Boss Suites Nana Hotel - בנגקוק

They have pretty modern facilities here, but too bad they are not maintained well. Our room was not clean, and some things could be maintained better. But overall it's still okay, especially considering the price.

Hotel employees very helpful, newish type of hotel close to shopping and night life. I stayed in this hotel tice during my stay in Bangkok and will stay here later this year on my return to Thailand. Aussie Greg.

Good, clean hotel. Good, friendly, efficient staff. Good value. My only quibble would be that it's a bit of a walk to the BTS station or to any shops/restaurant. (though there is a shuttle available)

Nice , clean and helpfull staff

Close to nana road, but know what that's all about before you choose to stay there! A little hard to find, but great staff and comfortable hotel. Bed was a little hard and shower only luke warm, but all in all, not bad accommodations.

The rooms and people were good. But the location is quite far frOm the main road. And without convenience u have to walk a lot. Pool is quite small. Seeing the price it's not bad but can find a better place.

Hotel was nice, but the area was a little seedy. It weas a long walk to get to main area of Soi 4. Littel did I know Soi 4 would be the way it is. lesson learned.

This hotel is in a quiet area , its just 5 mins walk to all the action nanna centre has to offer. Free tuk tuk to sky train. Very good air con.. would stay again when in bangkok.. A good mid price hotel. Very helpful staff..

The hotel was load at night due to location, not a family area. The room had cigarette smoke coming from somewhere everyday. The day crew at the front desk was great but not so at night. Bottom of pool looked like it had mold growing on it and no one i saw used it. Would i stay there again- no

it was nice but there was an electricity cut when i arrived for 1 hour and it s noisy i cuold hear my neighbours as if they were in my room

Stayed there for a night before heading off to pattaya good location in a good area and friendly hotel staff

Breakfast was nothing special, but overall, hotel was clean and pleasant, if a bit out in the back of beyond with annoyingly loud (but free) tuk-tuk service to BTS Nana (or nearby) on request. The windows in the toilet are a unique feature for the security paranoid, too! At a discounted rate, was acceptable and more convenient than the more distant (but cheaper) airport hotels. Younger ladies might find the local bars a bit uncomfortable, but area seems generally safe and shops and restaurants are not too far away. May stay there again.

Room was very comfortable, good breakfast buffet with an excellent travel agent in the lobby. You don't need to plan anything before you arrive, just talk to the ladies and they will help you to plan all your activities. Don't forget to negotiate the price

Good location at the end of soi 4, a little walk but hotel hidden away and quiet. Tuk Tuk service available to sukukvit if needed. Nice big rooms bright and clean, my only comment would be there was door in the room which backed onto another locked door with really poor sound insulation. I could hear every word from the people next door. Not sure if this was just in my room. Otherwise nice hotel

I enjoyed my stay here; room is nice and cleaned daily. The location is great on Soi 4 but not too close to the bars which keeps the noise away. The staff is very nice.

I enjoyed my stay and i have stayed at the hotel before. Nice and quite area.

We had a superb stay. The rooms, breakfast and staff were 1st class. We took advantage of the free tic tic service locally and would recommend this hotel.

Despite being on a somewhat dodgy looking street this hotel is actually quite charming. The staff was lovely, the room was comfortable, and the location allowed easy access to the city's sites.

Good hotel. Close to pubs and bars. Room is big enough and clean. Breakfast is good as well and reasonable price ($4 additinal). Only disadvantage is little bit far from Nana station (10 more minutes to walk).

The Stay at the Boss Suites has been a pleasant addition to my first visit to BKK. The service was good, the breakfast was fine and the people at the hotel were really really nice, friendly and helpful. Only point to note is the quality of the finishing of the Bathroom. The shower is not so straight forward to operate and it seems like a lot of water is lost around the bathroom while having a shower, it could do with some more cleaning. But all in all I was happy to have spent 1 night at the beginning and 2 nights at the end of my stay in Thailand. Highly recommended.

I like the pool and internet and free tuk-tuk. I did not like the condition of the AC and bathroom, a bit worn out. Good price for the area.

I enjoyed my stay at Boss Suites. The breakfast buffet was great. It was quiet in the rooms. The staff was very help. I hope I get the opportunity to stay at Boss Suites again.

it was a great over all experience ....the service was phenomenal! We had dropped off service from the hotel for the places surrounding Pattaya.... Great GREAT GREAT service! The people at the front desk and the maids or the waiters were all cordial. Totally would come back there! They don't expect any tips or anything from you and gives their 100%.

its fine .... good location... even i like sukhamvit soi 4 ... it is fully on 24 hours .. i like to stay again at boss suites

The hotel is ok. The bathroom needs a LOT of work. The shower works in a funny way, the bathroom gets all wet and the door locks by itself. The room is good though. It is a bit far from main attractions.

