Great service, perfect location, charming rooms....the best hotel I've stayed in for a long time, you feel like a real guest there, not 'just' a customer. Highly recommendable.

We stayed in Valletta for 4 nights in this very stylish boutique hotel in perfect location, close to everything. I will certainly recommend Valletta boutique to my friends.

Very centrally located. Charming, yet not comfortable old building. Church bells sounded every 15 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG preventing any sleep. Entrance through restaurant, no reception, very rude staff of restaurant (too busy serving food?) made us feel totally unwelcome. Sunday morning no lift from /to 3rd floor and no breakfast before 09:00. Not suitable for guests who are not very young.

Perfect little hotel in a great spot, with a rooftop terrace overlooking St. John's co-cathedral. Really nice rustic rooms, and a reasonable price too. Wish I had stayed here longer!

This 400 year old house has to be seen to be believed. It is tastefully decorated with all kinds of memorabilia, artefacts and furniture pre-1950. It is full of atmosphere and style making it quirky and unique. The Cathedral bell does take some getting used to but only adds to the charm. There is a lift but you may still have to negotiate stairs as well depending on room location. Our room (11) was large with a small balcony overlooking a side street leading to the harbour. The room was cleaned every day including change of towels. Not quite enough hot water for a normal shower but ok if you put yourself on 'fast forward' mode. Breakfast was a full English with toast, tea/coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice or you could have a toasted baguette/Maltese bread sandwich with various fillings and finally, lovely cakes! (No hot breakfast on Sundays and Public Holidays though - lovely fresh bread with butter and jam instead). The upstairs restaurant, open on Friday and Saturday evenings, is also well worth a visit. The food and service were outstanding and the table we had overlooked a lively square. Luciano, the owner, has obviously invested a lot of time and money into this business over the years but has not lost sight of caring for his guests. Nothing is too much trouble and any problems, you can contact him on his mobile. We asked his advice at the end of the holiday about where a taxi would be able to pick us up to take us to the airport as Merchant Street is pedestrianised. Leave it with me, he said. Then when we came down with our cases the next day, Luciano was there to take us to the airport himself! The week's stay in this guest house was the icing on the cake. Even the unfriendliness and complete indifference of one waitress in particular, would not stop us from staying here again. You could find that attitude anywhere. Центр Валлетты. Были в период карнавала видели все . Сам отель это жилые помещения в рамках кафе и ресторана. Очень интересная разно уровненная архитектура. Завтраки однообразные, но вкусные. Очень приветливые сотрудники, нам позволили остаться после времени официального check out бе дополнительной оплаты. В номерах нет отопления, но кондиционер работает на горячий воздух, с горячей водой из бойлера не было проблем.

Location is good. It's in the center of Valleta, near the St. John Cathedral. The first floor is restaurant, and rooms are available from the second floor. Staying one night should be ok, but no more...

Fin beliggenhet. Trivelig hotell. Flott betjening. God mat, rent. Men: Rommet hadde dårlig, tung luft, ble varmt. Ikke form for frisk luft på rommet eller gangen utenfor (indoor yard). Vårt rom var ille, og vi fikk ikke bytte. ikke annet ledig, sa sjefen. Vi var ei hel uke. Vurdering: Man kan ha indoor yard med frisk luft i taket eller store nok kanaler i yarden med kontakt med frisk luft, slik at vi kunne ha hatt "vinduet mot gangen oppe". Hotellsjefen sa vi kunne ha oppe vinduet!! Da ville det bli luft!!! OBS: Men lufta på gangen var enda verre enn vår!! Aircondition blir bare gammelluft, og det fordyrer ved jevn bruk. Sikkerhet: Ikke personale / resepsjon om natta. Vi måtte ringe med privatmobil og de oppgitte nr var vanskelig å nå. Hva med sykdom og brann? Personalet ville komme da, sa sjefen. Men hvordan melde om man ikke har egen privatmobil??

Det startede rædselsfuldt. Vi fik anvist et meget varmt rum uden vinduer - et sort hul ! Det meget opmærksomme personale fandt et andet rum til os næste dag. Den nærliggende kirke ringer, og det er højt, hvert kvarter ! Beliggenhed fin.

Very satisfied with the room (large, cool and with a very special old-city atmosphere). Priceworthy!

