The AETAS residence - בנגקוק

This hotel was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. Nice amenitites and courteous staff. Only problem was with the hot water. It would take a few minutes to get hot, stay hot for approximately 20 seconds, then go off for 2 minutes...this cycle repeated for the course of the shower over a 4 day period. Very frustrating. We complained to them, they sent someone who looked under the sink and said everything was fine and when he tested it, there was hot water for longer than 20 seconds but when he left and I took my shower, the same thing happened!!! Otherwise a very nice hotel.

The hotel looks brand new, it is luxuriously appointed and the service is first class. A metro station is within easy walking distance or via the free hotel shuttle. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Stayed at the Aetas Residence many times. Great place and excellent location. From time to time, housekeeping needs some improvement.

As a seasoned bass fisherman, the inclusion of stir-fried Sea Bass for breakfast one morning won me over! The breakfast spread was always great and the hotel gym, pool and sauna were perfect to continue my training for my next Bass Fishing trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us great advice, especially with regards to going to the weekend market to find locally sourced Sea Bass. However, Bangkok is not a city designed for walking so a long walk to the locals would be about 15 minutes. It is all about the Skytrain, which is nearby, Taxis and Tuk Tuks which the hotel were happy to order for us.

The new (2011) Aetas Residence provided great value and a luxe stay. Rooms are extremely well-appointed, average size with excellent beds. Bathrooms are large and well-designed. Location is a bit distant (1/2 km) from Sukhumvit and the BTS Skytrain, but the hotel provides a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle at all times. Breakfast was a very good quality buffet in the 3rd floor restaurant. Staff were attentive and prompt. The signage makes the property a bit tricky to spot- it's across the courtyard from the co-owned Aetas Hotel.

While the hotel is clean, spacious, the hotel had probably 3-5% occupancy. The lobby was one single deserted area. Also, the wifi in my room wouldnt connect to the internet, and it was not fixed, even after mentioning it to management. Pool was nice !

aetas residence is newly open good hotels only its very inside from main street.... but they have give service tuk tuk service from hotel to near BTS station... overall it is good hotel and value for money but i will recommend you amari residences soi 2 sukhamvit better than this.

It's a comfotable hotel to stay. All the staffs is very helpful. Room is clean. Although a little distance to main road, still quiet convenient to BTS station through their Tuk Tuk service.

The was our first trip to Bangkok and I could not have been more pleased with this hotel. The hotel is situated on a small busy thorough way, but once you go inside, you wouldn't know it. The reception greeted us warmly even though we arrived in the dead of night and had all of our arrangement ready. They showed us to the elevator and when we arrived to the room, the lights and air were turned on and the room was cool. Very pleasent after a humid arrival to this city. The rooms are big (we stayed in the studio suite) with lots of space for all your belongings. If you are staying for a day or for a month, this hotel is comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenties you would need (toothbrush, comb, razor, soap, shampoo, etc) and the large fridge, sofa and washer/dryer made everything so easy. The bathroom is luxorious with a large tub and seperate shower. The counter space is a little small, but overall, the bathroom is good. The bed was not a soft as I prefer, but the warm and large duvet was quite nice. The breakfast buffet is not a bad deal. Especially since breakfast is a weird concept in Bangkok. Most of the street carts are cooking by 0800 but most traditional breakfast places aren't open until 1000. The hotel breakfast costs 700baht (21 USD) and has a large variety to choose from. Again, the service of this hotel shows and the staff is very accomedating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is good. Fruit and cheese assortment, breads, rice, meat, cereal. American/European/Asian breakfast food items make this a good choice. The hotel has a tuk-tuk and will take you to the nearby train station if you don't feel like walking in the heat. They will also get you a cab if you need so you don't have to try and flag one down in the heat. The reception was also more than happy to write down addresses in Thai and give us directions to a nearby post offce. This is a four star hotel. But I dare you to find another hotel this inexpensive and this nice. Well worth

Great room with washer and dryer machines. Quite close to ploechit BTS. Breakfast is simple and coffee is great. Overall great location and clean.

