nice vacation stay

The property was in good location , but the rooms where run down & dirty. Had to find another place to stay.

The maintenance and quality of the room was below that of a low price hotel such as Days Inn

Intracoastal met our needs as a family of 5 but it was difficult to find staff. We had a two bedrom/2bathroom unit. Great views and unit clean but old and in need of a tidy up. Close to shops and beach and restaurants.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The security staff and bellmen were extremely helpful and insightful. Despite the few stains on the carpet and insidede the showers, the room was comfortable and didn't smell of neglect. We didn't receive our access card to enter the pool area as promised but luckily the beach was just a few mins away.

Our stay was good, the condo was very neat and a lot of space. The area is great, North of Collins and Miami Beach. The price through Hotels.com was great. The only negative about the condo was the fact that we did not get daily housekeeping services and we had to buy our own toilet paper. Each bathroom had one roll and that was it. I asked housekeeping that was in the hallway with a cart full of supplies, BUT they referred me to the management office. I ended up buying a bag of tissue for all my 4-guest. Additionally, there was a few spotted roaches (2 or 3), I don't like bugs however, most ppl out there said its normal. Overall, the condo and community is nice, I would consider a stay there again when I visit Miami. I will just make sure I have tissue and bug spray.

If you are looking for an apartment with a pool ang gym, then this it what it is, and its fine. The rooms are not especially well furnished, and only resonable quality. Don't think it's anything like a hotel. The service matches the rest. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable the first night I slept on the floor, metal springs.... the next day they immediately changed the mattress on the sofa bed but it was only marginally better. They don't appear to have enough pool passes so you have to get in line, we had to wait until the next day, and go to their office in room 614 in building one. The office is just a small apartment they use for storage. As they don't answer telephones.... Could be decent, when they work out being straight with people in the first place.

this place is not a hotel. there is no reception and no servisse whatsoever. it took me 6 phone calls and an hour on the phone to be able to find someone that would get me the keys to the apartment. The apartment was big enough for the number of guests (6) but one of the rooms had a terrible smell of someone`s pet urine. Not recommended!!!

It was great, luxurious, and an unbelievable price!

EXCELENT

We stayed 9 days. You have to consider that this is not an Hotel, this is a condo rental. Even though there is no room cleaning or service while you stay (option: Extra charge for room cleaning requested), I think this was the best choice. Our family is 5 members, and all of us felt very conformtable. Beach and food alternatives are 5 minute walking distance. Pool and Gym are first class, view is magnificent. Fully recomended.

Every thing was great except the only issue is that I could not meet a live person to talk to similar to a hotel.. Of the numbers listed only one works.,... Apparently the folder in the condo unit needs updating.The numbers listed refers to an representative who could not tell me where I could print my boarding pass. I had to ask the security guard for procedures, garbage disposal, where to print boarding pass. He did not know about printing boarding pass. Very impersonal except for the security guard and the valet who were excellent but could only do so much..

Our daughter was moving into her dorm, so we booked this room because it was close to her campus and close to several shopping malls. Nice Area, Plenty Shopping Nearby, Free Valet Parking. However, our room was very close to ground level and our sliding door wouldn't lock so we had to place a broom stick there so that no one would break in, because there is not an office person available. The bathrooms could have been better, and I didn't see any ants in the rooms Thank God!

Check in was tough and not super friendly. But the room its self, price, pool, and near by amenities were awesome. We will stay here again. Close walk to the beach. (7mins) shopping and food on The way.

The hotel does everything they said they would do. Clean room, 5 minute walk from the beach, fully furnished. No support staff however excellent location, CLEAN condo, awesome location. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Hotel, Views, Staff, and Amenities. Upscale neighborhood close enough to all the happenings in and about Miami yet far enough for a sense of peaceful luxury. The one thing that was a big one for me though was that in all the luxury there were roaches. I haven't had to deal with those pest in over 15 years since I left the Big City and I became very paranoid about leaving anything out and washing everything before it was used.

The room was nice, but the kitchen appliances need to be updated. The oven, microwave and toaster were horrible. it took forever to cook or heat up something. Even the manual can opener didn't work. have you ever tried to open a can without a can opener, not possible, we tried. had to end up buying a new one. Also, dont believe it when they say the beach is accross the street or 1 block away or only a 5 min walk (thats what i was told) its about a 10-15 min walk. with my twin 3 year olds and it was too much to walk with them without a stroller and carrying all of the beach stuff. Although i have to say they do have a toddler play room that my boys loved. the toys were all mostly broken or without batteries but they didn't care. they loved that room. and the playground was very nice too. just remember to bring your mosquito repelent. and it you need to get in touch with someone in the office, don't even bother. i tried to get in touch with them before, during and after my stay and i am still waiting for a call back. i have left at least half a dozen messages and no one ever returned any of my calls. The valet guy was the person who helped me the most. he was awesome. he explained where everything was and how to get to the pool and to the convienience store that is in the middle building (its not as easy as you think). All in all it was ok, but i don't think that i will ever stay here again. it was a bit too expensive for what i got.

