Travelodge Pharr TX - Pharr

I was in McAllen for a boat show and the hotel is real close to the convention center. Great dining also near making it perfect.

Room was great for the price nothing to major To complain about but the bathroom could of been a little cleaner.Make sure you ask for a spare key because the light is operated with the smart key so If you wanna keep the ac on ask for a spare key (: overall we will definitely consider staying here again!! P.s beds are comfy.

There was no coffe, tea or even cups or glasses in my room. The hallways were filthy, looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned since the hotel opened. All soda machines were empty. Motel 6 would have been a better choice.

The pool and hot tub did not work and was very dirty so has not worked for a while. Rooms were ok but the noise in the halls was way to much.

Very nice hotel with great service

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is close to everything! Comfortable room only complaint would be that you can hear clearly the person staying in the other room or above you. Becomes annoying when trying to sleep.

good hotel but can hear everything they do or say the residents of room, we could not rest or sleep properly because neighboring snoring like bear, for the second night we ask room change and good things were not flexible in the hotel was that the croaker neighbor was a night before... If you have light sleep do not recommend.

We would have liked the breakfast time went until 10 AM. The exercise facility was inferior. Some of the equipment was not functional. The hot tub did not get hot. Although we did not like the items listed above, we found the staff exceptional! The rooms were very clean. We would stay at this hotel again.

Upon check in at 7pm there was still a cleaning cart in the hallway.Carpet was very dirty.The latch in our room was missing,door had not been repaired.Went to front desk to get an extra bath towel,they did not have any.The evening staff was very helpful but the morning staff gave the impression that he'd rather be somewhere else.

I am enjoying my stay here. Employees are courteous. Good service. It would be better if the pool is kept clean, and this hotel should get a better rating.

Just like other reviewers I only have 2 complaints, the first being that noise from stairs and other rooms can be heard all night long, and the second is the breakfast... I was expecting waffles at least or an egg bisquit. Overall is for a one night stay

Room was basic, but nice. Flat screen was hung on wall. Shower was decent. I would sugesst getting two room keys. You have to leave one in the key holder on the wall to keep the air or heat going when you leave the room. Also have $3 cash for a deposit on each key.

This hotel was wonderful. It was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. will stay there again in a heartbeat. I recommend this place to everyone

An attractive, comfortable facility for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially liked the laminate flooring in the room instead of carpet.

I was very impressed with the room , this is th first time i have ever stayed and did not find out about the pool until i was checking out.The bed was awesome ,the room was very clean ,i loved it.I will return.the person that helped me when i checked in was friendly as well as the young lady that helped me when i checked out.

This hotel is almost new. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. It gets an almost perfect rating for cleanliness just because we found a piece of gum stuck to the top of the AC unit. However, other than that, the room was perfect. I really like the fact that they use hardwood floors instead of carpeting. They also have complimentary breakfast which is a nice touch. In room WiFi for no extra charge is also a big plus for me!

Mixed review - the staff while very courteous to us - we were at the desk a lot.... didn't communicate at all and everything took mulitple trips/asks and staff is totally spanish speaking (we're not) so that was an issue. Internet was down more than half the trip and was a HUGE inconvienence, toaster broken - taken away and put back - still broken - some days we'd get soap - then not - Kleenex refill - asked for one ( I had a cold) - not - garbage full in breakfast area - supplies very sparse - If you want - cheap and clean (sorta) there was blood on bedspread of the first room we were in - we moved (actually comfortable beds and rooms) it was fine - if you need internet like I do while traveling - forget about it! Plus - brush up on your spanish. That part was of little bother - it was just that the staff never followed through on anything - oh and I had to pay a key deposit - (don't all guest or was it just me?) They said they had no record of it when I checked out - but then gave in and gave me $6 for two keys - really?

First impression was good. Outside well kept and near shopping locations. Check in was easy, but the attendant was NOT FRIENDLY and NEVER SMILED ONCE. It was like we were an inconvenience. Had to wait until she got off her cell phone when I returned to the desk before I could ask for a second key. Still, NO SMILE and NOT FRIENDLY. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Pool was nice, although there was grass in the pool. Over all, for a short stay, it was nice and I would stay again.

La imagen de los empleados parecen más pandilleros, no traen uniforme crean desconfianza, el hotel está muy sucio, si pides más toallas te las niegan, no hubo internet en toda mi estadio y nunca se preocuparon por resolverlo, el mobiliario está muy maltratado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, en conclusión jamás volveré a este hotel!!!

Ofrecen internet que nunca tuvieron, la caja fuerte nunca nos la arreglaron, un foco estaba fundido, no había una persona al pendiente en el desayuno, se acababan las cosas y nadie estaba al peniente.

tuve un detalle con el aseo de la habitacion, que en un dia NO fue realizada. de no ser ese detalle. aceptable seria mi comentario

Muy satisfecha con todo.Hotel limpio, cómodo, muy céntrico, comodidad, una muy buena opción en viaje de shopping.

Solo un detalle el equipo para surtir el agua caliente a habitaciones es insuficiente cuando esta con alta ocupación.

el desayuno tienen que mejorarlo

Se los recomiendo, tienes acceso a las mejores tiendas para ir de compras, así como de restaurantes

Buen hotel, con lo básico para llegar a dormir, cómodo bien ubicado

Las habitaciones muy bien , muy limpias, la hubicacion esta excelente , si vas de compras te queda cercas de todo, el desayuno si esta algo sencillo pero bueno

Cuando llegue me encontré q no tenían mi habitación y me dieron otra, claro mejor, lo q no me gusto es que al siguiente dia nos tuvimos q cambiar a la q yo había reservado. Pero eso fue muy desagradable me hubiese querido quedar en la que ya estaba, perdí mucho tiempo en el cambio pues solo pase dos noches. Yo no quede satisfecha con este hotel.

Agradable. Buen estacionamiento.

Los dos dias que estuvimos ahi no habia agua caliente en la regadera para bañarse.

La Wifi apenas funciona. El desayuno es muy escaso y con poco y mal servicio. el pan se agota en poco tiempo, le faltan mas tostadores, el queso de untar es para servirse todos del mismo tarro (poco higienico), el cafe se acaba muy pronto, no hay waffles ni huevos ni salchichas, la fruta se agota pronto. La proxima vez buscare otro hotel. Las habitaciones están limpias y el hotel está bien situado.

Es un buen hotel para ir de compras, cerca de Mcallen, fácil acceso y con muchas tiendas de manera cercana, el cuarto algo pequeño pero esta limpio. Si lo recomiendo.
