quiet and comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable; frequently being restocked, no waiting.

We have been staying in this Best Western everytime we come to Portand. Starting 12 years ago. All way a great place to stay.

Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had modern decorum. Continental breakfast wasn't the best, but overall, a great place to stay!

Perfect location for our basketball tournament. Close to restaurants and shopping. Kids loved the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well since the hotel was so quiet and felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, large rooms. Close to Washington Square Mall, good breakfast. Would recommend.

It was a nice place, quiet and got good nights rest. Had to pay extra for the room with the tub which is why I booked the place from the site after seeing the picture of the nice jacuzzi tub in room. That wasn't a problem, just glad I was able to get one. Nice to have breakfast in the morning before heading out for our destinations.

The only problem was finding the entrance especially since they were repaving it so a bit confusing to go in a one way entrance the wrong way but I figured it out. Otherwise a very nice place

Very close to Washington Square mall and Beaverton outlet, rooms are nice and clean

Very clean hotel with helpful staff. There was some function that was very noisy. I called the front desk and asked if they knew how much longer it would be going on, thinking that I would have to ask to be moved. The desk clerk said it would end at 9pm and it did. The front desk also recommended a restaurant within walking distance that was excellent. All in all, a very nice stay.

staff was great,room was very clean,only problem the bed was very hard and uncomfortable,other than that everything was great

Desk staff was most gracious and friendly. The night staff were most helpful and accommodating to all guests. The lack of restaurant on the premise for dinner was easily addressed by the desk staff as there are many dining offerings in the area. Will stay there again.

Great hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Only con is there is no store in the hotel like others have but there is a grocery store right accross the street.

The room was a little pricey, but it had a view of the neighboring river and the room was very clean and quiet. I will be staying here on all my business trips in this area

The hotel was great, very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. We asked at the desk for a restaurant for dinner and she recommended a mall down the street that was really great. It wasn't your typical mall, but lots of restaurants and cool shops. We really enjoyed wandering around there. My only complaint was that the breakfast wasn't very well organized. It ended at 9:00 am so we and a lot of other people went down at 8:30am. There weren't enough tables and there wasn't enough food (there is a special hot item each day and it was empty), cutlery, yogurt, cups etc. Although, there were some herbal teas, I didn't see any regular tea bags. There were a lot of people complaining. There was one staff member trying to refill everything but she seemed very overwhelmed, maybe some more help is needed and extending the breakfast until 10:00 like a lot of other hotels we have stayed in would be helpful. Their hours for breakfast on the weekend were till 10:00 but we were there on a Monday morning. Isn't every day a weekend day when you're on holidays? PS I love Hotels.com!! very helpful!

Lobby Clerks were friendly and efficient; hotel room was above my expectation and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is above average. I had no complaints for my 2 night business stay at this hotel and would stay again if the need called for it. The location was not as convenient as some other hotel options at a slightly higher price; but it was close enough to where my business was so not an issue for me.

We were very pleased with the Best Western Plus Inn & Suites in King City, Oregon. The room was large and very nicely done - a great value for the price. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's an easy driving distance into Portland. I'd recommend taking Durham Road over to I-5 instead of 99W to avoid some of the traffic, especially during rush hour (look at a map or ask for directions).

Nice hotel my only compliant was they need to invest in fabric softner the towels were very scratchy

The price was very good and the location is also very good. It was across the street from grocery stores, coffee shops, and fast food restaurants for convenience. It is fairly close to the I-5 and isn't that far from downtown Portland. They did seem a little understaffed when we were there for our visit. The front desk manager was the only person I saw that night and at one point, he posted a sign saying he had to step away from the desk. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw one lady trying to keep everything stocked. The silverware was empty for awhile, the milk was empty, etc. All of that didn't make for a poor experience, but if they had been a little better staffed, I would rate the experience as excellent.

I could not have asked for a better stay.

I thought the room was very nice, the AC worked good, but step into the hallways and elevator and it felt like I was in Chicago in the middle of summer. So hot and humid. Personal were very friendly, and the breakfast was very good for a continental style. Only issue I had was the hallways and the channel lineup on the guide was not what was on the TV. Other than those small issues, I would stay again.
