Fusion Maia Resort - דאנאנג

This definitely ranks among the nicer accommodations int he area in Vietnam but we really can't give the place more than three stars given the price. Everything was thoroughly average from spa treatments to the food, with two exceptions: Our "fusionista" who is supposed to check in with us every day pointedly ignored us the entire stay - he'd literally look at us and head in the other direction, so that aspect of the stay was decidedly one star. The room however, was amazing, and definitely gets five stars from us. When taken as a whole we would not stay here again unless the rates came down significantly. Our two cents for what it's worth.

We stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip around Vietnam and were looking for a relaxing break. Everything from the service, the private pool, the free massages, the infinity pool overlooking the ocean - all combined to make this a very relaxing and amazing 2 days. Will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd stay at fusion maia and was just as wonderful as the first time. The villas are spacious confortable and relaxing. The pool is great as well. The massages are excellent and proffessional. Breakfast is great with a large selection. We had such a great stay and cant wait to go back again.

Absolutely amazing! Even with 2 kids age 1 & 2, we had the greatest vacation..beach is beautiful, sand like velvet, water clear, pool great, rooms awesome...

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the free spa treatments is just a bliss. Overall a great stay and the touch that you can have breakfast on the beach or anywere else you want at any time is just so nice, and makes you feel special.

Absolutely amazing resort. The only criticism is that the servers in the restaurants were too attentive. Best hotel/ resort I've ever stayed in. Great for a romantic get away or for those in search of peaceful solitude.

Very relaxing, free treatments are great, free shuttle bus to hoi an, all the staff are great and really friendly. Excellent breakfast! The rooms are awesome, private pool is great. Food is a little expensive for vietnam standards but is good quality.

We booked this hotel expecting to relax and enjoy the facilities offered after a hectic 3 week tour of Vietnam. We were not disappointed. The staff were clearly the most friendly and helpful we encountered in Vietnam. The pool villa was fantastic and provided a quiet area to relax and keep cool in the hot/humid conditions. The breakfast was easily the best buffet we enountered on our holiday and catered for most tastes. The spa treatments were excellent and the staff encouraged us to utilise this service which is incorporated into the daily room cost. The free shuttle bus to Hoi An was most welcome and we used the bus on numerous occasions to shop and try some local foods. We will certainly stay at Fusion Maia on our next Vietnam trip.

A high quality hotel made special by the staff. This prepared body soul for the rest of the trip. A large selection of wines and quality food, although expensive in comparision to local eateries. The Hotel was some way from Hoi An so the only problem was that we needed more transfers to and from town as taxi fares were expensive. All in all, staff were very attentive and aways smiling. Would love to return!

Hotel was everything you could hope for. Ok, within the hotel, prices are more western than local as expected. But the service was second to none. Distance to hoi an may be a good twenty min drive and locally not much to do (monkey mountain is close) but in fairness all the best hotels are out of town. However free shuttle is at convenient times ( book in advance ) and taxi's are relatively cheap (10 euros one way). Some reviewers have complained about spa availability. I can assure you that they will make sure each resident will have at least two treatments available each day. What they cannot do however is facilitate everyone at the same time ( peak being around 5-7pm) or at a moments notice. Be practical, plan a little and you won't have a problem. If I am honest the treatments aren't the worlds greatest; what it is really is just abit of indulgence nicely done. Breakfast?? The best we had in Vietnam without a shadow of a doubt. We also had dinner one evening and that was v good also (choose the local dishes much cheaper). Rooms are a treat, each is like a private condo with your own pool. Other good bits: free use of iPads in bar area (nice touch). Great coffee and wine. Lovely beach area and infinity pool. Kids room (we travelled with a 16 month boy) and games room with pool table and consoles ( closes too early if I have one gripe). This hotel won't be for all, you won't experience the real Vietnam here but you will experience a haven away from it all after a day in hoi an. This is a place to relax with all the niceties in life.

A fabulous hotel in every way! The two inclusive spa treatments every day were a real bonus especially due to the rainy weather. Staff were amazing at making sure the heavy rains caused as little disruption for the guests as possible. The private pool in all villas is great! Could not fault the hotel in any way!! Can't wait to go back!

