Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites - הוליווד

Really not sure why 4.2 was the rating for Hollywood Boutiques. We found everything in order, staff was nice, the cleanliness was as good as it gets anywhere.

If you're looking for a low key stay, at a great little beach boutique motel, this is the place for you. Walk across the street to a couple of great restaurants on the intercostal, or walk down the block to the beach for more great restaurants, the boardwalk and of course, the sand and surf. Mind you, this isn't a luxury place, but is very clean, refurbished and has a calm beach house type feel.

Room was small but very cute and the location was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the price was right

OMG... what can I say... I am living locally and was just looking for a nice getaway.. i found this on Hotels.com... what a surprise & delight! Room was gorgeous, clean well appointed, hotel staff was amazing, friendly, location was unbelievable... I WILL BE BACK. Literally felt like I was on a beach vacation miles from home, when reality was only 15 mins from where I live. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB!!! The neighbors in the next room were from Illinois and raved so much that they booked a full week + for next year... YES, recommend highly... hate to give away this secret....

Checkin-in was easy and the staff was pleasant. It was a suite, so plenty of room for sure. The bed was comfortable. Our room was facing the highway, but since our suite had a window A/C unit, the hum from the unit blocked out all the traffic sounds, but did not disturb our sleep because it was in the "living room" rather than our bedroom. Although the room was sparsely furnished and could use a coat of paint, it was clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is showing it' age but the location is excellent. The room was clean.

I JUST GOT MARRY AND WAS SPENDING MY HONEYMOON WITH MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE. WE NEEDED SOMEWHERE COMFORTABLE, QUIET, CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE. THIS HOTEL WAS JUST PERFECT. THE ENVIRONMENT, STAFFS AND HOUSE KEEPING WERE REALLY EXCEPTIONAL. INTERESTINGLY, THE HOLLYWOOD BOARDWALK AND BEACH JUST 10 SECS WALK AWAY! WE HAD A WONDERFUL WEEK STAY. I HUMBLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL COZ EVERYTHING AND EVERYWHERE YOU WANNA GO ARE JUST AROUND YOU. I NEVER KNEW I HAD TO PAY FOR DAILY PARKING BUT, THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AS COMPARE TO DAILY STREET PARKING. GOOD JOB!

conveniently located--close to Boardwalk and restaurants and the beach---didn't hear any outside noise or any neighbors. will stay here again

We checked in very late and it took a few minutes to be able look things over. The floors were not clean. There was a bottle top and a lot of hair on the floor. It made me very concerned about the bed but we checked very carefully and it appeared ok. The office was already closed or we would have asked to be moved. The location was good and close to the beach. House keeping just needs improvement!

Clean and fresh are the first feelings when entering our suite. We would come back and stay longer next time. Loved it.

Hotel Motel like, named himself boutique. They say bay view rooms but no, only 2 floors. But one block away from beach. a very nice beach! no coffe maker. but no breakfast so you have to go away anyway. It was a nice stay.

This place is so cute & quaint for a beach getaway. Price was wonderful, other places were a lot more expensive. Walking distance to the boardwalk & ocean. We loved this place & would highly recommend it! Staff was very friendly & helpful. We are planning on staying here again on our next visit to FL.

The hotel is nice and modern and is in walking distance to the Hollywood boardwalk.

the suite was awesome and staff very nice however the beds mattress felt like you were sleeping on concrete not confortable at all they should up grade there mattresses I couldn't sleep due to the bed being very ucomfortable... other than that the suite was very nice for amount of money paid and very close to the ocean.

Clean, comfortable suites. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the minimalist design/decorating in the suite limited the storage and places to hang wet towels and bathing suits.

This place is great since it has been recently renovated. Its very up to date in an "IKEA" way and our room was very clean. I liked that they have 7 foot shower heads as I am 6'6" myself. I loved the surrounding area and we found some very neat bars just a short walk away on the boardwalk (my favorite was "Nick's Bar"). For the price, this hotel is and absolute steal for me. I have been to the same location 3 times and it never gets old.

The hotel has a good location, it's easy to find and presents well. Check in went well, got a parking spot ok, all good - until we entered the room. It was a very nice room, well lit, lots of windows etc. The problem was that it was filthy. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, there was long black hair littered about the place. I went down and asked for the room to be cleaned and they said they would. We went for a walk and came back to find it the same. So, to avoid hassles as we had prepaid we just said to heck with it and stayed. The next morning I went back down and asked a different person if we could get our room cleaned. We came back later that day to the same status quo. Filthy. The next day, we came back at aprox. 3pm and the room was still untouched from when we left. Back down to ask that our room be cleaned. We left again, came back and it was the cleanest day so far - the floor was swept... It has so much potential, as the recent renovations are apparent, the general upkeep is good, they just need to hire people that can / will actually CLEAN the rooms. Wash the walls once in a while, wash the floors regularly, wash out the bathroom daily.... Not too much to ask in my opinion.

