La Quinta Inn and Suites Lancaster - Ronks

Let me just say that this La Quinta was far nicer than the average La Quinta. Modern and upscale. The room was very clean and comfortable with desk and large micro-fridge and microwave. Very good location, near all shopping on Rt. 30 and situated on a quiet side-road in picturesque Amish farm country. I'd stay again when in the area.

I was shocked that I liked this hotel so much. We had a horrible experience in a FL location of this brand and have always shied away from it again. After looking at the pictures and the reviews, I decided that it was time to try it again. The hotel was perfect. All of the finishes seemed new and were very clean. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The only improvement would be the continental breakfast which needs to be upgraded. The room was great; slept like a baby; service was great.

La Quinta Inn and Suites Lancaster without a doubt was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels that I have stayed at. Our room was clean and very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. I have no complaints at all, I recommend La Quinta Inn and Suites Lancaster to anyone.

Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a decent complimentary breakfast. Two negatives are there was only one elevator for entire hotel, and guests in room above us were very noisy. Would not hesitate to stay again when we are in this area.

The Hotel Clerk name Tim is extremely rude and I will never stay there again because of him

My stay was great my room was awesome it was comfy very clean and quiet alot of close by stores to shop and the amish country omg beautiful must see i will be returning and my stay will be at la Quinta again thanks for and easy check in and check out and for a very very friendly service

You never know what you're going to get with chain/franchise hotels; you can stay at a "quality inn" that's super fancy, or one that's dank and dirty. The Lancaster La Quinta is clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful too. We'll definitely stay here again when we need to.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The heat register was very noisy and kept waking us up whenever it went on. Breakfast was fine - there was a large crowd and there wasn't enough room for everyone to sit and eat. Overall, a very comfortable stay and so convenient to shopping.

Nice hotel, only the breakfast was so standard. Any other was perfect. The room was clean, the staff is friendly. It was great neighbourhood with many restaurant. We would like to stay there again.

Best hotel service I have had the pleasure in staying at in a long time! Made spur of the moment reservation. Receptionist at front desk pleasant and gave good info about local attractions. Room clean: microwave and refrigerator a plus and they worked! Hotel offers coffee and tea x 24 hours a day. Reasonable rate. Would recommend to anyone.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint-could hear the people talking in the next room.

This was my first time staying at La Quinta and I will definitely stay there again! They were so nice there and it was extremely clean. They have great ammenities, very modern, and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was very relaxing to be able to swim and go in the hot tub after a long day of training. It is right around the corner from the outlets which was slightly dangerous, but so much fun! I have nothing but good to say about this hotel and my stay. :-)

Overall we had a great visit. However, the hardwood floors were noisy and the high beds were difficult for our kids, especially when our 3 year old rolled out of bed in the middle of the night. But, overall, great visit.

This was the best hotel by far that we have stay at. We travel with are dog they where very very pet friendly!!! The staff was wonderful. When we visit Lancaster this would be the hotel we would stay at again. They where very clean. They are right in the middle of everything from the outlet to dutch wonderland and sight and sounds.

Clean hotel. Beds a little soft, but overall satisfied. Friendly front desk.

We were in town for shopping at the outlets and browsing through the shops in Intercourse, PA. It was convenient to all of this - well kept, friendly staff, decent (yet simple) breakfast. Can't really complain about anything. Rate could have been a little bit lower - I wouldn't call it a "bargain" - but it wasn't a rip off either.

Stayed two nights. very close to all Lancaster area attractions - Strasburg RR, Bird-In-Hand, Intercourse, downtown Lancaster, Outlet shops. Very clean and all of the staff are very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The bed sheets smelled like someone had already slept on them! The ice bucket has 3 inches of water in it, I guess from prior ice use. Hair around tub and on bathroom floor...not ours. Pretzels around and under bed...not ours! The breakfast was very nice, the counter staff helpful, the house keeping staff stink! Stayed here because it was close to sight and sound but we have made other accomadations for our March show. Clean it up and I will come back otherwise I'll move on.

very clean rooms, great location, new hotel,only complaint was no wifi in our room, it only works near the lobby, also breakfast sucks compaired to other hotels

Very relaxing. I like that tea/coffee was available 24 hours. Breakfast hours are extended on the weekends. we enjoyed our stay.

This was my first stay in a LaQuinta Inn. Needless to say, this will not be my last! The hotel appeared new. It was extremely clean. The main reason for picking this hotel was the location and that it was pet friendly. It did not dissapoint on either requirement. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was more than enough for a quick bite. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We arrived at 11:30am and were told check-in was not until 3:00pm. The female at the desk seemed disinterested and did not even look up our reservation to make sure we were confirmed; told us check-in was at 3:00. She seemed quite rude. Other than that our stay was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel was nice and new.

We found the one cocoa-brown wall made our room, which was narrow to start with, very dark and forbidding. The 'table' we were promised for card playing turned out to be a computer desk and there were only 2 moveable chairs. The four of us had to play in the public breakfast room downstairs instead. The breakfast, although adequate, had no food suitable for the two diabetics in our group. Some unsugared cereals and plain doughnuts would have been appreciated. Although the room was as described and very clean, we would question its being worth the cost, because of its small size. Not good value for the money spent.

Excellent service hotel

My wife and I stayed here for a friends wedding. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was near shops, restaurants, and several amish stores/bakeries. Met or exceeded all our expectations.

Decided to take the wife on a weekend trip to farm country. The location we pretty good, as the hotel parking lot backs up to a working farm. Unfortunately, at night, the hotel is lit up so brightly I am pretty certain it could be seen from space. Even with the blinds drawn tight, it was like the sun was blazing all night long. If you have a choice, request a room on the odd numbered side of the building. Maybe that side gets a touch darker. Beds were comfortable, and staff were nice, but not as romantic as I had hoped.

The room was wonderful. Very clean and breakfast was good as well. When I checked in the staff was very helpful. However when I checked out the lady at the checkout was the least be concerned about my questions andore concerned about her iPhone. The hotel is wonderful but the girl at the front desk needs to consider other types of employment.

It was a very nice place to stay - rooms clean and well appointed, however, rooms seemed very dark - walls were painted dark taupe and lighing was not the best. Overall, it was a nice experience.

it was ok. breakfast was good - not the best nor the worst free breakfast. biggest complaint was the dog hair on the floor in the room. we loved the indoor swimming pool and hot tub - our little one year old enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful time - the hotel was comfortable & clean. It would be better if the breakfast was on till after 9am - we were on a romantic weekend and Never got up until after 9 so we missed breakfast each day.The only bad thing was when we checked in the front desk person was nasty & rude - too bad cause it started the trip on a lousy note for us!

Very clean and comfortable room. Hotel seems quite new. Two very comfortable queen beds in our room with flat screen tv, microwave and fridge. Located right across from Lancaster outlets. Great place to stay when in Lancaster. Highly recomend.

Everything about this hotel was great. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Only down side was the breakfast in the morning. Not a lot of choices, but hey it's free.