Fint rum med mycket centralt läge mitt i smeten. Dock var personalen ganska otrevlig och inte ett dugg serviceinriktade. Rummet var inte städat överhuvudtaget när vi kom, och det tog ungefär 1,5 timmar innan städerskan var klar. Då hade dessutom ac:n varit avstängd så det var minst 40 grader i rummet. Ingen beklagade detta, utan det verkade vara standardförfarande och några axelryckningar i stil med "sånt händer" fick vi till svar när vi tyckte att det var dåligt. Här kommer vi aldrig mer att bo.

This property does not qualify "a hotel," but rather just a rent-a-room. It is located upstairs of a restaurant, which is run by the same owner/management, but you will never be attended as serisously as their restaurant customers. There is no reception or nobody in charge of the hotel operation. When you need their help, you have to be lucky enough to find one of the restaurant staff who is not too busy to listen to you. (But you can never expect to be lucky enough to find a smile on their face.) They are serious to you only when they demand you to pay all the cost upfront at check-in.

Mycket charmigt med centralt läge och vänligt bemötande av personalen.

Chambre grande mais inconfortable: aucune isolation phonique et aucune ventilation mécanique. Ouverture de la fenêtre difficile car donnant directement sur le patio. Malgré un temps agréable dehors, chaleur étouffante dans la chambre en fin de journée. Hôtel très central et bon marché cependant, avec un directeur serviable et cordial: à n'envisager donc que pour un très bref séjour.

Personnel sympathique. Chambre située au 4ème étage avec mauvaise insonorisation par rapport à la chambre voisine, et par rapport aux tuyauteries situées dans le patio (très bruyantes). Hôtel géographiquement bien situé. Petit déjeuner copieux. Terrasse sur le toit sympa.

Très bien situé en plein centre de La Vallette mais la plomberie etait quelque peu en mauvais état( problème de chauffe eau)..Sinon bien

Lage hervorragend, ruhig, Frühstück zum auswählen, Englisch ;O) Zimmer teils nur mit Minifenstern - Man kommt sich vor wie in einer Burg, aber sehr individuell eingerichtet und sauber. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Idéalement placé en centre ville La Valette, à coté du terminal des bus ( super car vides au départ et tous les bus reviennent vers ce point ) et des ferryies vers slyma , nous avons pu découvrir l'lle rien qu'en bus avec un pass semaine. Accueil toujours avec le sourire, hotel trés agréable et nickel, associé avec un restau de même bien agréable qd on a marché toute la journée ( prix corrects ) . Bonne semaine.

Hôtel très bien amménagé et l'intérieur est vraiment joli. Les chambres sont modernes et bien pensées (même les chambres ne donnant pas sur l'extérieur) mais restent un peu bruyantes. Attention : pas de réception à proprement parlé. Hostel very well decorated and it is really pretty. Rooms are modern and arranged very well (even the inyard ones). Yet they are quite noisy. Careful : no reception desk.

Beliggenheten til hotellet er fantastisk, midt i gågaten i Valletta, med restauranter og butikker rett utenfor. Rommet vi hadde var lite, med vindu ut mot en gang, så det var litt klaustrofobisk, men sjarmerende. Resaturanten nede serverte god frokost om morgenen, men har ingen egen hotellresepsjon, noe vi synes var litt dumt- man må spørre om ting mens de egentlig holder på med restauranten. Vi måtte betale for aircondition i tillegg til prisen for hotellet, og toalettet luktet kloakk- men når man holdt døren til badet igjen, var det greit nok. Beliggenheten var perfekt og det var et sjarmerende hotell alt i alt (bortsett fra lukten fra badet). Vi synes det var greit å være der 5 netter, men det var også greit å være på et annet hotell i nærheten de resterende dagene.

Well renovated rooms and guest house with the atmosphere of Malta. Roof terrace overlooking St Johns and Grand harbour - the best vieuw of Malta?! Our room with a small balcony. (The pillow was hard.) The owner Luciano present and very friendly to us, as his wife! Valletta Boutiqe Guest House will be our choice, and recomendation to our norwegian friends!

Ci ricorderemo le campane della cattedrale che ci hanno tenuto compagnia ogni 15 minuti e soprattutto le notti di sabato e domenica quando hanno suonato ininterrottamente. Il sig Luciano è una persona splendida ma purtroppo non possiamo dire lo stesso delle collaboratrici al ristorante. La pulizia della camera poteva essere migliore, comunque i nostri bimbi hanno gradito la disposizione della camera quadrupla e si sono divertiti: questo è quello che conta! Grazie sig. Luciano!

Lo único que no me ha gustado del hotel es que no estaba muy limpia la habitación y había poca luz, pero en cuanto a desayuno, ubicación y amplitud de la habitación está genial.