I have been traveling back and forth to Thailand for 15 years and have stayed at many of the 5 star hotels and top-notch service apartments in Bangkok. The AETAS Residence is my current favorite and I will plan to stay at the Residence on my future trips to Bangkok this year. The property is new, the staff are attentive, the amenities (business and leisure) are best in class and the fact that the Residence is situated off of a quiet street is a real plus (in addition to the proximity to the Skytrain). I would recommend this property for families and business travelers alike.

This is my 4th time staying at the Aetas Residence. It is really a nice place to stay in the heart of BKK. Every time I return, many things have been improved. Staff is great. They still need to pay more attention to common area maintenance and cleanliness. Rooms are nice and clean, but sometimes common areas need to be cleaned up better. Overall, this is a really great place to stay.

Excellent apartment/hotel. Wonderful staff. I Very comfortable especially for long stay. I stayed here last month and I was happy to see that they followed up on many of my comments to improve the hotel. There are still a few things that need improvement--need better lighting at the desk and overall hotel maintenance still could stand more improvement. Also, they have added a few fresh flowers around the hotel, but still have cheesy plastic flowers around the hotel that don't make sense in a beautiful tropical environment-like having plastic oranges as decorations in Florida.

This hotel gives you a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and kitchen. It feels more like an apartment. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and the room. The breakfast is awesome and there are not that many people there ensuring good selection and service at the buffet. This hotel is only 1 metro stop from the city center, but it still feels like it is in a quiet neighborhood. They have a free tuk tuk to the metro, but it always seemed bothersome to get it. My only regret is that I wish it was more in the center of town and in a more lively area, but there are also many good bars and restaurants nearby here. So it just depends on what neighborhood you want, but the hotel itself is great. Will stay again.

Great place, great location, well designed, nice gym, very good breakfast. Excellent and attentive staff. Very comfortable rooms and visually pleasing ambience. Drawbacks---the place is brand new and is not being maintained as well as it should be. Management needs to be overseeing details more closely or the place will age quickly. Also, it is a bit cheesy that they have plastic flowers everywhere in the hotel while in Thailand gorgeous flowers are cheap and plentiful----makes no sense. Also, no light switch or lamp at bedside, so you have to get up after reading at night to turn out the lights.

この評価を参考にショッピングエリアにも近いし家族4人で滞在するのにここを予約しましたが、正直、2部屋とって一部屋は6時過ぎてもまだ掃除がまだでチェックイン出来なかったり、テレビ(NHK)の映りがかなり悪かったり(片方の部屋はいいのに)、急に電気が付かなくなったり色々トラブルが多かったです。それとトゥクトゥクで駅の通りまで送ってくれるとの事ですが、ベルボーイが忙しいと後10分待てとか今、ランチ中とかで結局ほとんど歩いて通りまで行きました。ただ、朝食はとても良かったです。総合的にはいいのですが、また泊まるかはちょっと考えます。

방 크기에 깜짝 놀랐고 세탁기까지 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 위치도 쇼핑, 마사지 나이트라이프 어느 것을 해도 만족할 수 있는 위치입니다. 1박 밖에 안했지만 다음엔 오래 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Stayed for 3 nights with family, room was clean and well set, station is about 15 min distance and safe area. But food are not special and convenience store is 10 min distance.

I WAS VERY RELAX DURING STAING AT HERE. ALL STAFFS ARE SO KIND. THUS THE LOCATION IS QUITE CLOSE TO STATION. AROUND HOTEL STREET IS NOT DIRTY. I RECOMMED THIS HOTEL.

Supert hotel med god service og flotte rom. God beliggenhet til shoppingmuligheter og grei adkomst til metro for andre severdigheter.Shuttleservice til metro. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Store, gode rom med utsikt til svømmebassengområdet. Kan anbefales!

