Boston Timeshare Rentals - Hull

the main room (TV, fireplace) was missing half the blinds that cover the slider that goes out to the deck. very creapy! the bedroom was missing about 1/4 of them. had the feeling the entire night that someone was watching me. there is a deck out there and i just didnt feel safe the whole night.

Excellent facility. Every thing was working properly. and well stocked. We were upgraded from a Studio to a 4 bedroom which provided spectacular views of the ocean.in the early morning.

Manager kindly accommodated us when we arrived before check-in time. But we expected more of a 3-star hotel. This was a modest house hanging on a cliff, with lower-level rooms converted to studios. Our unit was accessible only from a steep narrow outdoor stairway. Located on narrow street with only 2 parking spaces in front, both taken one evening when we returned. Instructed not to park in front of neighboring houses, we had to park up the street. Laundry and cooking facilities were in bathroom (up a step) and bed area was 2 steps lower than rest of main room, safety hazard. Everything appeared clean except carpet. Vertical blinds on sliding doors to deck were missing 2 panels. Too much furniture, no place to put suitcases, no towel rods. Mattress comfortable but pillows flat. Breathtaking view of sunrise over water.

It was not the cleanest place I have every stayed in. The extra bedding for the pull out couch was on the floor of the closet in a ball. There wasn't even room to pull out the couch. There was no kitchen. The dorm size refrigerator was beside the couch with the microwave on top. some of the "kitchen" supplies were in the bathroom such as the coffee maker. I've stayed in worse places but I would not stay here again.

i first stayed in the studio. Peter bought two ramshackle tear downs and converted them into condos or apartments. They are beautifully decorated, homey, and everything you need is there-including a host that cares about your stay. I made the mistake of not booking for the whole time I was there, so it filled up. I spent two days missing Hull and Ocean Cliff Condos. I called to see if he had openings for my last night there. He upgraded me to the one bedroom which was as delightful as the studio. The view of the Atlantic is amazing. The town is small and friendly with great restaurants, and stores. I was attending a conference in Boston but wanted to spend the whole time here at Peter's place. I will return and will stay at Ocean Cliff the whole time.

My husband and I arrived later than check in time, and the door was left open with the key underneath the doormat in a 'not so nice' area..that was problem number one. The pilot light in the fireplace was on when we arrived, which made us very worried. The couches were extremely dirty with visable stains. We overall were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the place.

We were visiting relatives in the area and this condo was very close to them and in the right price range. It was confortable and the owners went out of their way to get us everything we needed--like detergent to do our laundry. Our only complaint was that the unit was not as advertised--no fireplace, blender, plasma tv and the "dining area" was out on the balcony.

I had stayed at the studio at Ocean Cliff and found it a bit tight. There was no plasma TV but a small one with a DVD player I could not work. There was no iron and I could not figure out how to turn on the AC. On the plus side, it was convenient to beach and restaurants, it had nice view from attached deck and I made use of the refrigerator, dryer, etc. I'm not sure if other units at Ocean Cliff are more in line with what the description provided.

Very cute cottage. Outside looks run down, but the inside looks great and clean.

Came for a wedding in Cohasett, 10+ minute drive to the condo. Check in Time was 4:00 but the owner allowed us to check in a little earlier to drop off our bags. Parking is very limited and the town of Hull, MA doesn't allow you to park on the street without a pass. Condo looks a little rough from the outside but the inside is nice. 4 rooms with queen sized beds.. a Pull out Sofa and 3 baths. Would definitely rent again

