Not good for someone on business or on a family visit. Room to small

The hotel was extremely hard to find at first but that's more because i didn't know where i was, other than that everything about it was perfect, the staff are really helpful and friendly, it's close to Silom Road where there are tons of restaurants markets, street vendors and bars, and there is a family mart over the road. The only issue i had was there was no window in my room, so it was pretty dark, but other than that it was perfect. I would definitely stay again

I thought this was a great place for the price. The bed was super comfy, and a king size, private bathroom with hot water, a mini fridge, a water heater, and free drinking water and coffee in the room. The one down side was there were no windows, so it felt a bit like a prison. I could never tell what time of day it was. There's a space down by reception where you can bring your laptop and read books, but I never saw anyone down there. There is WIFI in the rooms. Good for business travel. 10-15 min walk to BTS one way, and in the other direction 10 minute walk to the Oriental pier which the water taxi can take you to the Grand Palace and Kao San Rd. Also, Silom Rd is close and has lots of shopping and food stalls.

Generally, it was ok; but no windows in the room and very little space, too dark.

centrally located, clean comfortable rooms with hand shower in the toilet. room is a bit small but good value for money. would definetly recommend for a budget stay for short duration. bookin online would be cheap.... ask for manohara hotel on surawongse road near lebua hotel....

The ,ace was clean, quiet, modern, all amenities and a great price for Bangkok these days BUT the location is kinda out of the way...so hidden in fact that most cab drivers can't find it with out a phone call...easily solved by carrying a hotel car wit you and access to mass transit is a short, cheap tuk tuk or taxi ride away...overall an excellent value and pleasant experience...also do it yourself coin operated laundry...I'll be back to stay here.

The hotel is small, location is okay on Surawongse. It's very clean, amazingly had hair dryer, free water, air conditioning -split unit, cable tv...and free internet!!. Safety boxes, and the most comfortable beds i have experienced in a long time.It can't get any better for the price paid.I will stay at this hotel from now on every time i will be in Bangkok. people are very friendly and also have beverages on sale for reasonable prices.

small hotel. most of them are really good. but, location is a little bit bad. u need to walk getting train station or ferry 15min.

Its was a cheap room. So I can't complain about it. You get what you pay for. TV didn't work. The veiw was awful but the staff were nice and friendly. Next time I go to Bangkok I will treat myself to a better hotel.

This is a great concept for a hotel.... As the name implies what you get is a bed, a decent ensuite bathroom and a LCD t.v. mounted on the wall. The room was clean, smelled fresh and the whole hotel is non-smoking. A nice garden area and a small "common area" compliment the establishment. What's it's about though is: Location, location, location - and despite this being a great hotel it's in a very difficult location, far away from pretty much everything and very difficult for taxi drivers to find, if you can even get them to go out this far from the more touristy areas of BKK. No attractions nearby except for the very nice Bangkok Mosque and easteries except on a small back soi with Indian, Pakistani and Afghan restaurants. Again, great little "boutique" hotel, just in a bad spot.

Nice people and staff. No window room but Clean. Out of the way. Have taxi call hotel first to find. Late check out is nice.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bed was fine. And it really is just a bed and a bathroom, no desk, chair, etc. Which is all what I expected. What I didn't expect and didn't like was: - The corridors and stairway weren't even ventilated, let alone air conditioned, and the heat was stifling. - No instructions for the safe. - No instructions for the WiFi I might say again if I needed to, but there were other hotels nearby that were just a tiny bit more expensive that seemed to offer less spartan conditions.

This place was very clean, modern with an very comfortable and huge bed. But it was a little far from night life (but walkable) and no windows!! i stayed for 2 nights and that was about all I could handle without windows. But excellent price for a very clean comfortable stay!

Comfortable, with friendly staff and close to restaurants and markets. I would stay there again. Just make sure you have the right phone number so the taxis can call the staff and get directions

I enjoyed my stay at Just Beds. It is not too far from the train station and a few blocks from the Sky Train. It is clean and modern looking having been recently renovated. The staff are friendly and try to help although language was an issue with some staff. Nearby is a good inexpensive Thai restaurant but otherwise it is a bit of a walk, tuk tuk or Sky train to other areas with restaurants or entertainment. While the hotel is pleasant, the rooms do not have windows and are rather small. Nonetheless I found the room quite adequate and comfortable. I'm certainly happy with my stay at Just Beds.

Nice enough little hotel if your just looking for a room for the night. Rooms are very small with no windows but very clean and with everything you need in a room.

Very comfortable bed and clean sheets, brand new fixtures in bathroom, strong A/C, new flat-screen TV, new carpeting. Unlike anything else you'll find for the money. Only downside is no windows. But half the hotels in Bangkok have windows that have a view to nothing anyway.

Good value, but I wish they had built windows for the standard / entry level rooms. I stayed for 5 nights and it drove me crazy for not being able to see the sunlight, especially when waking up in the morning. It does make you believe you were in a bunker / Big brother studio. Location is a bit far from nearest BTS (Surasak). There is an unpleasant odor coming out of the water drainage near the toilet every time I enter the room after a long day break outside. Not sure where / how it came from. This hotel has a very good value for those who simply need a bed to crash at night. Wireless internet works well in the room. You will have a hard time communicating with the non-English speaking staff, especially in the evening. There is one supervisor (or owner?) that understands English who works during the day only. Try to get all your needs done through him!

