I did a ton of research before booking this hotel. I used other peoples comments to guide me and they were so right. My husband and I loved the hotel so much we added another 2 nights to our visit. The room was just what we wanted. Comfortable, nice size, beautiful bathroom, great bed and nice linens. The staff was wonderful, so nice and helpful. There is no downside to this hotel. I would stay here again. Don't think twice, book it!

The perfect vacation hotel was amazing and the perfect location.

We loved this hotel and the friendly service!! So close to plaza Signoria and the Duomo that made it easy to to everything. Very accommodating and nice - perfect hotel for families

We were traveling with 6 of us and with 2 rooms it was great. Very nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly.

The team at San Firenze are running a top notch small hotel. I could not ask for better personal attention and help from any hotel in Firenze or Italy. They added a buffet breakfast while we were there, upping their game from the simpler coffee, juice and croissant when we started. And the location is just outstanding too, less than 5 minutes to the Uffizi and Duomo with plenty of restaurants all around.

The staff were so friendly, the location was right in between the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. It was a fab place to stay and recover from all that shopping, eating and gallery hiking. They even have a Spa downstairs with massage on demand. The place was super clean, the bathroom was a pleasure to use, the bed luxurious and what was useful is that they have a mini kitchen in a closet, with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher - though I only used the fridge for the free bottle of Prosecco they gave me.

This place is clean, new, comfortable and swanky. We stayed with our family of four. They kitchenette has everything you need for a party of four beautifully contained in a large armoire. The bathroom is spa-like and the beds and bedding are wonderful. Although this is right off of a main square, the rooms are sound proof. –The only con I can think of is the price of the restaurant attached to the hotel – 8 Euro for a single scoop of ice cream, 8 Euro for a glass of wine… We paid it because they have a great social hour where they offer great free appetizers.

The hotel is in a fantastic position in florence. The hotel has been finished and fitted with high quality equipment. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although I was very disappointed on two accounts. Firstly the cost of the spa, 60 euros per hour is excessive when it is free in other 4star hotels in Florence. The other is the wifi connection, which I was told was not available due to the thickness of the walls. If that's the case please don't advertise it has a hotel facility.

This hotel was fantastic, rooms were great and the service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I did my 2 week trip in Italy and went to Rome, Florence, Venice and Capri. San Firenze Suite and Spa is the best hotel we stayed during the trip. It is in the heart of Florence. The room is awesome; very elegant and clean, classic design with modern hardware, and it even has a kitchen. The hotel receptionist is very helpful. She told us where to visit, and recommended me good local restaurant with authentic Tuscany food and very good price. It is a couple blocks away from the night club area, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet at night. We also tried the SPA. It is good price and the equipments are very good. One side note though, although it claims it has free WIFI, I find the connection quality is not very good.

The location was better than expected...walking distance to all major sights. We had a junior suite which was very nice...liked the kitchen which we used frequently. The bed was plush and difficult to leave...The ladies working the front desk were extremely helpful with booking tours and directions and advice. Very enjoyable visit.

Room was very large as was the bathroom. Terrific personal service from front desk. Great location.

Very well located within Florence. Despite being in a highly trafficked area, I did not hear much noise from the street. However, the walls could be better soundproofed within the hotel. The rooms are small but stylish and very clean. The beds were firm (which is a rarity in European hotels) and the bedding was comfortable. The room though was a bit under air-conditioned, and while there was a thermostat in the room, we were unable to lower the temperature to increase the air conditioning. The biggest comfort issue though was that the drain in our shower did not function properly because it was blocked with hair. Within a few moments of showering, the shower would overflow into the bathroom. We raised the issue but by the next day, the hotel did nothing to fix it. We raised it again the next day to a different staff member and it did get resolved by the evening. There was also a rather strange incident that occurred. We took the elevator to the Spa level to take a look at the facilities in order to decide whether we wanted to reserve time in the spa. When the elevator reached the Spa floor, a woman (who works at the hotel front desk) yelled at us & was sheltering herself from behind a door. Apparently she was undressing in the hallway and had not realized the elevator allowed guests to that level. She yelled at us for a few moments and glared at us, and it was rather uncomfortable. There were no signs whatsoever indicating that the spa level was off limits unless you made a reservation. And the elevator took us to that floor. It is rather strange for a staff member to undress in a public area and not in a bathroom. Those two issues may just be growing pains since the hotel is very new. I would give this hotel one more chance when we return to Florence because I think it has much potential.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and fresh room, wonderful shower. Comfortable and firm bed. No sounds from the outside even though the windows were facing a semi busy square. Very central, many of the top sights within a 5 minute walk.

L'hôtel est admirablement bien situé, juste à côté de la piazza de la Signora. L'environnement est calme et l'accueil est excellent, avec un personnel accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Les chambres sont bien agencées, très confortables et décorées dans un style contemporain.Il n'y a que le petit déjeuner qui est un peu décevant, peu varié et pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel.

Rundum zufrieden, gerne buchen wir bei einer anderen Gelegenheit wieder in diesem Hotel.

Très bon hôtel bien situé .decoration et mobilier de charme et de très bonne qualité .malheureusement le bar de l'hôtel était fermé pour congés nous n'avons donc pas pu évaluer la qualité du petit déjeuner et il faut dire que la prestation de remplacement proposée par l'hôtel n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.les chambres sont vastes et confortables.nous avions une chambre donnant sur la ruelle et donc un peu sombre mais en revanche très calme ce qui n'est peut être pas le cas pour les chambres donnant sur la place.

Muy buena, la habitacion amplia y dentro de un mueble habia una cocina completa, hasta con lavavajillas. Exelente ubicacion y muy bueno el personal.

das hotel befindet sich an sehr zentraler lage und man sieht über die dächer der nachbarhäuser die domkuppel. das zimmer (suite) war wunderschön und gibt keinerlei anlass zur kritik. im wandschrank war eine zauberhafte küchenzeile eingebaut, das zimmer gross und schön und das bad sehr modern. das personal war sehr freundlich. demnächst eröffnet eine hoteleigene bar, wo auch frühstück angeboten wird. einziger negativpunkt: aufgrund der zentraler lage ist es abends manchmal recht laut und die fenster müssen zu bleiben (klimaanlage vorhanden).
