Wonderful home!

Didn't stay there the people was awful and keep want more and more money

Great size house for six adults to stay....little cold to use the pool but it was there and right out side the sliding door....close to disney but need a car...altogether a good alternative to a hotel, more space, washer and dryer, three bathrooms.....we had a really good time there

We were here for 10 nights...further than anticipated from the WDW parks, but not bad. Would be helpful to supply more hangers, and to know exact location earlier than 7 days before arrival. Also, with eight people, more towel racks would be useful. All in all, it worked out fine, though.

It was very comfortable. It was like home away from home. The place was very clean and very well kept. I enjoyed my stay and will definetly be looking into booking again.

This is not the total price in the web site. When I came to the home they said if you didn't give us $129 for home cleaning we will not give the key. Why $129 it's tooo much for cleaning.

I was pleasantly surprised! The room was just as the pictures showed it. Very clean. The guards at the gate were extremely helpful and always gave us a wave and a smile either when we were leaving or returning. Close enough to the parks (1/2 hour from door to gate) to go every day, but far enough away not to feel compelled to go. The pool was very pleasant. Warm enough to be comfortable but cool enough to be refreshing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I had problems with hot water showered with cold water for days. And when I called they told me that I was gona be charged for them to come out and inspect to see what the problem was with the hot water.

Watch out for the cranes walking around lol. This was our first Walt Disney trip loved it.

We rented a 4 bedroom home near kissimmee, Florida for a weekend at Disney from Starmark vacation homes. The house itself was fine but the mattresses were of used-thrift store quality. Unbelievable. Super thin, and so so unformfortable. I have stayed in pleanty of cost cutter cheap hotels in my younger years and yet never experienced this low a quality of bed. I wish I was being dramatic, but it was really that bad. We contacted Starmark's office and politely explained our problem and they sent out a person who told us that the quality of the homes, beds, furniture was up to the homes owner and they simply left without offering any resolution. Basically a big who cares! I strongly recommend against this company. We have stayed at many rental homes and town homes for vacation with Other vacation home rental companies and never had this problem. This is my first review I have ever given, I am only taking the time because I feel so ripped off. Our entire trip was effected due to no one getting any rest due to the horrible accomidations and a company with terrible customer service.

Very convienence to all needs. The gated community is a plus for us.

Rented a 5 bdrm for the family. It felt like home away from home. Wished the check out time was a bit later but overall we had a grand time. The kids enjoyed the pool and us adults enjoyed not going more than 10 steps to take them to the pool. They keep asking me when we are going back.

House was beautiful however i got a surprise fee of $150 3 days before me stay for "cleaning " despite the fact that we had to leave the place spotless or get charged for it. Plus after spending the day at Universal Studios my family was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and it was as cold as the pool. I even called and told the office about it and got know response. I would not recommend this place to a friend

This house i was expecting to be in orlando or in celebration but it was only about 15 min away so it really wasnt a bad drive just a bit of traffic from disneyworld which is expected. We liked the house it was clean, nice quiet neighborhood, alarms on all doors so you know if you child opens the doors especially to the pool. The only downfall to this stay i woud say would be not being able to adjust the thermostat. They kept it on 74 so it was rather warm. I would stay at one of their homes again when we return.

Stayed in a Silver rated vacation home in Davenport. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, backed onto golf course. The pool area was clean and spacious. The home was spacious, well laid out but needed some upgrading on the furniture, it was well worn, and mattresses lumpy.The home included a dishwasher, but only one small packet of detergent for one cycle, one roll of toilet paper, for 6 people for 6 days. I knew I had to buy any food items, but did not realize I would have to provide my own toilet paper or dishwasher detergent.The bedspreads and bedskirts did not appear to be freshly cleaned, there were stains on them that were questionable as to the origin. Overall it was good.Location was a little far from the parks and restaurants that we visited.

Our vacation was from Feb. 14 to Feb. 21, 2012. A three bedroom condo. We were very pleased with the condo. Clean, with everything in the kitchen that we needed. Reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend these condos. One suggestion for the owners. The small little bars of soap left in the bathrooms are somewhat of a joke for this level of accomodations. Please consider using something bigger than a 1"x 2" tiny bar. A small thing I know. But does stand out.

