The Dunn Thing - Guest house - אייר

Bed a bit small, otherwise everything was perfect.

Stayed here for 1 night to catch the bus/ferry to Ulster in the morning. But B&B operator wasn't home to check me in at 4 pm so I stood in the rain waiting. Woman went to babysit her grandkid an hour away and was taking the bus home! Not the sort of thing a paying customer expects from a hotel. No complaints about the room or location, however.

Dunn Thing is a nice B&B in a secluded area of Ayr. Short walk for pubs , dinning. Room was clean. Tea and Coffee facilities with lots of milk etc , unusual as just usually get enough for one cup in most places. Shower toilet small but no problem , shower no powerfull but adequate for our needs. TV was on small side and a bigger one wall mounted would help , but didnt detract from stay. Breakfast was lovely with lots to eat. Proprieter was very helpfull and pleasant. Local Indian Basrais is worth seeking out as buffet has lots to offer , choice of indian , chinese , italian and an ice cream bar for kids. Well worth a visit. As is Twa Dugs pub which is close , good selection of whiskeys and live music which is good. Had a pleasant overnight stay and would use again for longer stays. Worth seeking out. very good value.

We were using this B&B as we were at a wedding at the Savoy Park hotel. As a result the location was excellent, price good and accomodation ideal. We had a room with an on-suite toilet and we could access the room any time we required. Breakfast was good and the hospitalty excellent.

La casera nos esperó despierta hasta la 1 de la madrugada (con previo aviso) ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba sobre esa hora. Recibimiento correcto, trato Muy agradable, aconsejandonos sobre qué visitar en la zona. Desayuno escocés caliente muy bueno y muy completo (no hace falta picar nada más hasta la hora de comer!) con opcion de añadir fruta y cereales al desayuno (Completíssimo) No tengo ninguna queja!