A great deal if you don't want to spend all your money on hotels. The first night, I stayed in a room with no window, which I disliked. I asked to change rooms, and it was no problem, the clerk was really nice and found another room with same features (A/C, TV, etc...) and with a window. Note that the mattresses are a bit hard.

These guys were super awesome to me. Very, very nice service. I checked in late and the guy zipped up the paper work immediately. Got in my small(but extremely comfortable) room and immediately passed out. Next day, the manager bumps me up to the superior room with no extra charge! I felt like a king on a budget. I hope to come back soon to these guys. Absolutely delightful. Thank you, JUSTBEDS!!

We recently stayed at Justbeds, printed out the area map before leaving Australia so had no trouble finding it, or tell your driver the Manorah Hotel which is known to them and just opposite the lane. It is exactly as described. No complaints at all and central to most things or was picked up. If you are looking for a very clean small place this is the one for you.

A small hotel in a backstreet (soi) off Surawong Rd, this place offered excellent value for money. My single room could have slept two and was equipped with toilet, shower and a fridge. A/C worked flawlessly, wifi is free and fast, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly if not all fluent in English. Only drawback is that there are no windows, so it feels a bit like sleeping in a closet, and of course if there is a fire you're SOL. Until it goes up in flames, though, I predict this hotel will prosper with many guests who for once got more than they paid for.

I would definitely recommend Just Beds. It was such a great place to stay. Nice and quiet, but close to plenty of things to see and do. And the hotel staff were just great!

if you don't mind a room with no windows that smell it's ok for the rest

Great and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean and location is great. Wifi is free and fast, no windows in the rooms but great lighting. And since it's in an alley it's a bit hard for taxi's to find this hotel, but for the price and cleanliness and friendly staff I recommend it if you don't mind not having windows.

Good hotel for the money you pay. The hotel has really nice and clean rooms for the price. The locations is not bad but it is hard to find it and at night everything around it is closed.

Stayed for 3 days in late December. The place is small but clean. I stayed in 1 king bed room. No windows. AC, small safebox, and a refrigerator. Basically it was a good stay, It is bit far from BTS (Saphan Taksin is about 15 min. walk) you could get motor bike or Tuk Tuk for about 50 bhat. I don't think I will stay here again.. though cause I like being near the BTS.

Good location - about 15 minutes walk from skytrain. Neighbourhood is very close to Silom Rd. About 20 minutes walk to the ferry or $1 ride in a taxi.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find this gem of an affordable hotel was all new. Can't have been built more than a few years ago. Clean and comfortable bed sheets and comforter, wi-fi, new shower head and tiles in bathroom, spotless carpet, HDTV with satellite channels. No one speaks a lick of English at the front and there aren't many windows, so no natural light, but you will not find a cleaner, more modern, new hotel in Bangkok unless you're willing to spend two or three times the price of this one.

Economico, limpio.. Ubicacion no muy comoda es lejos caminando desde el metro. Camas un poco duras pero no tan terrible.

部屋にはキングサイズのベットがあるだけ。Wi-Fi無料なので、荷物おいて寝るだけの人にはお勧めです。 でもパッポンまでは1キロちょっとあるので、歩くのは少ししんどいです。

If you dont mind distance and want to save some bahts, this is the place for you. 12 min from Surasak BTS (walking). Safe place, the only negative point is that you can hear from the 1st floor the noise of the 2nd floor.

C'était on ne peut plus agréable. L'hotel est pas si mal situé. A 5 min d'un embarcadère pour remonter le fleuve en bateau et rejoindre le vieux bangkok et 10 minutes du sky train. La rue en elle même est assez calme mais en 2 minutes vous êtes sur le boulevard de Silom ou on trouve tout ce qu'il faut : resto, magasin, office du tourisme. Non vraiment la localisation est ok et la chambre elle est super surtout pour le prix payé : un lit un frigo une salle de bain.... moi je n'y passais que mes nuits donc bah en rapport qualité prix c'est super...

Room was clean but doesn't look as nice as the pictures suggest. In fact the windowless room made me depressive! The hotel must be situated in one of the most boring neighbourhoods of an otherwise vibrant city. The streets are dead after 8 pm. Reception was not unfriendly but indifferent.. Will I stay here again when I return to Bangkok? No way!

Difficile à trouver, les habitants ne disent jamais la même direction. Mais beau design dans l'ensemble malgré la très petite superficie des chambres. Ressemble à une auberge de jeunesse mais avec l'intimité et le confort en plus. Point négatif, loin d'une station de métro et petit déjeuner horrible du moins pour des français.

Just beds kan klart anbefales. ligger lige i mitten af den gamle by og den nye by. det ikke laengere end at man tar en tuk tuk. det eneste minus er m[ske at rummene ikke har vinduer og sengene er lidt haardt. ellers er det et meget godt og billigt sted at vaere.

Good room service, the hotel staffs are nice but the location is not easy to find. It is behind a indian Hut. Best way is the driver call hotel and tell the address, otherwise is very hard to find. The hotel bed is big and the confortable, actually hotel is not far from Patong, if someone is okay to walk for 30 minutes from Patong/Bangkok Christian Hospital, is a good hotel for him/her.

値段の割に清潔でとても良い部屋でしたが、1点留意点を上げると、窓のない部屋でしたので、昼間の滞在には不向きです。