By boutique they mean tiny. The rooms were very small - but still charming. They have obviously done a nice renovation on this entire place – new paint, beach-themed art and colorful accents inside and out. It was clean, comfortable and very easy to get to. We stayed here after being in the Keys for a week before flying home out of Ft. Lauderdale. The location was perfect - literally 1 block from the boardwalk and beach. The price was definitely right. This is a great option if you want to be near the water without breaking the bank.

The service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with A/C, free WiFi, a small kitchen area, full-size fridge, even dishes, utensils and glasses. It's about a half block walk to the broadwalk and beach. There are many bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The FLL airport is a short drive away. I will be coming back to this hotel!

I loved my stay there! The staff were so nice and seemed to really enjoy working there. The pool was small but a good size. There was plenty of easy parking. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen was very convenient.

Hotel was easy to find, staff were friendly & had no trouble getting a lounge chair by the pool. Beautiful boardwalk & beach just steps away from the hotel. Chill vibe & clean cool rooms. I will be back soon!

Hollywood Beach Boutique is perfect if you are a beach lover! It is a very short walk to the beach with a beach chair available from the hotel office! This is a modest area, no big high rise hotels here, but a great location! Excellent dinner at Sugar Reef on the boardwalk. Really good breakfast at the bakery /deli right across A1A. My stay was in an efficiency room, but hotel has untis with bedrooms. There is a comfortable outside sitting area and a pool but it was too chilly to use either when I was there. Try it - the price is right!

iF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 9 PM THERE I NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR ROOM OR ASSIT YOU WITH LUGGAGE OR ANY OTHER OF YOUR NEEDS. TWO WOMEN TRAVELING TOGETHER WANTED SEPERATE ROOMS THAT WERE ADJOINING. WE HAD TWO ROOMS IN DIFFERANT BUILDINGS.

nice take on the updated motel idea, very clean and in a great location, very close to 2 nice seafood restaurants and a taco shack, 30 second walk to the beach

my review is brief.... since my wife and I stayed for only one night reservation. After 9pm there is no one there to attend you ( luckily there were no issues) after we arrived. The room was clean! I have to say. it was pretty cold the night we stayed and the room did not have heat option. Very close to boardwalk which is great....

Room #28 was very small but seemed clean with strong smell of cleaning fluids upon opening door. Bed was rather hard and woke up not feeling too rested but I am a big six footer 200ib+. A bright light outside on balcony was on all night and was hard to open window for fresh sea air without having it shine in room. Shower had very low pressure and only warm water for each shower. Ample small parking lot but lot is so small you have to back out onto street to exit which is fine for me but maybe not others. It sounds critical but room for price wasn't too bad and a walk to boardwalk...

Awesome! All of their rooms are smoke free and smell great. The decor makes you feel as if you're miles away on an island. Beach chairs (and other necessities)are provided in the office no extra charge. Walk less than a hundred yards and your feet will be on sand. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was the perfect size. Very comfortable. Conveniently located to fun activities. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Definitely will be returning.

Very clean comfortable no frills hotel. We had a suite with a kitchen. Great for a week stay. Great location, short walk to beach, walk to numerous restaurants. Potential for being a very noisy location at spring break time, but was very quiet at the beginning of February.

Great for beach/broadwalk walking. Hotel even provided beach towels and beach chairs. Pool area noisy as next to A1A and water not heated - ocean was warmer. I would return as the overall atmosphere and convenience outweighs any concerns I had. Onsite parking fee should be better explained in advance; however, was still convenient for beach area.

Paper thin walls and thread bare sheets. Very cramped quarters. We came, we saw and we skeeedadled.

This was a great place for convenience to the beach and surrounding sites. Very comfortable!

We only spent one night but would happily return! Classic 50's style hotel/motel with fresh paint and decorating redos (contemporary beach style) that make it very charming and appealing. We had a single room--small, comfy and suited to our short stay. Perhaps on another, we'd get a suite for a bit more space. The neighborhood is a welcome relief from surrounding communities with their very high rises and crowds. This is a slice of life as it used to be only a block from a gorgeous beach and boardwalk. Good restaurants in the area (one right across the street) and lots to see on the beachfront. There is also a pool and a private patio area for relaxing. Room came with a refrigerator and microwave.

Nice location as far as close to the beach. Room size was nice but not clean enough and smelled of smoke. Owner was nice and provided a credit. Overall acceptable and would consider it again.
