very friendly great place to relax.

barking dog in a room above us. complained but did nothing. 15 minutes before hot water comes out, hardly anything comes out of shower head. paint peeling off walls. a/c hardly works. no wash cloths in bathroom. area around resort was disgusting, trash everywhere! these people have no pride in where they live. People working at resort were great, except for at the pool bar, very unfriendly! buy a bottle from Pedro (resort convienience store) and bring your own to the pool.

there is a lot of dogs in the hotel barking at the cust. and sleeping in front of the room doors

This is the second year in a row that my wife and I have been given twin beds instead of a queen or king bed. There are a number of new places in the area and since we book 6 months to a 1 year in advance we'll never be coming back to Albatros. We could not even get enough towels for the bathroom this trip and staff never provided materials so that the dishes could be washed. Moreover, the rates have increased by over 50% from the same time last year, so it seems you pay more and get less. However, the bartender was awesome!

The Hotel was quite no loud music from neighboring clubs was a huge plus, the area in general is quite, exactly what i look for. The resort club as they call it is several apartements or suites with kitchenettes.every thing was in working order ,micro wave stove top with 2 burners. utinsels plates etc for 2 persons max, frying pan and a few pots. nothing fancy.The place in general could stand a good paint job, it had peeling paint in some areas and other areas had older water stained walls probably from past tropical storms or hurricans. there was no bad water smell or humide smell or even mold, it is kept very clean,stores and many resturants are far to walk to except for 2 one is right across the street, the other a few blocks to the east, the grounds are kept clean grass cut etc.The only thing that did bother me were the wasps in the sand, there were hundreds of them burrowing into it and just huverring over the sand itself, it may have been te time of year for this, but this is a man made beach which you cannot get to the water even though it is on the water front, you are limited to the pool, you need to drive or walk to the municipale beach which is much better.its like living in an apartment yet in a resort setting. Oh and they do not have any all inclusive

only two problems , had booked an apartment with one seperate bedroom , upon arrival was given a standard room. The hotel owes me 40 dollars. secondly the hot water took a long time in the shower and the overhead shower did not work, just the lower spiget worked. could not take a shower at all, only a bath. other wise hotel was fine.

Except for the help carrying suitcases we had bad service. Had to ask for towels and coffee pot which was advertised. A/C thermostat. Did not work and when I reported that I was told, "Sometimes things do not work". We were going to stay 4 nights but stayed 1. I asked for assistance carrying bags out but got no response. I speak passable Spanish but still was very disappointed.

Nice set up, under staffed, no restaurant, not very good service, but it is scenic and has potential. Nice location and rooms are nice, but hotel is very under staffed. If you don't mind simple, it is ok.

Don´t expect a luxurious hotel for the price, it is Ok, friendly people from the begining, clean and quiet. I would recomend the hotel if you are not expecting a restaurant in the hotel and do not care about the size of the TV, main thing clean and friendly employees

The rooms are outdated. The jacuzzi in the pool area was cold. The hotel is on the water but the beach area is like a cliff so you can't swim in the water. There is a lot of construction on the road in front of the hotel, but we didn't hear any of noise from the construction. We were there for 3 nights at the beginning of the week. There weren't a lot of other people around despite it being spring break time. There are not a lot of activities in the area. We ended up spending a day driving to Punta Cana (3hrs each way) and a day in Santo Domingo (40 min each way). Since there isn't much to do in the way of activities and the beach isn't very nice, I would not suggest staying at this hotel or in this area at all.

Upon my arrival to Albatros Club Resort, the first thing I wanted to confirm was that they did accept pets as it clearly says on the reservation confirmation sheet, and my wife was arriving late that night from Italy with our pet dog and wanted to be sure about their policies. As I was affraid, it turns out that the hotel did NOT accept pets and the manager of the hotel was incredibly rude to explain how their policies have changed and that she was going to make an exception with us, making very clear how we would have to pay for anything that our dog could damage. After a very long trip from la romana airport, we got to the hotel at around 3:30am and asked if our room would be available for the following night, as we wanted to stay and rest for one more day, reception said no problem, they had plenty of rooms free for the next day and if the dog was quiet and didn't leave the room, it wouldn't be a problem to stay an extra night. Unfortunately, the next morning we were told by the front desk that "there are no rooms available for you tonight and that we had to check out". When I asked to speak to the manager, she wouldn't even show her face or come out of her office (just a few feet away) and just told us through the receptionist that "there is nothing we can do". I have worked in hotels in different countries for the last 15 years, and I have to say this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had and certainly one of the most un-professional, most rude and ignorant hotel managers I've ever met. I would definitely never go back to this hotel, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone that's looking for a friendly service, specially from the management.

Todo estuvo muy bien, me gusta el hotel, su ubicación, comodos estudios, precioso paisaje

Note que los niños hacen caer comida a la piscina, deberái alguiien estar vigilando que no ocurra y limpiar el agua en la picina.

Hôtel Albatros Club Nous ne vous donnerons pas notre impression, mais nous vous indiquerons des faits pour en tirer vous-même les conclusions. Arrivée ascenseur en panne 2 étages a pieds. Couloir en décrépitude. Chambre charnières d’armoire cassées, portes qui vous tombent sur la tête. Placard plein de moisissures. Plinthe de cuisine arrachée. Pas d’arrivée d’eau. Nous avons refusé les chambres. Devant l’hôtel baignade interdite ce n’est que des rochers. L’hôtel est située a plusieurs Km du village sans aucune commodité au bout d’une voie sans issue entourée de carcasses d’immeubles à l’abandon. Ce n’est pas un avis c’est une constatation que nous pouvons confirmer par photos. De ce fait nous demandons une compensation ! Cordialement M Chesneau M Fumagalli.

El hotel no cuente con estacionamiento. En la zona pueden encontrar otras opciones con el mismo rango de precio y mejores condiciones. El precio de las facilidades dentro de las instalaciones es rezonable.

pase diez dias muy placenteros con mi esposa en albatros, todos hacen un muy buen trabajo chicos sigan asi!!! con mi esposa queremos volver al mismo hotel dentro de un ano. Muchas gracias

Hotellet har ikke matservering, ellers et fint hotel å overnatte på. Barnevenlig og grei betjening. Hotellet ligger ca. 1 times kjøretur til Santo Domingo og ca. 35 minutter til flyplassen. Pengene flyr fort avgårde i taxi. Ca. 50 usd til flyplassen og 60 usd til Santo Domingo.

Preisleistungsverhältniss war gut, eigener Strand direkt ohne Sand, Internetzugang mit eigenem Laptop frei, sauber und freundlich, Abendprogramm ausreichend, Restraurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10min zu laufen, Hotel ohne Bewirtung, kleiner Einkaufladen in der Anlage, Zimmer alle mit Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit, Bars und Nachtaktivitäten sehr gut,

Günstiges Hotel mit gutem Komfort, mindestens in den Apartments. Eines der wenigen in der Gegend ohne all inclusive, also geeignet für jemand, der die guten Restaurants in der Umgebung probieren möchte. Gratis-WiFi in der Lobby. Grosser Pool, Sandstrand, der aber nicht bis ins Meer reicht, d.h. Baden im Meer praktisch unmöglich.

pero le falta parqueo ,telefonos en la abitaciones y restaurante si estubiera esas cosas fuera perfecto