The towels were very old and was not very clean. NOT A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD FOR A VACATION HOME. HAVE NO TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWEL AND NO CLEANING ELEMENT IN THE KITCHEN. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE PLACE TO CHECK IN, MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

PERFECT!!!

The whole neighborhood is vacation homes so we didnt have to worry about inconvincing anyone. Awsome prices for an amazing house. Very clean. Great views. Awsome all together!

We were sent an e-mail assuring us that our reservation was in order and that there was no need to call and confirm so we went to the stated address only to find out that the address given was the Starmark business office e. After a 20 minute wait a representative politely told us that there was another location which handled the check in process and that we would have been given that address when we called. I told her about the e-mail that we received and she seemed surprised. This was a bit inconvenienced as we had been travelling. For 10 hours and were tired. The property was very comfortable and enjoyable after we finally arrived and we definitely would recommend it to others.

I rated the cleanliness a 4 only because the master comforter needed to be laundered or replaced. If there is a spot that I can't identify, I'm creeped out. Other than that, the place was great. I had everything I needed to make a meal (even a cool salad wash/spin contraption), do laundry, etc. Our place even had a spa tub. LOVED IT!

I rented this 4 bedrm/3 bath house for a week while on a trip to Orlando for a convention. The website listing is a bit off since the location of the house was actually in subdivision in Kissimmee and not Celebration FL as implied by the hotels.com listing. This is a minor problem but I had selected this location based on the close proximity to the convention we were attending. Upon arrival to the home, everything was nice but I didn't feel that this particular property should be listed as a Platinum property (didn't look anything like any pictures posted here). There were minor problem with the home such as no instuctions for internet connection or pool or jacuzzi operation and the home seemed to need some updating and small repairs. All the information availble in the home was for a company named USA Homes and not Starmark and it seemed as if this home was rented but not maintained fully by Starmark. Getting answers to simple questions seemed almost impossible since this is not a fully maintained/owned property by Starmark and they themselved would have to contact the property manager to find the answers to our questions. There was a leak under the kitchen sink in which someone placed a tupperware bowl under to catch the water. The water was disgusting and stunk because it drained from the garbage dispossal and needed to be emptied everytime dishes were washed. The house was fully furnished but mostly cheap and semi functional furniture with plenty of wear. The home also backed up to a water treatment facility that was surrounded by power lines and a 20ft fence, great for privacy but cell phone service was hard to come by. By the 4th night the internet connection went down and after several phone calls and 2 more nights I was told that there was nothing that could be done in the time left in my stay and this was a big problem for me considering I was visiting FL for a work convention and needed this connection especially with zero cell service. I was reimbursed $5

A group of us rented a 6 bedroom gold house, which was beautiful and roomy, however some of the sheets and towels smelled like they had not been washed in weeks. I had to buy detergent and wash all the sheets and towels in the house. Also, when you book, they do not make it clear the exact distance of the house, and we were about 18 miles from disney. It was a beautiful neighborhood, but be ready to drive a while to find any CVS or food location. It cost us 95 dollars one way to get a cab to universal studios. Also, do not forget to bring ALL items with you, including shower gel, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. Despite these complaints, the house was roomy and we were not bothered by anyone. I would reconsider staying here again because of the distance, but if you do not mind driving and bringing your own daily items, it is a good deal.

I was so pleased to have found this place. We had a great time. There was plenty of space for all of us. The pool area was very relaxing and clean too. I'm so looking forward to coming back next year.

I love it and my family love it we will be back

The location is the middle of no where, if you are planning to have fun with the family beware of the neighbors, they get annoyed easily. We were unable to enjoy the pool area due to the neighbors complaining about the music or noise level. They complained about the splashes of the pool. Also there are several hidden fees for example: cleaning fees and on top of that an excessive cleaning fees. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

We spent a week in Florida, staying in a hotel for 3 nights on the beach and renting this vacation home for 4 nights. We all decided next time we will rent the vacation home for the whole vacation. It was so relaxing to have our own pool and patio, we could cook our own meals ect. It was close to all the attractions and had all the comforts of home.