The hotel was beautiful but we had a little issue with small ants in the room that bit everyone of us. We tried to speak to someone, but everyone seem not to speak English. Very frustrating. Overall, we had a great time and will be back, maybe not at this hotel.

First, check-in is getting an envelope with instructions from the guard shack. Don't look for someone to help with luggage you will not find anyone. Your told that Valet is mandatory even though they only move your vehicle 20'. Not one Valet spoke English making getting your car a nightmare. The room was nice and spacious with a huge balcony (that had NO furniture). Master shower didn't drain so you stand in water 6" deep. Walk around enough and you are sure to find some (DOG, leftovers). Next to us the tenants had a dog and they just let the dog go on the balcony. Met a nice man who was raising RABBITS, YES RABBITS. The pool and jacuzzi close at 8PM. There are 2 great pool tables and nice flat screen TV's in clubhouse. If you want to shoot pool call 30 minutes ahead because it takes every bit of that to get a set of pool balls. (OH, and I had to BUY my own pool stick) because they'res were on order. I could go on but its is not worth it. If your planning on staying here you had better think twice. The night of the Final Miami Heat Basketball game after the Heat won residents were outside yelling, screaming, banging pots and pans and even launching fireworks off their balconies. They have an office that had a sign on it daily telling you they were sorry the office will be closed tomorrow. Kind of like that sign that says "Free beer tomorrow" NOT happening!

Nothing that this hotels offers comes thru, I requested a non smoking room and I was put in a room that previous guest had smoked in. room looked better in the website than it actually was. The customer service provided by Elite City Stays was the worse that I have ever experience. I spent a whole week trying to receive a phone call back and never got one. when I got to the property there was people waiting in the hall way since the office was closed. they had been there for over an hour waiting. I am a travel agent and this is no way of handling your customers vacation. Would I recommend Elite City Stays the answer is NO!

Our stay was okay but could've been ten times better if we had housekeeping. We had to launder our own towels. Also we did have an ant problem in our kitchen. On the plus side we did have a nice view of the harbor and was within walking distance of the beach.

We booked a 1 bedroom and were upgraded to a 2, which was great with our 3 little kids! The vallet parking is annoying, especially having to tote strollers and beach stuff into thr hotel room. We had some little bugs in our kitchen the first night and our dryer did not work. Other than that, our view was amazing and it's walking distance from thr beach, food and coveinence store.

Location was good. Hotel room was big. the bedding was uncomfortable and the extras in the closet smelled. I checked in late sup had to sleep in a room with no ac the first night There was very little hot water.

We rented the place for two nights, it had plenty of amenities and excellent free WiFi service. The only two problems would have been a/c unit a little too noisy and check in time 1600 hrs. and check out time 1000 hrs. too late to check in and too early to check out. I would still recommend it, price is reasonable.

Arrived after flight expecting a three bed appartment which we paid for. We had a two bed appartment consisting of a double bed and two twin beds. Contacted help desk and no one available- they leave at 6pm. Given an alternative number but person not contactable. My partner had to sleep on the sofa for two nights as we didn't have enough beds for our family. Not a great start to our holiday and pretty poor customer service. Won't rush back.

We found this to have great apartments. Also the pool, gym and hot tub were excellent. wonderful views. Highly recommended.

It would have been nice to kinow that the pool did not work before we checked in and was not fixed for the several days we stayed there. The master bathroom bath tub was dirty when we checked in and did not drain for the entire stay. Called to have maintenance come and fix but did not get any assistance. Internet and tv and phone did not work for part of the stay and had called several times to come fix it. Was not like pictures posted on website. Was convenient to have a kitchen and living room for comfort. View was beautiful. Valet was convenient. Check in and check out was very smooth. If building was maintained and service was more prompt it would have been a more positive experience.

Good option for families but you need a car unless you you want to stay at the hotel spa and pool or go to the beach (5 minutes walk). We are a family of 5 and rented a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very well equipped an comfortable (Very good WIFI exclusively for the apartment). The surroundings are residential and quiet with a small mall with some restaurants and pharmacy. The small supermarket located in Building #1of the Hotel also has good options for quick lunches. The pool and gym are very nice. Valet parking included in the rate

The hotell was in a rather good condition and it was satisfying that you could use the gym and the grill. Also that yuo had aircondition in the apartment. When we came, the pool had a quite nice temperature, but it became a bit colder in the end of our stay.

There are no service room for this hotel that in fact is not a Hotel, it's a flat, you have to do everything by yourself. The place is nice, there are free parking, free internet but there is no room service, if you want to do nothing this is not the place for you, if you dont want anyone in our room this is the place, you receive a key and no one is going to disturb you. in other side the staff is very helpfull, they did everything they could to help us with some packages that arrived, they are very professional and nice. It was ok but I'd rather choose a place that I can return at night and find my bed make and bath cleaned.

Hotel is more like an apartment. Beautiful premises.

I reserved a 3 bedroom and we were 8 people, the only solution these people gave me was an inflatable mattress that we had to fill up every single night. And while we were at their office trying to get our 3 bedroom so many other guests had the exact same problem. They never answered the phone and they closed at 5 pm...
