Best Western Plus Siegen Inn - באטון רוז'

Everything was on point. We were near good eateries and shopping facilities, and will recommend to others and will use again.

Hotel was clean and the room was really great! Beds were very comfy and the lady at the front desk was awesome! We had a little issue with the guests next door being very loud but we called the front desk and she quickly made a call to that room and things settled down. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in town.

Slow drains, women's undergarments in room, hard beds... 'Nuff said.

The room was Very Clean but I like tea & they ran out of tea, I was promised they would have it the next day...next day (second day) of my week stay never took place, the whole week-they never replenished it. Their continental breakfast was not good, eggs were tough and one morning they offered egg & bacon biscuit, I took two bites and started gagging...I threw it away as did others. So if you are looking for a room with descent continental Brkf. this is Not The One!

Overall, this hotel fit the bill. Good location, convenient to our events, great rate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The fact that the whole building is non-smoking is great!

Everything was as described, looked just like the pictures. The room was clean, cutomer service was great, and the breakfast was good also. It was also conveniently located around many stores and restaurants. Would definetely stay again!!!!

The hotel common areas where very clean. However, in our room we found a sock that didn't belong to any of us. Strange? The location is perfect if you are going to the area to shop the Tanger Outlet, Mall of Louisiana, or Perkins Rowe. We will definetly stay again.

Water has yellowish tint Walls are thin, so expect to wake up at 6:00 am. Hair dryer is horrible. Bed is firm The only positive, they have updated Flat screens and good hot water

Clean and comfortable room . First I saw 2.5 stars and was nervous when we entered the hotel, but we were surprised about the cleanliness and also the breakfast was superb.

Nice hotel, but walls are thin. Could hear people in next room talking until early morning.

The hotel was really nice. The area wasn't bad. My only complaint was housekeeping. They were extremely noisy while cleaning the rooms around mine. There was an incident where the housekeeper was using the walkie talkie n it was so loud that my fiancé had to ask them to quiet down. They were mindful of the guests that were trying to rest even though it was before 9 am!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first stay was amazing, 5 stars all the way, and mainly because of the night shift worker, she went above and beyond to make our stay great. This time around we were in town for a wedding. My husband and I were just hanging out in the room, eating some lunch when housekeeping came around, I told the lady we were fine and didn't need anything. About an hour later I am changing clothes to get ready for the wedding and in walks housekeeping, no knock or anything. She quickly left once she saw I was changing clothes I think more embarrassed than me. I don't think I could ever bring myself to stay there again.

This is a new hotel and every thing is very nice. Great free breakfast too!

Walls and floors are extremely thin. You can hear everything going on next doors and every footstep on the ceiling. So, ask for an isolated room if you want peace and quiet.

Have stayed here several times when in town. Convenient location close to I-10 but minimal road noise. Pleasant, helpful staff. Rooms have been very quiet, clean and comfortable. This has become my "go to" place when I travel here!

the worse service ever had in the front desk , her title was SALE MANAGER ,her last name was DAVIS, dont waste my money to stay there ! i wont go back even its free!!!

Disappointed after arrival to find out motel did not carry SBN network when we came to city for Campmeeting. We were able to watch thanks to Internet but needed to b on large screen

The staff was wonderful. I'm pretty sure this is a relatively new hotel and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was difficult to get out of (only when there heavy traffic), but not a big deal. I would stay here again.

We stayed two nights in the Siegen Inn on a trip to Baton Rouge. It is a brand new hotel in an area that is convenient to shopping and dining. If you are an LSU fan, you will need toi drive a little ways to campus and find a place to park. The quiet surroundings and the new, clean, well tended hotel was worth a bit of a drive to get to the things we wanted to see. Lovely staff, very clean, we enjoyed it.

NIce hotel, but blankets are very thin and inadequate for winter. I'd stay again but next time ask for extra blankets before retiring.

Stayed for one night. Great price considering quality and location. Hotel is very clean. Everything worked in the room. Free breakfast was great. It was constantly restocked as the morning went. Free Wi-Fi is annoying because it bumps you off after inactivity period. Hotel only has one washer and dryer for customer use, which were broken during my stay. Staff was a tad bit rude when I showed up early before the 3pm checkin time. They will not let you checkin even if you are 10 min early. Because Siegen is a very busy road at almost all times combined with the fact that Honore Lane (which has no traffic light) provides the only access to the hotel, it makes arriving and departed annoying depending on which direction you are arriving from or want to depart to. Overall though, very good experience and would definitely stay again.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great customer service, very clean room, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!!!

Friendly staff and very helpful

It was very clean and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was not awesome but it was ok. The price was fair an the location was close to shopping and food.

It was perfect for what I needed. My event was ten minutes away and I had everything I could possibly need in every direction from the super target mext store to an auto mall down the street. The rooms were clean.

My stay was everything I expected it to be. Clean hotel, room, and courteous service. I would definitely recommend this Best Western.

The continental breakfast (sausage and eggs) were pretty bad. Plus, the price of the room was high for the location, breakfast, and room. Now, knowing the area a little better, I would not stay here again because there are comparable hotels in the location that charge less and have equal quality breakfasts and service.

Great value -room is nice and staff very friendly

We were in Baton Rouge for a family member's Funeral. That was a sad occasion, but not our stay at the Best Western. We really enjoyed our room. Everything was neat and clean. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Baton Rouge.

The room was beautiful and clean and the mattresses were fantastic! The bathroom had some cosmetic issues but didn't cause any problems. The driveway in and out is a little frustrating but it was dark and raining which tends to make everything seem worse. Overall I'm very satisfied with our stay. I had a great sleep due to the quiet area the agent put us in and due to the fabulous mattress. Thank you!

This room definitely looked better I the picture than in person. It was not clean, the carpet was full of stains and it has an odor in the room. The lamp shade had holes in it. It was horrible!! We left right after we checked in and went to the DoubleTree. The only good about this experience was the nice young man at the front desk. He was very understanding.
