This hotel was very clean, new, very basic. Comfortable place to rest, perfect if you plan day-long excursions. Great location. Affordable!

Clean new great rate. Nice people easy to get around.

When this hotel is under 70$ usd it a deal. Howeve, the rooms are too small. It's perfect for a single person but for a couple it's too small. The view is nice at the upper floors. If you have no choice stay here. If you have a choice choose elsewhere. Not that this Hotel did anything wrong. Just it's not for me.

The small room was adequate for overnight stay on way to Merida. The staff was young and inexperienced but made every effort to please. The fact the ado bus stopped at hotel was very useful. There was a large mall close by but crossing 5 lanes was scary. A taxi is necessary. There is not much to do or see in the area. I would stay again

The hotel is nice and in a good location if you want to be between town, airport and the beach. The negative is the rooms are SUPER SMALL. The beds were twin beds. Not good for a family vacation but ok for one person there on business or passing through. Service was not great either.

When we checked-in late afternoon and entered our room, it was already occupied. We went back to the frontdesk for another room. The second room given to us was also occupied. This is a huge security breach, so I tried to escalate the problem. I don't speak Spanish but the other staff members seemed amused. This time, they checked the room prior to giving it to us. On my first shower, the water pressure was low and slowly decreased to a complete stop. This was restored minutes later. Then, I realized the drain was clogged. Another annoyance was the duvet had stains. The positives are that our room was very quiet. (We probably had the quietest room - end of hall, top floor.) And the location was fairly convenient. ADO airport bus stop right at the hotel. Supermarket next door. Huge shopping mall across the street. Main bus terminal and downtown just a 5-minute bus ride away.

Excellent accomodations, very elegant 1 bedroom suite (fully applianced with utensils) very friendly staff. Great kids club. Good entertainment programs every night. Beautiful beach (not crowded at all). Excellent service from staff (very friendly and courteous).

Everything was as promised, WiFi was really good. Good value of money

GREAT HOTEL EVERY THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT THE ONE PROBLEM IS THE SMALL BATHROOM AND SMALL ROOM. THE ROOM IS EVEN COLD WHEN I HAVE THE A/C TURN OFF SO I THINK ITS A CENTRALIZE A/C SYSTEM FOR THIS HOTEL.

I really liked this hotel. I needed an inexpensive hotel to stay in while waiting to go to Playa Del Carmen the following morning. It was super clean, and the customer service was great. Although their english was minimal, they tried their best to answer all questions I had. Their is a shuttle bus next to the hotel that will take you to the airport for $15 pesos. Also, there's a lovely eatery across the way. Italian cuisine, with a woodfire oven to bake pizzas!!!

Rooms and bathroom, too small.....

Brand new hotel, well located and friendly staff. The good: Internet in the room, supermarket very close, great breakfast for an extra 75 MXP. PCs with internet available in the lobby free of charge. The bad: Small rooms, especially the shower and the toilet. It gets dirty very easily. No cash point.

The hotel looks great, it placed at the centro of cancun But one thing really disappoint me a lot is the most most important thing for me which is cleanliness of the room that was not cleaned at all, but that was my room I don't know about other rooms. Other parts its ok , nice location, facilities etc.

The bed individual bed is too small, but the price its ok

Feels like a very clean and modern youth hostel which I stayed in when I was in my early 20's For a little more money you can get a lot better comfort in the same area.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and urbanish. The hotel room was small but served it's function. We only stayed there overnight. My only concern was that when we took a shower the entire room became a steam room making the floors wet and slippery. There was not a vent in the room or restroom. Ventilation is badly needed and due to being a high rise building we could not open the window (which was also foggy) Otherwise bed was comfortable. I love the fact that they are eco-friendly.

Its great if you go to Cancun for business, its not the fancy hotel at the "cool" zone of hotels buy its really clean , the space its very efficient and has a great supermarket in the same building. And an ADO stop (same building too) that can take you back and forward to the airport.

to be fair the price was right and I did not consider checking into a different hotel during my 5 day stay. this is a new building and the rooms are new, they are also very small. there are three elevators but only one works and the stairs are not for non-emergency use. So be prepared to wait a long time for your elevator. the reataurant provides an inexpensive breakfast buffet but we ate there only once and decided to eat better elsewhere, not bad, just no selection. This is a well located, clean and inexpensive hotel good value for the money but it makes you appreciate the more expensive hotels with ambiance and little extras when you are on vacation. cheap and clean but two stars is all this one earns....

Hotel as a very peculiar style. Just the basics. Very convenient location for business or just for connection. Excellent service and good buffet breakfast.

very clean, elegant design. It's only a hotel, not a resort. so no pool and it's not close to the beach. But it's a great hotel.

THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL, FOR 2 BEDS, THE BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE HAD A PLASTIC COVER ON THE MATTRESS THAT WAS LOUD WHEN YOU TURNED OVER,

Prons: - Location (the hotel is conjveniently located opposite a big shopping mall) - Very cheap - New hotel Cons: - Location (in case you are travelling for leisure and want to be close to the hotel area, this hotel is about 10 minutes away of the hotel area (by taxi). In case you are travelling for business purposes, this hotel might be in an ideal location) - Very limited english speaker staff - sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with front desk because they didn't speak good english. - Room service was really poor - we booked a double occupacy room and we were left with only one towel for a couple of days, until we asked for another one before cleaner understand that she needed to leave two towels in the room after cleaning. Also there was no trush bin anywhere in the room. - 24 Hour snack bar - this contains only limited number of snacks, list of which can be found in our room and everywhere in the hotel only in spanish (no english tranlation). One night we ordered a club sandwich without bacon and not only the sanwich came with bacon, but also the staff looked like bored to get it done. - Currency - this hotel was the only place in the whole cancun not to accept dollars. Even taxi drivers accepted dollars but this hotel only accept mexican pesos which sometimes was very inconvenient. - Room space was very limited.

Wifi not working in my room 817 or at the lobby for IPad. Receptionist very helpful but unable to fix problem.

Puedo asegurar que es lo mejor que hay en relacion precio-calidad, sirve para una escapada de fin de semana en sus 2 modalidades: 1. Solo para llegar a dormir y salir con tu pareja a playa, discos, excursiones etc. 2.-Ser usado para quedarse con tu pareja dia y noche como motel :D

Vi bodde her kun for 1 natt, da vi resten av oppholdet skulle bo i cancuns hotel sone. Hotellet var veldig rent og pent, selve rommet også, men det var knøttelite. Vi var to personer og sov i en queensize seng, ikke det man forventer seg når man bestiller kingsize. Hotellets betjening var veldig hyggelige, men det var kun en av de vi snakket med som kunne engelsk. Resten av dem snakket bare spansk. Hvis du skal på shopping har dette hotellet veldig praktisk beliggenhet, rett over gaten for et stort kjøpesenter.

Recomiendo que soliciten camas dobles ya que la matrimonial es muy pequeña. Son como camarotes de barco. Esta ok para estancias cortas de negocio.

Me gusta, un diseño sencillo, moderno y muy funcional

Me gusta la cadena IBIS, pese a que no dan son buenos en los implementos de banio (jabon, shampo etc.etc.) Los desayunos los distinguen y la atencion en recepcion es amable, comodo para trabajo.

Excelente relación entre precio y servicio

Good location, across the street from the Plaza de las Americas shopping centre and bus stop to Zona Hotelera (15 min, 8,50 pesos)

Överlag är det inte här man vill bo om man tänkt stanna i Cancun, men vi stannade här och använde det enbart som övernattnings alternativ innan vi begav oss vidare neråt kusten. Hotellet är fräscht och rent, har trevlig personal och är mycket prisvärt. så perfekt om man bara har någon dags stopp over. Läget är inte optimalt men vill man shoppa så finns ett av Cancuns största shoppingmall närmare än 5 minuters gång.

Vi bodde på bara på detta hotell 2 nätter för en mellanlandning i Cancun, för det syftet var det helt ok!

Nice and clean hotel, and really a great value for money. The hotel was newly built in 2012. It's a shopping mal only 3 min walking distance away.

カンクンのセントロにありホテルゾーンに比べると価格は安いです。私は、夜空港に遅く着いたので利用しました。設備は基本的なものはしっかりしています。ただ、豪華さはありません。周辺エリアにはホテル以外あまり何も見当たりませんでしたが、ホテル横にレストランなどもあるので食事などには困りませんでした。

Todo muy bien en el Hotel, muy comodo el trato muy bueno por parte del personal, las opciones de comida en el hotel son escasas, la variedad es poca y los precios son altos, ademas de que les toma mucho tiempo atender, la tarjeta de acceso al cuarto se desprograma aunque es algo que te resuelven muy pronto en resepcion, el servicion de transporte al aeropuerto en autobus esta genial, ademas de que lo contratas afuerita del hotel y alli mismo pasan por ti cada 30 min, llegas al aeropuerto comodo, a bajo precio y en 10 min o menos

Bem localizado. proximo a shopping, pizzaria, supermercado e locadora de veiculos. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas a cama é confortável.

Agradable y buena atención de parte del personal

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones y el servicio es muy atento. Si quieren un hotel fuera de la zona de ruido y sin playa esta es la opción. Ideal para cuando vayas a cancun a un evento o a pernoctar por unos días.

El servicio de Hoteles.com fue muy bueno, del hotel fue regular.
