Great holiday in a good location, however parking is a bit of a bind. Local car park is very good but about a 300yd walk to the hotel across a busy road. If you have a few bags unload at the hotel before parking. Hotel itself is very good with excellent facilities. Staff were very helpful and professional. Great location with the Tower of London just round the corner, and I mean round the corner. Overall an excellent break and will certainly use the hotel again.

Beautiful Hotel & lovely people to interact with. Would defiantly would spend my next stay in London at the Grange.

Overnight stay last week, modern hotel, great location for tourism, received an upgrade at reception, spacious room, revamped bathroom...overall very happy.

Overall we had a nice stay. The housekeeping staff would never leave wash cloths in the room, so we had to call each day to request them. Although the food was very good at the restaurant, the wait staff was not attentive at all. At the price that you pay, you would think they would be more willing to serve their customers. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was included, we found out the next morning that it was not. Although close to the Tube and DLR train lines, the Tower of London, and the Tower Bridge, we were not centerally located for other attractions.

Hotel definitely deserves its high ratings. This is a very clean hotel with all the amenities you'll need whether your trip is for business or leisure. We were sightseeing in and around London for eight days. The room was spacious and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. We'd only planned to stay a this hotel for the first three days, but our experience was so good, we booked it again for the final three days, venturing out away from London area with the rest of the time. We LOVED the spa, with large indoor pool, hot tub, three specialty showers, hot and cold foot baths, steam room and sauna. AMAZING after a day on your feet seeing the sights. This hotel is just a few blocks from the Tower Hill subway stop on the District or Circle lines, close enough we just pulled our luggage on its wheels over to the hotel and back to the subway without the need for a taxi. We walked to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London from this hotel, again just a few blocks away. And we loved the pub next store to the hotel, which had reasonable-priced food and drinks. We ended up at Goodman Fields Wetherspoon most mornings for breakfast and also for our evening meals. The hotel breakfast buffet looked very good, but was a bit pricey for our tastes.

The hotel is great for children,3 different tube stops to walk to,large pool and fitness center, great choice for breakfast,restaurant food very good, all staff very friendly, concierge service great. The only downside was we never got the room we booked, but got given free breakfast for the 3 day stay. Due to the hotel being full for the Easter weekend never got Robes, due to running out for 3 days?

We were so pleased with our choice of this London hotel, easily accessed by getting off the Circle Line or District Line from Tube (underground) at Tower Hill. An attendant at the station told us how to walk to our hotel, just two and a half blocks away. We had three suitcases between the two of us as well as several backpacks and managed fine to roll our suitcases on the sidewalk to the hotel. We also loved the simple and inexpensive pub right next to the hotel, where we ended up having every breakfast and dinner (why mess with success.) We had only planned to stay a few days, but enjoyed their spa and the quality of the hotel for such a reasonable price that we came back for two more nights before departing London for home. What a great way to end our travels in Europe.

Very high quality hotel, very comfotable beds, clean room and very spacious room for a hotel in London. Suggestion for slight improvement could be on the quality of duvet perhaps?

This is a fantastic place to stay. Clean, tidy, elegant, classy, comfortable and well-equipped. Good numbers of staff that are efficient, well-trained and helpful. Easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. A real positive experience and place to stay.

Perfect location, it's near the Tower Hill tube station. Friendly staff, and they have a nice lounge/bar area in the lobby.

This would be a great place if it were not for a couple of things. First, the bathroom arrangement is odd. The shower is big as a minute and every surface is hard and VERY slippery. Second, the technology used for television connections is nonfunctional. This is the first time in many trips where I could not watch movies I brought with me because of the strangeness. I have no clue what the problem was but their hotel staff was of no use. Lastly, like so many hotels, their for was good but much too expensive. There were local restaurants just steps away with comparable food for 40% less. I would like to recommend the hotel but they are too impressed with themselves. I won't be back.

Excellent hotel. A little far from shopping areas but a great deal.

This hotel was an unexpected gem for the price we paid. It was modern and really beautifully appointed. The staff were effecient and friendly. My only negative commment is purely personal in that I thought the bed quilts used during the winter months were not warm enough. The temperature control of the room was efficient but if you like me like to sleep with a cooler air temperature snuggled up under your duvet you may be disappointed. The hotel was very quite overall despite being full and our stay being a Saturday night. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Good value room. Good facilities. Didn't like optional/obligatory?? service charge added to my bar bill.

Hotel was lovely and was situated good for travelling around but at night time it was hard to find a nice bar .

Stayed overnight for my boyfriend's birthday. Dinner at Cafe Spice Namaste across the road, which was fantastic, and a few pints in the lovely pub Princess of Prussia. Hotel provided exactly what we wanted, and even sent up toothpaste when we realised we'd forgotten ours. Would ahve loved to have tried the pool, but had to get home. Didn't realise until we were leaving that we could ahve used the pool at any time on the day we checked out, so will bear that in mind for next time.

