Close to Fresh Choice supermarket and "Mediterranean" supermarket. Both were excellent for stocking up on food for our hikes. Also, close to the centre of Queenstown and the bus services to and from the hikes.

Enjoyed the stay. Though did not spend much time in the hotel, it was comfortable to sleep in. For the price, I would recommend it. Walking distance from the city as well.

Hotel was in a perfect location, clean and tidy with comfy beds couldn't ask for more for the price, would definitely recommend

We only stayed one night and perhaps that's why we were put in the paraplegic unit (unit 1). It was very clean and tidy but the paraplegic set up made one feel like you were in a hospital room. It's location in the complex seemed to confuse people as we had people arrive at our door thinking it was the office. The owner was very friendly on our arrival and offered suggestions for dining in town, which was only a short stroll away. If one was staying longer I would avoid Unit 1 unless you are really in a wheelchair and enjoyed meeting other guests from time to time !

This is another spotlessly clean, very convenient and economically priced motel in New Zealand. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, located in a quiet residential neighborhood only a few steps from the busiest parts of town, and staffed by friendly, well-informed people who genuinely wanted to make our stay enjoyable. There were several grocery stores and bakeries nearby, allowing us to self-cater our breakfasts. The pubs and other tourist attractions were just down the hill. We even saw a couple of tandem sky-divers land in the primary school sports field next door! Bella Vista is a winner with us! We will be back.

Great location, Great Prices and the owners really cared about my stay in Queenstown offering recommendations. It was a little loud at night with the occasional bar-drunken crowd either walking by or staying near by. But it never lasted too long. Location could NOT be better when you consider the price of the room. You are comfortable 5-minute walk to main town area, Sky Gondola and Kiwi wild life park. Highly recommended.

Unlike its title the rooms have no views - ours looked onto the carpark. Spa bath was scummy after we filled it. Room smelt a bit from the drain in the middle of the bathroom. Small rooms.

Convenient location, near town centre and other activities.

Visiting son in Queenstown and chose this hotel as it was near to all attractions and town centre. Very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Had a small kitchen area so that we could have breakfast and snacks. Helpful laundry area too as we were on a 30 day holiday and could wash clothes for a very small fee. 10 o'clock check out time was a bit early.

Reasonably new room with motel set-up including microwave and toaster. Inward facing room with far too many light fittings. Bedding was uncomfortable; very rough sheets and flat pillows. Location is close to supermarket and within walking distance to town, except it's right next to a school...so no quiet sleep-in.

Convenient location and quiet neiborhood. I think it follows a standard described in the Bella Vista website. You will get nothing more or less.

I stayed at Standard Queen Room. Excellent choice for 3.5 star motel. Town centre, skiing centre and supermarket are just 4 mins walk away. Only a small wall heater is availble, you might suffer a bit in the middle of winter. No window at the front, you cannot have cross ventilation in your room without open your glass sliding door in Summer. Sound proof is not too good, I can always hear people from upstair walking in their room. Staff is helpful.

Good Location, Hosts friendly. The unit was clean and modern. We chose this motel for the cheaper rate and we enjoy a cigarette - happily outdoors, which a good majority of other motels/hotels won't permit on their grounds. So thanks Bella Vista, to let us have a spot outdoors to enjoy a coffee and cig before we started our day in Queenstown.

We stayed one night in the Bella Vista on our way to the ski fields. We found the rooms spotless, warm and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The motel was a stroll away from the centre of Queenstown, close to restaurants and shops. Basic accomodation but great for a couple of nights.

Fantastic location - literally 5 minutes walk gets you to the center of all the action in Queenstown. The rooms really are 'studios' though ..... its all one space and only about as big as a medium sized hotel room. So more than one person sharing might be a little claustrophobic. Well worth upgrading to the 'spa bath' room for the jacuzzi tub ... especially after a long day snowboarding. Owner/operators were very friendly and helpful. Queenstown is an expensive spot - so generally you dont get a lot of bang for your buck .... this applies particularly to accomadations.

Room was clean and in great location. Felt rushed in the mornings however to get out of the room so it could be serviced. On mornings when we wanted to sleep in/stay back we felt like we were a burden and where somewhat hurried out. Otherwise, all was good.

Genomtrevlig personal som hjälper till när det kört ihop sig, två nackdelar: hiss saknas och det fanns en elektrisk filt som var för liten för sängen och det gjorde att man hade elsladden mitt i ryggen, fick bädda om hela sängen för att få bort den!

客房/酒店整潔，酒店位置離市中心有點距離，但價錢尚算合理。

Das Motel ist gut im zentrum von Queenstown gelegen. Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erledigen. Das Hotel ist im guten Zustand und auch die Sauberkeit war prima. Es gibt jedoch zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption sind recht knapp selbst für ein Motel gehalten. Das 3. Bett im Apartement war leider sehr durchgelegen und für den Tausch war die Rezeption hier nicht erreichbar. Trotzdem vergebe ich eine gute Bewertung für das sonst echt gute Motel.
