbiamo scelto questo albergo vicinissimo all'aeroporto e abbiamo preso un'auto a noleggio per poter raggiungere la città facilmente senza vincoli di orario. Abbiamo trovato un buon albergo, tranquillo e silenzioso, con personale cortese, stanze pulite e comode. Forse il prezzo è un po' troppo alto. Ma tutto sommato è stata la scelta migliore.

Très bon accueil, personnel très accueillant.

ensemble très satisfaisant, navette de l'hotel gratuite pour l'aéroport (très pratique). Personnel sympathique. Seul petit point négatif: isolation phonique des chambres insuffisante.

Chambre très petite. Repas du soir dégueulasse et aucun restaurant à proximité. Le petit déjeuner était correct.

En ce qui concerne la chambre, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie et la propreté de la chambre. Le personnel a été très agréable et serviable. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout à fait bien. Le service de navette est très appréciable.
