Hotel La Alhondiga - פואבלה

This hotel is not great, but the location sure is! Town square restaurants and shopping are just a few steps away. I slept terribly every night due to street noise, police sirens and street performers singing under my window, but the price was right and the location is great. The staff was nice and my room was clean, but the mattress was rock hard and I only had hot water for a shower one of the four days I was there.

The hotel is in very good location I will not recoment this hotel for nobody the bath room to small and smell the bed very old the restaurant very bad service you guys before put this hotel in your list go and check this hotel

The rooms are clean but the bathrooms are incredibly small.

Hotel was very nice, only slightly annoyed with check in when a simple confirmation number was not enough and they demanded to see my hotels.com confirmation e-mail which I didn't have. After waiting a while and scrambling to find it on my phone the front desk worker finally realized they didn't actually need it.

Overall as said above title. When I paid the rate I knew what to expect. Staff was polite & courteus, my special thanks to the front desk lady who seemed to practically live in, she was nice and prompt to resolve our demands. The hotel is an old but beautiful building, never had issues with the noise as others claimed. Certainly the rooms deserve great deal of maintenance, yet this is the owner(s) responsibility. Addressee or closets would make a big difference in the comfort, and is a cost efficient investment. Bottom line, I would come back no doubts, and recommend for the ones looking for a bargain.

The comfort of the room wasn't the expected and it was a very small room, we'd change but they assign us a cheaper room...Sorry, but i wont recommend it.

We had a good stay and the location was excellent a few steps from the zocalo, so if that is important to you then this is the place to stay. However do not expect a new building since this one is over 200 years old and there are retrofitting inconveniences associated with this. Some rooms have no windows so if this is important ask to be changed but be warned: a window to the outside means a lot of noice since this is an old building, and a window in the courtyard means less privacy. Many rooms are small so ask to see your room before accepting. Breakfast is not great other than coffee and bread, but if this is important to you for 3-5 USD you can cross the zocalo to taqueria Angeles and have more food than you can imagine! So if you get a good price for the room then you will have the extra cash for a great meal.

Hotel La Alhondiga is beautiful and conveniently located at the zocalo. Only problem we encountered there was no hot water or heat during the cold snap. Some rooms are small with no windows. We enjoyed ours over looking the walkway to the plaza.

My stay here has turned into a very negative situation. I booked through Hotels.com and then the staff at reception charged me again for my room. To this day, the problem is still not resolved despite promises to the contrary. The hotel is in a convenient location, but very noisy at night due to being so close to the zocalo, or public square and the fact that music is played throughout the hotel during the day...no way to take a nap. I would never, ever recommend this place because of the experience I had with them. You'll be better off elsewhere.

Es un hotel sencillo, las habitaciones no son lo mejor, pero funciona si lo que quieres es estar en el centro de Puebla y tener un lugar económico.

MAL MAL UNO DE LOS DIA QUE ESTUVE OSPEDADO NI SIQUIERA ISIERON LA AVITACION NO LAVAN LOS VAÑOS VIEN LO Y TAMPOCO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO TIENE UNO QUE ESPERAR 15 MINUTOS PARA QUE LE LLEVEN A UNO SU AUTO PESIMO EL SERVICIO

mas o menos no me ofrecieron alim,entacion eranos 3 huespedes y solo nos dieron 2 jabones y dos toallas no lo recomiendo hay otros mejores y mas baratos

Limpio y en una excelente ubicación frente al zócalo y a la catedral, lo único malo es q las habitaciones interiores no tienen ventanas entonces te siente muy encerrado y se escucha mucho ruido hasta las 11 de la noche mas o menos, el desayuno bastante "x" pero el servicio del personal es muy bueno todos son muy amables.

Les chambres sont petites. Le réseau internet dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas, il faut sortir dans le couloir pour consulter ses mails et son face.

Todo esta bien nada más que los cuartos están muy pequeños y la televisión no se veían bien algunos canales de mi interés.

Excelente Mi primera vez en Puebla y me ancanto y mas con el hotel que saca lo historico de esta ciudad

Excelente ubicación por el precio por ningún motivo acepten una habitación que de al pasaje pidan habitaciones internas si quieren dormir el ruido es intolerable. a las 4 de la manana llega el periodiquero que tiene su base justo debajo de las ventas del hotel a AZOTAR los bultos de periódicos y esto dura 2 horas por lo menos sin parar. No se si las camas sean las mismas en otros cuartos pero la que me toco a mi era como dormir en el piso. La llave del agua fria del lavabo no servia, si querias usar el lavabo era quemarte con agua hirviendo. La puerta de la regadera tenia un agujero de debajo y se salía toda en agua. El desayuno comenzó una hora después de lo prometido así que si llevan prisa no cuenten con su desayuno incluido. Si arreglan esos detalles por la ubicación el precio puede ser una magnifica opción

Bon hotel bien decore mais attention il n' y a pas de seche cheveux ni de coffre dans les chambres. Le petit dejeuner servi est un miserable desayuno continental-pas de buffet-assez indigne d'un hotel de cette categorie.Tres bien situe.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, los pisos están super sucios y si ves debajo de los muebles es muy desagradable. Se nos ofrecia desayuno bufet y al llegar nos dijeron que no manejaban eso, pero que nos darian desayuno completo, lo cual nos parecio bien, pero al bajar a desayunar nos dijeron que eran huevos a la fuerza, al reclamar nos abrieron la opcion de hot cakes los cuales tuvimos que comer toda la semana por que no nos dieron mas opcion. Las personas del restaurant te atienden de muy mala gana, como si te hicieran el favor. No vale la pena el hotel, hay mejores opciones.