This hotel has a lovely concept and layout, but the service is terrible! The spa is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Any hope of "Zen" will be lost. The staff in the hotel is poorly trained and therefore meals and everything else about your stay will be a huge frustration. This hotel is trying to be a five-star hotel, but it does not have the experienced staff to make this possible. Most of the staff has minimal English skills and appears to have no experience in the hospitality industry or western culture. Our experience was so bad, we cancelled all our spa treatments after the first day - it wasn't worth the hassle! Be prepared to pay US dollar prices and sweat bullets if you eat in the Five dining room. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Hoi An, which is about 30 minutes away. Apparently the hotel offers local tours, which we found out about on our comment card when we left. It will be a long time, if ever, if this hotel is able to produce the type of experience it is selling. We live in Vietnam, so our expectations are realistic. Our experience was a huge disappointment and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Villa is nice, clean and quiet which is great. Breakfast is as per what they claim, you can have it anywhere & anytime you want, but i suggest you go for the buffet breakfast. The ala carte breakfast is nothing fabulous and the portion is so small! As for spa, it is OK but not fabulous. Booking the spa is a pain. They always ask you what time you would like the treatment but during my 4 day stay, I have never got any treatment at my preferred timing. There was 1 day I give up making appointments for spa. It is a good place to simply rest and relax in the villa but i would try other resorts instead.

Fantastic hotel, very attentive and pleasant staff. It is the perfect place for a few nights of relaxation in a beautiful room with its own pool. Fantastic breakfasts which can be served in your room, ala carte by the pool or buffet style inside. The food is of the highest quality and the lunches are also great. The spa treatments are wonderful and unlimited so you can try out everything. This was a top quality experience. The only downside to this hotel is that it is 19km from Hoi Ann town and there is nothing much worth seeing directly in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus 3 times per day but the timings are not great so we ended up getting taxi's which are pretty expensive considering the country you are in. If you like being able to walk out and about into town from your hotel this is not the place for you but if you just want a couple of days relaxation then this is the place to go. However the beach that fronts the property offers hours of endless walking so you can still get your exercise and the beauty of it is that you will hardly see another person apart from a few local fisherman.

As the weather was wonderful while we were staying in the hotel, we did enjoy the pool and beach there. The sofa provided near the pool was really comfortable and you can spend a whole day there. The breakfast was great. All food and drinks were healthy choices and tasty. However, it is pretty hard to reserve time slot for spa treatment. All spa treatments time slot reserved were not in our preferred choices. In those 5 days we stayed, there was no availability for any extra treatments after 2 treatments which were guaranteed. When we checked-in, the reception had already known that all of us were female. But they write “Mr” in welcome letter, bills and checks. Moreover, when we went to spa treatments which were oil massage, they assigned male masseur for us even all of us presented in front of the spa reception were female. After we had complained 2 times, they finally apologized and gave a flower bath in our room. But it’s really funny, how come they can assign male masseur to give oil massage to a female guest.

Чисто, уютно, хорошие номера. Из отрицательных характеристик: не очень большая территория отеля; на пляже практически постоянно стоит красный флаг (5 дней из 8), и поэтому нельзя купаться. Если заходишь в море при поднятом красном флаге, сотрудники отеля требуют выйти из воды. Но в целом отличное соотношение цена - качество.

部屋もスパもプールもコストパフォーマンスも最高。あえてダメ出しするなら、食事がいまひとつな点と、従業員対応が少々雑な点。でも、そんなことは些細なことだと思えるほどに素晴らしいです。是非、また行きたい。

Vackert beläget ställe med skönt klimat och makalöst bra service. Stället får toppbetyg av oss. Rent och snyggt (byggt omkring 2010). Inte billigt, men ej heller dyrt.

旅行中熱を出してしまいましたが、ホテルの方がお薬やお電話、日本人スタッフの方もわざわざお声掛けくれたりと積極的にフォローしてくださり本当に助かりました。

繊細なフュージョン料理に、お部屋も快適でしたが、なんといっても、スパ！妻と計13回と堪能させていただきました。 また、コーディネーターさんの適切なアドバイスや気遣いにも、大満足！2泊3日の、充実した時間を過ごさせて、いただきました。

Fantastik service. Trevlig personal. Bra mat. Dyrt för att vara Vietnam men billigare än i Sverige. Väldigt trevligt med en egen liten pool och avskild trädgård i alla villor. Vi hade bokat 3 nätter men förlängde med ytterligare 4 nätter eftersom vi var så nöjda. Personalen har varierande kunskaper i Engelska men gör sitt bästa och tar hjälp av någon annan vid behov. Gratis transport flera gånger om dagen till den fantastiska staden Hoi An. Hotellet tillhandahåller en iiten karta samt rekommendationer för såväl restauranger som shopping i Hoi An.

Cet hôtel est extraordinaire, chambres superbes, piscines et plage sublimes, service extraordinaire, tous les traitements du spa sont inclus, c'est un rêve absolu.
