Crown Regency Resort & Convention Center - בוראקאי

Stayed 1 night at this hotel after i left it late to book an additional night at previous hotel. Was good to stay in a different area of Boracay. Unfortunately the main things that let this hotel down was its unreliable internet connection & speed(compared to previous hotel). Also, checkin time was 2pm and there was a lobby full of people awaiting to check in. Most places ive stayed before have rooms ready before and are more than willing to accomodate(excuse thepun). Although it wasnt much of a wait, i grabbed lunch in the meantime, however i still wasnt ableto checkin till about 230pm. Its wave rider machine was not working(blamed power but welcome to the Phillipines) but wave pool was working. Overall ok for a short stay or conference.

good place to stay if you have a family, and not all of you want the "noise" of the beach party all night. we had fun in wave pool, except that the surfing students posed real dangers to swimmers like us. shooing us non-surfers was irritating, especially when only the supposed "instructors" were surfing to show off/entice students. suggest you limit surfing class to times when swimmers are not allowed in pool, or vice versa.

The hotel is a 5 - 10 min walk from everything you'd like to do on Boracay. There is really nothing for adults to do - even the restaurant and lobby bar are unattractive. The rooms are pretty ok if you don't mind the noise - there is no soundproofing whatsoever.

Staff could be friendlier and they only except cash which would be nice to know before u get there to check in

Very nice and comfortable

The staff were really helpful. The room was really nice and the house keeping services were spot on. They went the extra mile with folding my clothes for example without being asked. However, when we visited they were still in the process of extra building work behind the hotel which is ugly and noisy at times. It mean't we couldn't use their pool either which was annoying. Also, the breakfast was so so, but they did accomodate additional breakfast requests outside of menu which was good.

조식이 너무 형편없었을뿐더러 음식이 없어 먹을수조차 없었다 그리고 방은 전화로 부르기전까지 청소를 하주지 않았으며 수건을 더 요청하나 돈을 내라하더라 또한 새로지은 호텔임애도 불과하고 욕실은 낡고 녹슬고 고장이 많았으며 방키도 단 하나뿐이 제공을 안해 불편함을 격었다

雖說開業不久,但房內設施開始欠保養較舊了,但房間整潔舒適,衝浪池一流,離white beach較遠,要坐tricycle去

一開始感覺相當不錯，可是一要退房時，飯店說不見一條毛巾， 我們出國根本不會使用飯店毛巾，飯店卻一直說不見，讓人實在很生氣，也不快點做處理，當時要做9:00的飛機，時間都快來不及了飯店還是慢慢來，我們當時也可以把行李打開讓他們檢查啊?爾且他ㄇ去整理房間時，我們還發現我們不見了一包泡麵和幾包咖啡，我們也有跟飯店說，他們也都沒回應，態度惡劣。下次不會再去住啦。

Hyvä hotelli, jossa suurin osa asiakaskunnasta aasialaisia. Hotellia remontoidaan parhaillaan ja remontoidut huoneet ovat ainakin melko tilavia ja siistejä. Altaalla ei ole juurikaan aurinkotuoleja ja aamupala ei ollut vakuuttava. Henkilökunta on miellyttävää ja sijanti hyvä. Rannalle on n. 600 m matka. Hotellissa ei ole omaa ravintolaa ja se on suurikokoinen (arviolta n. 200 huonetta). Voi suositella hintaansa nähden.

Hotel usine à touristes asiatiques. Chambres loin d etre nickel, serviettes sales. La reception nous a donné une mauvaise chambre à notre arrivée. On a rechangé à 2h du matin de chambre puis le lendemain rechangement car le jacuzzi ne marchait pas. Dans notre 3eme chambre le jacuzzi ne marchait tjs pas...Dons on a laissé tombbé.... A 210€ la nuit, cet hotel est une arnaque. J'ai demandé un fer à repasser le 31 decembre à 18h, à 2 reprises, et je l'attends toujours... L'impression qu'il n'y a pas de manager dans l hotel... jamais vu ça....

فندق محافظ ويصلح للعوائل فقط

酒店很不错，服务也很到位。但是就是因为是热带的地区，房间里有虫子。 总体来说性价比很不错！

L Hotel en lui même est bien sauf qu il y a un gros problème d' isolation ! Il est extrement bruyant !!!!!!!!! De notre chambre nous entendons TOUT les passants le personnel TOUT sans vous parler des travaux !!!! Des 7h du matin une horreur ! Et cerise sur le gateau on nous a facturer une serviette de bain parce que nous l avions sali !!! Soit 15 euros hallucinant !!!! Pas de piscines !!! Le Buffet est médiocre mais l personnel est très sympa !
