Hotel was nice. Good clean room. Surrounding area was not particularly attractive and was a bit smelly. Good for a stop over before traveling by boat to one of the islands.

It is very far from your normal moving around. Hotel does not provide basic need with 3 pin adapter for your laptop/mobile phone charging. When finally, I told them that I would quit the room, they bought one from outside. I had to pay 75 bhat. I am a frequent traveller and I have never experienced similar situation. No breakfast. No hotels where I could find Indian food. Gym should improve. I have written this be'coz to improve. TKS.

We stoped in Phuket for a night to catch a flight out of Thailand. I was a little hesitant as this was the cheapest hotel on the site. We stayed here and I was pleasantly surprise! The place is modern, clean, new and the service was great. The restaurants around it have delicious local food at local prices.

Hotel is perfect if you get in to Phuket after the last ferry and can't go to phi phi until morning ferry. There is very little in the hotel and few decent places to eat around it although the BBQ place up the road is lovely!! The room itself is perfect and tidy big bed tv with plenty channels and a shop around the corner where you can grab your few bits. No breakfast either!

We stayed here for 1 night to break up the journey between Krabi and our flight to Bangkok the next day. The hotel is very new and the rooms are spotlessly clean with good wifi signal. The only downside is, it's several kilometres out of Phuket Town, so there's not really anything to do on a night without getting taxis etc. There are some small local cafes and shops nearby, so you won't be completely stuck. This hotel is ideal for a 1 night stopover, but not for any longer. This is purely because of it's position.. I could not fault the hotel itself in any way. Shame about the location.

Hotel is nice, clean surrounded by typical Thai food courts. Pretty far from the town centre but if u book a tour you will have hotel pick up anyway. Staff like other places speak little English . Overall ok

We used Rattana Residence as a pit stop before going to Phi Phi. It's a nice hotel in a not so nice area - but close to the pier. The receptionist arranged ferry tickets and transport to the pier for us for 400 Baht pr. person. There's a nice super market 50 meters from the hotel which was very nice.

Great staff at hotel, location is bit far from beaches but with car/motorbike you can drive anywhere easily.

Nothing horrible about this place. Just on the wrong side of the island and pretty plan. We have been travelling for a while and most of our rooms have had charm and a hidden gem quality to them. This one just didn't have that. The suite was very spacious they could have done a better job at utilizing space available. You'll also need a rental car.

better than I thought because it is really really clean. But the location is not very good if you plan to go to the beach everyday.

très mauvais accueil de la part du personnel, hôtel très mal situe loin de tout pas de restaurant à proximité, très loin de la plage et aucune active a faire le soir, sinon les chambres sont très propres et très classes.

Det tillhör inte Phuket Town så räkna med lite dyrare taxi och transfer från färjan ingår inte helt säkert. Helt OK hotell i övrigt, hjälpsam personal och väldigt rent och prydligt. Men utanför så kan ni inte räkna med shopping på annat än seven11

Olen yopynyt ko hotellissa pari kertaa ollessani matkalla muihin kohteisiin. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Kavelymatkan paassa on paikallisia ruokapaikkoja.

Ett bra och fräscht hotell som inte var allt för dyrt. Vi bodde bara där i två nätter för vi skulle vidare så vi krävde inte så mycket service men dom verkade hjälpsamma. Den enda nackdelen var att det låg en liten bit utanför centrala phuket. Det tog ca 30 min att gå dit och det var inte så gångvänligt så moppetaxi var att föredra.

Vi använde oss bara av hotellet en natt för övernattning mellan flyg från Phuket och båt till Koh Jum. Det funkade men hotellet kändes inte jättefräscht. Dessutom uppgav de fel upphämtningstid för bussen som skulle köra oss till båten - vi hade precis beställt kaffe i väntan på bussen och då den kom påtalade de att vi måste betala för kaffet trots att vi aldrig hann dricka det p g a att de meddelat oss fel avgångstid. Dålig service!

Tyckte den var jätte bra, läget var inte så bra med själva hotellet var bra. Rummet var jätte fräscht och servicen var bra.

숙박 객실 및 청결등의 상태는 가격 대비 좋으나 처음 가시는 분들이 묵으시기에는 적합치 않음 단 바이크 운전 시에는 상관 없으나 바이크 렌탈하는 곳도 시내에 한정되어 빌리기 아주 힘듬.

Très bonne qualité prix , chambre d'excellent confort et calme ; situation en banlieue sans intérêt mais proche par taxi du centre ville et des transport en commun

Nicely kept, but there was nothing close to the hotel. The nearest restaurant that wasn't some small place with only 2 tables was 10 minutes away. If you wanted to go shopping in the market Phuket Town was 10minutes by car away. It only cost 10baht to get there with the local transportation (pick-up with benches). If you ordered from the hotel transport service to the bus station they charged us 300baht. Conclusion: Nice hotel but not a beach or anything within walking distance. Good for 1 - 3 days

Great service... we arrived late from Malaysia and didn´t have money to eat dinner, the girl at front desk lent us some money so we could eat somethig... and the next day after I toke a taxi to change some money, the same girl argued with the taxi driver for a fare price. Great staff and perfect for just one night or to get to know Pucket town

深夜到着＆次の日は朝からバスで移動という状況だったので、寝るだけと思い安くて清潔そうだったこの宿を予約しました。思ったよりも部屋は広くモダンで洒落た感じ。ロビーもセンスのいいインテリアが配置されていて女性に受けそうな感じでした。散策はしてないので周りの様子はわかりませんが、寝泊まりするだけだったら十分すぎるくらいです。タクシーを呼んでもらったのですが対応がすごく遅かったことと、ドライヤーがなかったことだけが不満と言えば不満かな。

Très bonne chambre et personnel sympa sauf la manager qui est autoritaire. Grande douche, bonne clim, bon wi fi efficace. Nickel pour un séjour businessman. Mal situé pour touristes sans moyens de locomotion autonome. Super pour être au contact de la vraie population qui vit et qui travaille. Attention la porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon ne ferme pas a clef. A réparer au plus vite.

Zimmer war in Ordnung jedoch war der Service sehr schlecht... Die Lage ist auch nicht optimal, weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera molto bella, curata e pulita. Unica pecca è che è parecchio fuori mano.

部屋はきれいにで広く生活しやすいです。 wifiもちゃんと飛んでるし、とても良かったですが、タウンから少し離れた場所なので、歩いてタウンに行くのは難しい。

Kasi yötä viettäneenä voin sanoa että halpa ja hyvä hotelli. Ympäristössä ei ole hyvät ostos mahdollisuudet mutta yöpymiseen ja matkan jatkoon ajatellen hyvä paikka. Nopeat yhteydet lautoille.

The hotel is located about 5 km from the Phuket city center. If the distance does not bother you, and you like to have selfmade traveling, this is good place. The personnell in reception and cleaning are very polite and helpfull. Also Golf place is not far away.

位置有点偏，前台的服务人员英文不是很好，不过非常整洁，从外面看也很漂亮，很有度假的感觉~

Das das Hotel nicht am Strand liegt weiss mann ja vorher deshalb kann ich einige Bewertungen nicht verstehen.Wir waren eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.Sehr Modern eingerichtet.

Rapport qualité prix très bon. personnel très sympathique, et plutôt compétent.