We had a great time with family and grandkids. It was perfect!

this home was so inviting and comfortable we loved it and didn't want to leave then we thought we should of stayed in the home instead of traveling throw florida because we had a very good time just relaxing in pool,sauna and the home had everything we loved it very very much and the kids didn't want to leave the enjoyed pool,foolsball,pingpong and there rooms tis home was great will go back again if welcomed too.

My trip was truly enhanced by the quality of the townhouse as well as the fact that i drove right up to the front door was truly excellent. I AM GOING TO USE STARMARK VACATION HOMES AGAIN WHEN I TRAVEL TO ORLANDO. very helpful agents.

Vi tyckte huset var perfekt att hyra, alldeles utmärkt för en grupp för 10 personer vilket vi var. Låg på ett lugn och trivsamt område i Orlando. Däremot så var det lite för få solsängar, endast 2 stycken. Är inte lätt att dela för 10 personer. Bör finnas fler. Helhetsintryck för vistelsen TUMMEN UPP!!!

Sijainti hieman kaukana huvipuistoista ja isoista ostoskeskuksista, ympäristö melko karua. Ilman autoa ei pärjää, lähimpään ruokakauppaan 4km matka. Talo siistissä kunnossa ja hyvät palvelut mm. oma kodinhoitohuone, hyvä lapsiperheitä ajatellen. Uima-allas hyvän kokoinen, mutta vesi todella kylmää (arviolta 17 asteista) ilman lisämaksullista lämmitystä. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

Muy buen lugar para tu estadía cerca de Orlando. Excelente casa muy amplia y confortable. Muy bien equipada. El único pequeño detalle era ala distancia a los parques, pero nada que no me indique volver a elegir este lugar cada vez que vuelva a Disney.

estas fue unas de mis vacaciones con mi familia mas fabulosas de mi vida nunca la olvidare. por lo consiguiente lo recomiendo mucho el lugar donde me quede es muy tranquilo y limpio. lo único el pecio un poco caro pero vale la pena. gracias Starmark Vacation Homes.....

Excelente casa, limpia, amplia, comoda. Sin ningun problema, todo perfecto.

Perdemos uma diária e passamos por um grande stress ao chegarmos no escritório da Starmark e descobrirmos que o escritório fechava às 18:00h. Isto não está escrito no site e nem no Vaucher. À meia noite, cansados da viagem, tivemos que bater de porta em porta atrás de outro hotel para passar a noite. Perdemos uma diária, além de termos que pagar por uma outra em outro hotel. Estou aguardando até hoje contato por email da gerente do Starmark. A casa é muito boa, grande e bem equipada. Alugue um carro. Não há nada comercial ao redor. Há lagartichas e baratas.

En la casa que me quedè la cama era demasiado suave y ademàs no me gustò que me cobraràn una cuota de limpieza por aparte. Es la primera vez que lo pago por quedarme en una Villa.

Como a minha opção foi por alugar uma residência, vou me restringir a comentar sobre a casa que me foi disponibilizada e a sua localização. A casa estava localizada em um condomínio de residências, em Kissimee, ao sul de Orlando, próximo à supermercados e ao complexo da Disney. Quanto às instalações da residência, fiquei muito satisfeito, a casa tinha todos os equipamentos e utensílios necessários, era ampla e limpa. Tinha também piscina, que não usei em função do frio, e uma jacuzi. Minha única restrição foi quanto a não existir suporte da empresa fora do expediente e aos finais de semana. Tivemos um problema com o código de segurança de entrada no condomínio, que nos foi fornecida errada (vencida), e como era no final de semana, tivemos de contar com a ajuda de vizinhos e da síndica para obtermos a senha correta.

Superstort och mysigt hus på ett lung och fint kvarter drygt 10 minuter från Disney World med bil! Skulle lätt bo här igen om jag åker tillbaka!
