Hotel Sebastian's - אמסטרדם

Good location, fiendly staff. Was in town for business and most hotels were booked so I gave this one a chance. Definately not for business travelers, but clean, unique and nice staff would make it a good place to stay on holidays. There is no desk to work on in the room and the walls are quite thin. So again, recommend for lower cost but good hotel on holidays, but not for business travel.

A very nice place to stay - friendly and helpful staff; they even allowed us to check in early at 11:30 without any problems. Good location - about 10 minutes easy walk from station, and seemed to be close to everywhere else we needed to get to. Nice, quiet surrounding areas, and room had a nice outlook over canal. Room was fairly compact but well presented, and bathroom had lovely shower with nice toiletries supplied. Reception was very helpful, helping to look things up, and recommending places to eat, providing a useful map to find our way around. (Lift was out of service during our stay, but as we were only on first floor , this wasn't a problem - even though staff offered to carry bags up for us). We would use this hotel again for a stay in Amsterdam.

Great location, amazingly helpful staff, comfortable room and good breakfast. This is obviously not a big 5-star hotel, but for a small, cozy hotel at a reasonable price it is perfect. The styling is a bit different - dark purples and black - but it is cool-looking and unique. I'd definitely stay there again.

Just returned from an excellent stay at Sabastian's, the hotel is in a great location, the rooms and clean and comfortable, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again when next in Amsterdam.

Had a great few days visiting Amsterdam. Hotel is in a lovely quiet area within easy walking distance of almost anything you would want to visit. A great public transport system gets you anywhere you don't want to walk to. The staff were great. The room was compact. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was some maintenance going on in the basement which didn't really affect us but builders materials spoilt the look of the exterior. Breakfast was very good and included within our room rate. Would stay there again, but would like to try the sister hotel, The Toren, at a slightly higher price.

Very helpfull staff make this hotel ideal for 1st time visit to Amsterdam. Some rooms quite small but larger rooms have plenty of space. Short distance to Central Train Station and Amsterdam Centre. (10 to 15mins) Use hotel bike hire service to venture further a field as bikes can be picked up and returned at hotel. Breakfast adequate. Quiet location on Canal. Decor not to everyones taste but do not let that put you off.

Very friendly and attentive staff who makes you feel welcome and at home. The cleaning was impeccable and the breakfast a delight, served in the lovely decorated bar. The location is a mere ten minute-walk from the Central Station, a bit behind the busy streets by a calm canal, which leads to Anne Frank's house some 10 minute-walk away.After having spent time in hundreds of hotel throughout the years, I must say that this is one of the very few I seriously would consider staying at again, when I someday return to the fantastic city of Amsterdam.

Personalen på hotellet var mycket välkomnande, trevlig och serviceinriktad hela vistelsen, glada och positiva. Stilen på hotellet är ganska mörk och designinriktad, men det passar bra. Rummet var okej, lite trångt kanske och vi hoppas alltid på badkar men fick inget den här gången. Frukostbuffén tog vi gärna tre morgnar i rad och kaffet var anmärkningsvärt gott. Slutligen tyckte vi läget var riktigt bra för att nå alla attraktioner men inte vara mitt i smeten. Området var tyst, inga billjud, däremot är det en aning lyhört mellan väggarna. Rekommenderas och var prisvärt.

Mycket trevligt och personligt hotell som varmt rekommenderas. Fräsch och modern inredning och trevlig personal lyfte intrycket. Gångavstånd till Amsterdam Centraal (10 min) vilket gör det smidigt när man kommer från Schiphol. Mitt i Jordaan-området med alla trevliga caféer och barer runt hörnet.

Koselig med utsikt over kanalen, veldig hyggelig personale - skulle bare ønske madrassen var litt hardere.

Amsterdam in a nutshell - original, a little decadent, a bit worn-out when viewed in bright daylight but comes in to it's own after twilight. Great staff.

Das Hotel liegt nicht nur mitten im Grachtenviertel und ist somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren, es überzeugte uns auch durch das Ambiente, die Sauberkeit und vor allem durch das freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Personal.

Нормальный отель, тихое место, и все рядом. Кофешопы кругом. Китайский ресторан приличный. Площадь Дамм 10 минут спокойным шагом. Вообщем, советую.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage für Hauptbahnhof und Jordan Quartier. Typisch für Amsterdam sind die verwinkelten Treppenhäuser und Flure.

Vi valgte "stort rom med kanalutsikt" og vil anbefale dette til tross for at det koster noen kroner ekstra. De andre rommene så ganske små ut og noen så rett ut på en vegg. Badet var litt lite, men ellers greit. Litt mørkt på rommet. God buffetfrokost med varm og kald mat. Generelt veldig bra service. Rent rom og fellesareal. Bra beliggenhet. Tar 5-10 min å gå til sentrum. Liten by, så kan gå til det meste.