Beautiful! Don't miss a dip in the pool! Wonderful service in a great part of town! Close to public transportation and sites. I would recommend touring the city via bicycle if short on time!! OH and if you like Blues... Go to Soho neighborhood to "Ain't nothing but"... great crowd and great live music!!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Staff literally couldn't have been more helpful, will certainly be staying again.

The Grange Hotel was perfect for our family. It was in a convenient part of town, close to the Tube, sights, and a mini Tesco (supermarket.) It was modern and clean. We ate in the hotel restraunt 3 times and had great meals. If I had to make one complaint it was that the sofa bed was not that comfortable, but for a child or an exhausted adult it doesn't matter. We will definitely use this hotel on our next trip to London!

Have to say this is a true gem of a hotel...staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for getting around and about London during the holiday season....with some of the major tourist sites a few mins walk away. The room was excellent very comfortable and well appointed the facilities were as expected. Will definately use this hotel again and may try for a higher grade of room as things can only imprOve on what was a fantastic hotel

My friends and I had a 2 night weekend break at this hotel. We were impressed with the place. Great location near Tower Bridge itself. The hotel looks good, clean and modern (the glass elevator is a great feature and very smooth!). The corridors on each floor are welcoming and have a pleasant smell around the place. Rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom is opulent and featureds a power shower (some rooms had problems with the shower system though). I loved the smart TV's on each room (access to Youtube is superb). This is one of few hotels I've been to where the Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast. The food here tastes great, with a brilliant bar and lobby area for chilling out in. We were impressed with the coffee there! Staff are friendly and helpful too, We highly recommend this hotel. NOTE: Just watch out for the automated mini-bar which will charge you for an item even if you just move it. Also, the sound-proofing in the area isn't perfect (as outside noise and adjacent tooms can be audible).

Lovely hotel, with the best staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Room was very comfortable and very clean.Highly recommend.

A real surprise! I have to book quite a few hotels for my work colleagues and this one has escaped my radar! This is a very modern, buzzy hotel. The reception staff were quite possibly the most helpful we have experienced. The room itself was of a very high standard, the bathroom exceptional and the bed ultra comfortable. We didn't experience any noisy neighbours, it was totally relaxing. The spa facilities were also fabulous! We would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return someday soon. The Grange, Tower Hill will be remembered for the weekend he proposed!

Excellent .Only issue I would have liked something a bit more relevant to read .Our magazines were The Wallpaper and Construction Weekly or something..

Nicely furnished hotel but be warned about allowing the concierge staff to help you. I asked for an executive car and was told it was $25ponuds PER HOUR. This was the rate qouted by Dean when the driver picked me up. Turns out I was charged by the mile at $2.50 pounds PER MILE and not by the hour. The last minute charge was different than the hourly rates posted in the hotel lobby and qouted by the hotel staff. When I complained the staff, they argued with me and defended their go to supplier who probably paid Dean a commission. Never heard from a manager. My suggestion - try another branded hotel where the staff is a little more empathetic to it's guests and one that does a better job with communicating costs related to concierge services. Get the quote in writing if possible. The buffet breakfast quality is marginal and not worth the price. They shut it down at 11am with 50 people still eating...my suggestion is to keep it open till noon and keep fresh hot foods available til noon.

Ultra Modern, very clean hotel with excellently finished rooms. Not an ideal location unless you are visiting the Tower of London, but reasonably close tube access and c. 15 minutes into central London. Staff coolly polite on reception and very pleasant on the door. However, a promise of more tea bags yielded none, which was disappointing. We would stay again, but beware if you have children...ours are excellent, high grade club swimmers and yet that cut no ice...you are only allowed to access the (very large/very god) pool from10-12and 2-4; that's right, exactly when you want to be out sightseeing in a city like London. It seems the Health Club members are more important than the guests...

We would definately stay at this hotel again. Everywhere was very clean and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit pricey. having the use of the fab swimming pool etc was the icing on the cake

For a change, everything looked as it does in the photos. A great hotel and very good value. Room was lovely and shower was amazing. Everything felt very new and well thought out. The staff were really friendly too.

Not the best location but the room was great and service was helpful.

Couldn't fault this hotel at all - everything was superb! Staff were very polite and helpful - even supplying me with a free toothbrush when I realised I'd forgotten mine. They also stored our luggage on our last day when we were out stightseeing! Location very close to Tower Hill tube. A few restaurants, cafes and bars very close by. We were on Room only rate and breakfast at hotel was £25 but we went to the wetherspoons pub next door and had a wonderful breakfast at a very small cost! Stayed there with my sister in a twin room which had two double beds! Asked them if they would do a family room for 5 (I have 3 kids) but they cannot accomodate this - shame as I would have gone back with my family next time we were in London. Ahh well, will just have to use it again for girlie weekends! Highly recommend!