There was a lot wrong with this hotel, and it does not deserve to have a 4 star rating at all. When I arrived, my room was not ready and I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. Throughout my stay, the people at the reception were unhelpful at worst and indifferent about things at best. The room, once cleaned, was only adequately so. The sink was broken, and a room change request was denied since they were "too full". Over the next three days, the room and bathroom were never cleaned properly, and the hand towels were never replaced. Also, the A/C seemed to have a mind of its own and would remain stuck at various temperatures, even after someone came in and "fixed" it. As for location, it is a good 12 minute walk from Nana station. On the plus side, they have a complimentary tuk tuk service from the hotel to the station. Also, the breakfast was good, with quite a variety of things. Overall, not worth the money, and should best be a 2.5 star hotel.

Never go there they are the worst, infact go for Ibis Nana as they are a well renowned Ibis chain

If your looking for a hotel on Soi 4 in the Red Light District you found the right hotel. The service and hotel features were really good. But if your a family I would stay away! Go find a hotel near Soi 11 to 21.... or the river.

it was nice, cheap and well located (quiet and very close to sukhumvit)... very friendly staff... a nice and clean, but a pretty small room... the breakfast was pretty good... the gym is not worth to call it a gym... forget it... but at least i could have a run. the pool area is ok, but do not expect sunshine there... it's like in a yard... over all... it was ok, a good value for the money... but definitely not a 4 star hotel (but i don't know where hotels.com this rating got from... the hotel itself don't claim to be a four star)

Fantastic Hotel!! Recently stayed on Dec. 20,21/11 with my wife and two children. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Hotel service was fantastic and very accommodating, and we have nothing negative to say. The free tuk tuk to the BTS train was convenient. If travelling with small children at night, avoid walking south on Soi 4, from 'Nana' BTS station as this is a bar (red-light) district. Hotel is located far enough away from this area, so a goods nights sleep is easy. Plenty of areas to eat on Soi 4 when you turn right on Soi 4 from Boss Suites. THANK YOU Boss Suites.

Compared to the price its a ok hotel. I miss a nice pool and a fitnesscenter. The one the one they got is wortless.

We arrived into Bangkok and got a taxi to Boss Suites. The hotel is just slightly tucked away from the hustle of Nana. The friendly staff greeted us on arrival with fresh orange juice and carried our bags to our room. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom wasn't as clean but still acceptable. We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast. Its was a very good selection of cereals, toast, fruit, Thai and English hot options. We missed breakfast on the 2nd morning, but the staff were hapy enough to get us some egg on toast and juice. The free tuk tuk service is great, especially for a 1st experience of a tuk tuk. We didn't have time to use the pool, however it looked very nice. Overall a good stay!

Boss Suites was clean, comfortable, affordable and well positioned. Within a few minutes walk to the MRT and a few stops into the City Centre. The Manager and Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our arrangements. Well recommended and well priced.

This is a really nice hotel with beautiful and modern rooms. It was a great stay. The breakfast in the morning has a lot of variety. The location is a 10min walk to sukhumvit rd, close to restaurants, shops, bars etc.

Great location. Good price. Great service. Didn't stay too long to fully experience it. But allows great access to other attractions, especially nightlife in Sukhumvit area.

Taxi driver had a hard time to finding the place. It"s in very quite area. Just five minuites to a busy roudy area, For a price a very good hotel.

Boss Suites is good place to be in Bangkok. Not so big hotel but really nice place. Sukhumvit Road and related night life of Bangkok is just walk away but its not at all annoying sound near hotel as its just that far from that area. Hotel provides free Tuk Tuk service till nearest BTS stand called Nana and also pick up, which is really great. Rooms are good enough, we found some more amenities would make it great but still nothing really makes negative impression. The things i missed in this hotel were, bathroom slippers, conditioner, toothbrushes, bath robs etc.. Free Wifi is plus but don't know why it can't be connected to any mobile phone. Hotel staff is really great.. Always smiling and ready to help. Would recommend for some one who really want to be in city and not just enjoy the hotel.

This little gem of a hotel is tucked away down Soi 4 in a quiet side road. Just a ten minute walk to the tourist areas of bars etc. Good service and the location ensures a quiet nights sleep,

I have stayed here previously and the service is still the same, great. People are surprised to find a hotle such as this for the price that it offers. Breakfast, free internet, numerous TV channels and a helpful staff are the main draws for me to this place. The location is quiet and far enough removed from the local action that you do not even notice. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok. Its great place for a single, couple or family.