今回で２回目の滞在です。大通りからソイの奥まで少し距離がある事、コンビニが少し距離があるなど不便な部分はありますが、清潔感、品質と値段を考えてば、まずまずコストパフォーマンスは良いのではないでしょうか？スタッフの対応もさすがとういう感じの礼儀正しさがあります。お湯の量と出に関してはバンコクではあまり良いホテルはないですが、文句のつけようがないです。（日本の風呂のように思った温度の湯量が出せます）。、水まわり（バスタブ）の掃除が甘い所が多く、自分で清掃してから入らないといけないような所もありますが、ここはピカピカです。強いて言うならダブルクッションベッドでない事とタオルにもっと高級感があtってもいいかなぁーっていうぐらいでしょうか？

リバービューの高層階で快適に過ごせました。部屋も広くて清潔です。立地条件からして、仕方ありませんが、周辺の利便性は良くありませんが、その分、他の市街地とは隔離された、安全性とリゾート性があります。

初めて利用しました。　センターポイントより快適だと思います。　しかしタオルの補充不足など不満な点が無い訳ではありません。　日本からの利用者を意識した（日本語の表記が多い）点は、今のタイの中ではありがたい限りです。　中国やシンガポールの富裕層にシフトしている昨今、このように快適な新設SAが出来た事を喜ばしく思います。　また利用させて頂きます。

新しいホテルだからか、プロモーション価格が提供されており、大変お得感あります。外観や調度品はシンプルモダン系で好感が持てます。隣のホテルのほうはもう少しPOPさのあるインテリアで、そちらも面白いです。+日本語ができるスタッフ1名もいらっしゃるので安心感がありますし、他のスタッフも下手な英語でも理解してくれました。買い物などは徒歩1分のコンラッド内のスーパーやカフェなどでまかなえます。唯一の欠点はBTS駅からの距離。滞在したのが最も暑い4月末でしたので、徒歩は10分程度とはいえキツイです。行きはホテルのTUKTUKが無料で使えますが、帰りはわざわざ電話するのも面倒です。そこで駅前のバイクタクシーを使いましたが、短距離とはいえノーヘルメットで2人乗りするのが不安なかたは、ちょっと困ると思います。流しのタクシーもつかまえられると思いますが・・。トータル的に満足しました。

프런짓역에서 도보 4-5분 걸립니다. 지역이름은 RUAMDUDEE입니다.(골목이름) 보통 루암루디 그러면 잘 찾아오고 모르면 프런짓스테이션을 외치시면 되고요. 애타스 방콕 호텔과 이웃하고 있습니다. 레지던스에 특화된 호텔로 모던한 인테리어와 서비스가 좋습니다. 무엇보다 레지던스의 목적에 충실해 세탁기와 전자렌지, 각종 조리기구들이 완벽히 완비되어 있으며, 무료무선 인터넷 또한 속도나 품질 우수하고 사용이 편리합니다. 직원들이 친절하고 툭툭도 매 15분 출발입니다다만 요청만 하면 태워다 줍니다. 식당은 3층 한군데 이고, 수영장과 헬스장 모두 3층에 위치해 있습니다. 수영장도 역시 여느 시내호텔급으로 휴식을 취하고 피로를 풀기에 적당한 규모입니다. 조식은 포함안시킬 경우 350밧/인이니 참조하세요. 시암과 두정거장 (skyway로 걸어서 약 40분)에 있어 시내 접근은 용이하고, 캬오샨쪽으로 이동시 택시비 100밧정도 되십니다.(미터기준) 업무차나 밖에서 많은 시간을 보내실 시내관광등 4일이상 긴 투숙이 목적이시라면 적극 추천드립니다. 특별한 단점은 없으나 : 역까지 도보6분, 세븐일레븐까지 도보 3-4분, 주변이 고급빌라 및 대사관 밀집 지역이라 상점이 많이 없음. 식당하나,미용실하나,마사지집 하나,바하나 정도...(골목을 통들어)

とても良いホテルだと思います。特に長期滞在者にとっては必要な家電品(冷蔵庫、洗濯機、乾燥機等)が揃っており重宝すると思います。スタッフの対応もとても良く、安心して宿泊する事ができました。また宿泊したいと考えています。
