Hotel Rinascimento - רומא

When we arrived at the hotel at 1 p.m. we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and they would have to move us to a sister hotel in another location. Being familiar with this scam, I insisted that we would not be moving to a different hotel. The desk clerk argued with us for several minutes then placed a call. Miraculously they found us a room that was available AND ready for check-in! While the room was in very good condition and the location was extremely central without being noisy from thousands of tourists; the free wifi had a terrible connection and I would NOT recommend this hotel based on the scam they pull.

Location is unbeatable,walking distance to the Vatican......three minutes away to Campo d Fiori. The only bad is the size of the breakfast room,besides that everything was excellent.

Most of the staff was abrupt and difficult. The day after we checked in the woman at the desk TOLD my daughter to quickly move out of their room because the man who checked us in made a mistake with the room type. We were just leaving for an appointment.! Then when I checked out the man (he wouldnt give me his name!) working the morning of September 4 was extremely rude. When I was quietly conveying a point that he didn't like, he accused me of "yelling" at him. Our rooms were hot and smaller than small!

Anyone traveling in europe knows it is hard to find inexpensive accommodations for four, the Rinascimento fits the bill in Rome. Our room was small but very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a modern shower. The breakfast is very good and the staff was pretty helpful. The neighborhood is charming and convenient close to good resturuants, bus stop and stores. We all would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very nice, it's about a 15 minute walk to the Vatican.. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable.

The hotel was modern in decor and the rooms were nice although quite small but I think that is the norm in Rome. Cleanliness was fine and towels we used were changed every day. The hotel was in a great location and we could walk to all the main sightseeing areas. The neighbourhood felt safe and the staff were very helpful.Breakfast was included in our stay and this was a great bonus as eating out is not cheap in Rome. There was a good choice from the buffet and staff served hot drinks as well.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Rinascimento. The location was perfect, a three minute walt to the Castello Santangelo and the Piazza Navona. If I ever return, I will definitely be choosing to stay here again.

Hotel stuff are very nice, pleasant, and helpful! Hotel location is very nice and convenient, and surrounding area is very beautiful. Their breakfast is yum! When we go back to Rome, we definitely stay this hotel again!

This hotel is a great option for staying out of some of the busier areas, but it is still located close enough to walk to everything. The size of the room was one of the largest I have stayed in. The breakfast was also very good and there were many options to choose from in the morning. I loved how modern this hotel is and we really enjoyed our stay here. We would stay here again.

Very happy with the hotel. Small but very clean. Not many amenities, for example no bar. Perfect for bed and breakfast in Rome city centre.

This is a tiny hotel but provides everything that you need for a low cost and covenient location for Rome.

The hotel's location and staff are excellent. We had no trouble getting a table for breakfast at any time and the selection of food was good. We were able to arrange a tea tray from the kitchen in the evening when I came down with a cold in Rome. Visiting Rome in April means none of the hotels can run their A/C by law. In this case it meant no fan without heat. As the room was already a bit stuffy we opened the windows which tended to let in wafting cigarette smoke from neighboring balconies. The room itself was otherwise immaculate and newly furnished, albeit clouded in a very strong room fragrance/perfume which I found oppressive. The attendant asked the cleaning staff not to spray the room with cologne on subsequent days but the fragrance never really subsided. It seemed to be embedded in the furnishings. The bed itself was very comfortable. Hallway noise was a bit bothersome, but the compact nature of the hotel probably makes it difficult to insulate. I won't complain about the room size as I assume hotel rooms are typically small in Rome. I did feel that our room was smaller than pictured online, and a bit cramped overall. The hotel is located very close to Campo dei Fiori. There are excellent restaurants steps away and most major sights are walkable from the hotel. In retrospect, however,I felt we could have found more comfortable accommodation had we booked earlier, rented an apartment, or ventured further from the city center. The desk staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. They assisted with restaurant reservations, taxis and the printing of boarding passes.

Une situation qui permet d'accéder en moins de 15 mn à pied de plusieurs des principaux monuments de Rome ( Vatican,monument de Vittorio Emmanuel, Colisée , Piazza Navona... ) sinon des taxis tout de suite en sortant ds la rue principale qui vous amènent un peu plus loin ( villa Médicis,Borghese...) pour environ 10€ ; personnel de l'hotel sympathique ne parlant pas francais mais anglais ; petit dej correct sans plus ; un gros bémol : chambre et salle de bains spacieuses pour famille de 4 mais surchauffées ( obliges d'ouvrir quasi en permanence la fenêtre pour ne pas étouffer car impossible de mettre la clim pour compenser en rentrant le soir quand la femme de ménage avait mis le chauffage à fonds le matin)

Dans l'ensemble un bon hôtel, très bien situé, très prêt des principaux monument de la ville et dans un quartier très agréable.

