ENJOYED THE RELAX INN AS IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE FOR MY WIFE AND MY DAUGHTER... INTERNET POWER WAS GREAT FOR GAMING AND WEB ....TV OLDER BUT HAD PLENTY OF CHANNELS TO WATCH ....THE INN KEEPERS WERE VERY NICE AND VERY THANKFUL FOR US STAYING WITH THEM ALSO LOVED THE SMALLNESS OF PROPERTY ...FELT VERY SAFE

Our second 5 night stay. Very pleased with the room. Great rates

At first glance, I was weary of the Relax Inn, especially because it said "motel". There was no cars In The parking lot when we checked in at 5 pm. Our room was very outdated, but had all the amentities needed...fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small, but very clean and very nice. I was very happy with the room, especially for the price I paid. I would definitely stay again if going to north Nashville.

Zero complaints. Definitely recommend it if one requires only the basics.

After trying several hotels in the Nashville area, this one was the best value so far. The host was friendly, the other occupants were respectful, the rooms were clean. The beds were pretty firm, I liked them but my wife didn't care much for them. Personally, so far, I think it's the best local hotel in this price range.

I was in the area from Indiana, for a one night stay to attend my Vincennes University son's three game college baseball series at Volunteer State, just up the road in Gallatin. It has very clean, comfortable rooms and a clean site. One of the best I've stayed in in this price range. Pretty nice area and a convenient distance from a lot of restraunts and other businesses. Would definitely stay there again, even on a longer stay. The only thing lacking was a coffee maker in the room, though there is a coffee station in the office.

The room was clean and nice for the price. They could use a more comfortable bed though.

I was satisfied with nearly everything. My only criticism is the bed. Very firm mattress, and not comfortable, but "sleepable." Will, however, stay here again. It is convenient, decently priced (1/3 cheaper than the nearest motel which is a chain motel, and had everything the chain could offer us) and located well for my concerns. Nearby Starbucks and shopping, if desired. Loads of TV choices. Frig and Microwave @ no extra charge. Tennessee tax structure is high.

We discovered this hotel through hotels.com because we needed a place to stay for a few days near my family. I thought it was well kept, clean rooms, and had the right price for our budget. I even recommended it for my father who was visiting town as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were very surprised how nice the room was for the age of the building. Rom was clean and in good repair. Carpet was cleaner than many places we have stayed. Not a fancy hotel but clean and comfortable. There are security cameras and 24 hour office which made us feel secure. Relax Inn is not in the newest and best part of the town but they have taken the steps to assure the guest comfort and security. Staff was friendly. .

No free breakfast though they do have coffee in the lobby. The room was fine and included HBO, a microwave and refrigerator at no extra charge. The motel is one block off the highway and is surprisingly quiet. We would stay again.

I was worried when I first saw this motel. It is located in the back of a shopping center off a very busy street, and the sign just said "Motel". This was a case of not judging a book by its cover. The room was exactly what I had hoped for, with two queen beds, a desk for my computer, and a clean and modern bathroom. The room was spotless and had no odor. The Internet access was excellent and truly high speed. My only quibble would be that the room was a bit dark, even with the lights on, and there could have had more convenient electrical outlets for charging my gadgets. the TV was an older CRT, so no HDTV, but the channel selection was excellent and the TV was in perfect operating order. For a one night stay for a single or couple, however, this was an ideal accommodation, and considering the price, an excellent value.

was looking for a cheap, clean place to sleep for a few hours before continuing our drive home. although the room was outdated, everything was clean and the room served its purpose.

Nothing special. Clean, quiet, comfortable enough. Fine for just me staying while I was working. Nothing nearby for kids.

Furnishings were up-to-date, room was cleanest I have seen for a motel at this price. Check in was easy, friendly and fast. It is not big, and it is a bit tricky to find-but very quiet, well-lit, and a great value.

A small motel, very clean, comfortable. Excellent for the price. Will definitely stay again when we visit family in the area.

The room was very clean and quiet in a good neighborhood. This was my third stay and will stay there again.

television was not programmed could not watch television .everything else was fine

but a clean, well kept property with a reasonable rate. This is the typeI look for when I only plan to sleep, bathe, and leave.

The staff was very friendly and the motel was updated and clean. Good wi-fi signal and fast internet. We were pleased with our room as it was nice and comfortable until...my partner realized there was no coffee maker in the room. You see, he's kind of not with it before that first cup or three and having to leave the room, walk around the building to the office (thankfully it wasn't raining that morning), pour himself a flimsy cup of scalding hot coffee, and then walk back to the room with it proved to be a bit much first thing in the morning. He burned the inside of his wrist when it splashed on him as he was making his way back to the room. I drove us out for coffee the rest of our stay. The only other issue I had was having to pay an additional fee because there were 2 adults staying in a room with two double beds. If there were any additional adults or children I could understand but that irked me a bit.

This is an older hotel but has been remodeled. It was very clean with fresh paint and what seemed like new fridge, table, carpet etc. It was close to the ballpark and price was great. I would stay here again.

I have now stayed there twice. I was totally satisfied with comfort, convience and hospitality each time!! I booked my next stay, before leaving, in August!

When we arrived the room was not ready. The cleaning person was in the room vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom and sink area while we were in the room. The cleaning person used the TOILET brush to clean the toilet AND sink!!!!!!!!!!! YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 nights i had to kill 3 spiders 1 on the bathroom floor and 2 in my bed

Worst experience I have had. 3 Pillows for a king bed. Pillows were as thick as tissues. Asked for more, had to go back twice to get something decent. When we asked for pillows they thought we did not want room made up. Too expensive for the quality and the service.

This was no-frills but no-problems. It was convenient to our friend's home. Would have been a great value at 25 bucks less. Room was clean, beds comfortable and everything worked.

While the hotel is very convenient to everything in the city, the staff is rude and disrespectful. After registering through hotels.com, I got there and was told that I didn't make my reservation correctly and had to pay additional fees to stay for the weekend. Upon asking where the drink machines were after checking in, the office staff was also rude to my children. I wouldn't recommend the place unless you were desperate for the room, even if the cost is less.

The only thing I did not like was the beds were really hard. Everything else was great. Friendly staff and very clean room. Nice little hotel.