Had a GREAT time at Ocean Cliff Condos! Stayed in the 1Br-1Ba unit for the Memorial Day week. The unit was beautiful with just about anything you might need/want/have at your own house. Awesome view of the ocean with plenty of restaurants, bars, stores and, of course, the beach within walking distance. Host Peter was a great guy! Since we had a late flight & couldn't get there 'til 9pm, he was at the condo & helped us to find the place over the phone in the dark! We also rented the studio apt. for 2 nights on Wed & Thurs in case we had extra company. It, too, was very nice & well kept. Since I'm a big Sports fan, I guess the only thing I'd like to see is having a better cable plan for the TV. The TV itself was great but the cable set-up allows only mostly local programming along with the usual major network stations. No ESPN, TBS, WGN, MLB, etc. To a Sports fan like myself, you may be disappointed to discover that. All-in-all, I won't hesitate to go back & I can't wait to book my next trip to the Boston area at Ocean Cliff! Also, the local Hull Taxi service seemed to be reasonable too. It was about twelve bucks to go from Hull to Cohassett. From there, you can catch the "T" to Boston. You could spend more at a hotel, but why? Even without sports on TV, I'll be back!! Our "efficiency" was bigger than many hotel rooms I've stayed in, plus it had a fridge, w/d, d/w and jacuzzi! And the rate was super reasonable. The one drawback was the insulation .... not sure whether it was that or the very noisy neighbors, but was treated to screaming kids, noisy tvs, and drunken conversation. Maybe that's par for the course on a holiday weekend. There's a do's and don'ts list in the room. Perhaps quiet hours should be introduced. On the theory that I am a non-partying type who chose a party weekend, I would stay there again.

This was a little gem of a town, and the condos were fully furnished with a nice decor, a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk with restaurants and bars. I would go back there anytime, and gladly recommend this condo to anyone. It's obvious the owner takes pride in his lodgings. At that price, you can't beat it!

The unit was no more than one room with attached bath. Upon entry, you almost stumbled into the bed. There was an old TV (19 in.?). Two steps up to the left is the "living room". It has a pull out couch which would have blocked passage if pulled out. Also in this area are a dresser, cocktail table, refridge. and microwave. Further to the left and up a half step is the bathroom, which also serves as the kitchen (with sink, dishwasher and electric cook-top), a stackable washer/dryer, along with a bathroom sink, tub/shower and toilet. There is a balcony which has a great view of the roof of a large hotel down the hill. If it hadn't been clean (and prepaid), we would not have stayed. Oh, and at 10:30 PM, the manager knocks on our door saying we have to move our car or it will be towed! Never again!

check in was cool...view was cool...watching the sunrise was a wonderful experience...BUT..the room was small as shyt...the water for the whirlpool ekpt getting cold...5 thermostats in the room so extremely difficult to determine which one works...after hours of extreme cold we just put them all up...Host says theres cable...but theres no cable...if u want the better deal DO NOT get the studio get the other one thats cheaper!

The place is much better than what I expected, its has everything you need from kitchen itensils to a fire place in the room. It felt very welcoming and like home. Altough the place its in a street that is uphill, we had our own personal parking space available. If I'm ever in the area once again I will go back to the place. Please call ahead of time to the owner, there's no waiting area because it's not a hotel but rather a condominium.

We enjoyed our stay very much and will return in the spring. We decided to stay two more days and called and it was that easy to stay. It is private and romantic the view from bed is amazing! It was pleasant and warm

We were early for check-in, but Peter, the owner, allowed us to put our bags in the apartment while he finished cleaning. When he was finished cleaning, the place was spotless. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a coffee maker, updated appliances and anything else you would find in your kitchen at home. We were even upgraded to a one bedroom apartment from a studio for the same price. The place felt like home away from home, and the view of the ocean and beach was spectacular. We would recommend Ocean Cliff Resort Condos to anyone. The only thing we would have liked is a place for us to hang our towels in the bathroom.

Bonne chambre très équipée un peu au détriment de la place. Pas de casseroles pour pouvoir en profiter ! Accueil fait par téléphone, mieux vaut avoir un mobile.

Eine kleine, aber tolle Location mit traumhaftem Meerblick vom großen Balkon (mit großem Gasgrill) aus. Bestens ausgestattet! Peter, der sich um die Schlüsselübergabe etc. kümmert ist super nett und macht wirklich alles möglich!!! Absolut zu empfehlen. Lage ca. 14 Meilen außerhalb von Boston. Ohne Auto nicht möglich.