Hotel très bien placé, mais chambres trop petites et salles de bains également. Ne dispose pas d'une ventilation efficace. Chambre très mal ventilée et avec une température trop élevée. Salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner trop petite. Personnel à la réception d'aucune efficacité pour aider à organiser un séjour.

Vi är en familj på två vuxna och två barn på 11 och 14 år. Vi trivdes mycket bra på hotell Rinascimento och skulle gärna bo där igen. Rummet var rent och fint och utrustat med safetybox. Frukosten serverades i ett mycket litet rum men var bra för att vara sydeuropeisk. Personalen var vänliga och hjälpte gärna till med tips och information om man frågade. Läget var det allra bästa. Vi hade gångavstånd till både Colloseum, Vatikanen och Spanska trappan. Runt hörnet fanns bankomat, på samma gata fanns flera trevliga restauranger där Lucifer blev vår favorit.

Välj detta hotell för dess läge - perfekt nära Piazza di Fiori med gångavstånd till allt. Vi hade ett tre bäddsrum, vilket är ganska svårt att finna i Rom. Vi fick fint plats, badrummet dock lite litet, men fungerade ändå ok. Frukosten är mer än den vanliga kontinentala med ingen variation mellan dagarna. Wifi finns gratis på hotellet. Stilla omgivningar vid liten gata, trots närheten till allt folkliv. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Værelse var annonceret med aircondition, wifi på værelse samt sefety box. Aircondition fandtes ikke. Til gengæld udstyret med varmesystem. Ingen køling. Der var ingen wifi på værelset. Kun i stueetagen. Safety box virkede ikke ved ankomst. Efter talrige henvendelser blev den lavet efter halvandet døgn. Det absolut bedste ved hotellet er prima beliggenhed.

Litet hotell med bra läge, rymliga rum, helt nyrenoverat så det var fräscht! Enda att klaga på var en trist utsikt mot en vägg och frukosten som var liten både till salen och till utbudet. Vi fick vänta på bord och det var nästan helt slut på buffen. Men allt annat var toppen! Supetrevlig personal som hjälpte till ger plus i kanten!

Litet, bra och trevligt hotell. Perfekt läge. Rena, fräscha och moderna rum. Liten frukostmatsal men bra och ordentlig frukost. Rekommenderas.

Hotellin sijainti loistava. Nähtävyyksille pääsee hyvin kävellen. Huoneemme oli hyvin varusteltu tilava sekä erittäin siisti.Kyplytilat olivat napakympit. Aamiainen oli maukas ja monipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli asiallinen ja avulias. Ainoa miinus on myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen klo 14 sekä aikainen uloskirjautuminen klo 10. Myöhäisempi uloskirjautuminen onnistui lisämaksusta ja takasi viimeisestä lomapäivästä onnistuneen. Tänne voin tulla uudelleen. Kaksi aikuista ja 2 lasta (11 ja 14 vuotiaat)

Enkelt hotell, med fräsch inredning (nyrenoverat 2010), mycket välstädat och rent. Dock minus för brist på ekotänk, med nya klorblekta handdukar & badlakan varje dag. Hårda madrasser, men värre har vi upplevt. Vi fick ett mkt litet rum på översta våningen (4), som var mer som ett enkelrum. Lågfrekvent ljud från stor ventilationsfläkt från taket på denna våning, litet Finlandsfärja-varning, förmodligen betydligt bättre på andra våningsplan. Men med tanke på hur litet tid man spenderar på hotellet en långhelg var det helt ok på det hela taget. God och rejäl frukostbuffé i trångt frukostrum, med omelett, kallskuret, grönsaker, yoghurt, o gott kaffe. Läget är perfekt för den som gillar Campo de Fiori-området, dvs litet off, men ändå mitt i på något sätt. Ljummet mottagande av personalen, som inte var direkt otrevlig men inte heller speciellt tillmötesgående. Den som pratar italienska får ett väsentligen bättre bemötande med idel leenden och hälsningar. Skulle vi välja detta hotell igen? Tja, kanske, men bara om vi fick en bra deal på nätet.

Das Hotel Rinascimento liegt sehr zentral, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig, modern und sehr sauber ! Kleines jedoch völlig ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. tolles Hotel !

Hotel bien situé près de la place dei Fiori. Chambre rénovée, petite mais correcte, salle de bain parfaite, moderne. Petit déjeuner parfait. En confiance.
