This hotel is even better in the flesh than the website photos - it manages to combine opulence with contemporary styling, the layout of the resort is... excellent and rooms are stylish and comfortable ( although ours was a little small for a family of 4 ) Food is superb with a good buffet restaurant and several speciality restaurants which refreshingly don't charge any supplements. Bars are great - there's even an adults only champagne bar which is great for a pre dinner drink. Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean and there's always room around one of the many pools. The boys loved the creperie/ice cream bar which is open until 2am! Animation team are good and suitably low key, and the mix of guests is well spread with no one nationality dominating. There's a spa that beats many of the 5 star spas I've been to in the UK, and if you take one of their daily special offers the prices are very good ( full bosy massage and scalp massage for 50 euros) We really couldn't fault this hotel, and if all Mitsis hotels are like this one we'll be trying some more. חוות דעת אורח של Hotels.com מתאריך 29 יולי, 2012
