Clean, updated, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Stayed 2 nights - will stay again!

i enjoyed my stay at the hotel as it was right off the highway, very clean and the layout of the room was different. there was a rolling shade that covered the window and kept the sun out. on top of the shade was a roman blind which provided additional screen from the sun and outside lights. my only issue with the room was that the walls were very thin. i could here people on the top level walking, every door near me closing (room 320) and people takling in the hallway. if i were able to get the top floor i would probably choose this room again however despite the good review i'm not likely to book a room at this location again due to inside noise.

I've not stayed at many La Quintas, so I wasn't expecting a lot. This was a really nice hotel, breakfast included, really nice sized room with a comfy bed & lots of pillows. Nice workout room, laundry room, business center (I didn't use any of these but it was nice it was there). Only negative is it's right on the freeway so you have that noise, but that doesn't keep me awake. Very convenient to Love Field.

We didn't spend too much time at the hotel. We arrived in Dallas with just enough time to check in, which was quick and easy, call a cab, and head over to the American Airlines Center for a hockey game, and we left early in the morning. Checking out was also very quick. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Even though we didn't use them, I thought it was a plus that the room had a microwave and a fridge. The location was great for us also, close to the American Airlines Center. The only thing I would like to have seen was more vegan/vegetarian breakfast options! The fruit was mostly gone by the time we got down there, and there wasn't anything else we could eat.

Overall I enjoyed my stay but the next time I stay in any hotel, I would prefer to stay on the top floor. The people that were in the room above me were extremely loud.

Hotel room was clean and well laid out. Hot water was hard to come by for my morning shower though.

This is a very good hotel, with a good breakfast. The only thing there was no opportunity for an extra bed. We stood with 3 kids at the hotel.

Easy to find location . Very comfortable hotel. It was very convienient to get a good nights rest and grab hot breakfast before heading out to my destination.

We were very pleased with our stay. Room and hotel were very clean and well maintained.

The hotel was nice and would stay again.

We went to Dallas to see Maroon 5 concert at American Airlines arena. The hotel was only about 5 minutes from the arena. Also close by airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service upfront was great. I wasn't expecting much from the free breakfast but was pleasantly surprised. It included choice of waffles, toast, eggs, sausage biscuits cereal and fresh fruit. Overall very happy with our stay!

Would give them all 5's, clean modern room, friendly staff, but I reported a gross gunk in the bottom of the water filter in the workout center in the evening and the morning. Either they cleaned it and it returned, which means they need to fix something, or they never got around to it. A relatively small thing considering how great everything else was, but it's the little things.

Our stay was great!! Great breakfast, rooms were clean and new. I would for sure stay there again!

Hotel was well-appointed and very well maintained. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast was limited in selection but of decent quality. We would happily stay at this hotel in future.

My family and I stayed at this La Quinta before departing for our vacation and after ariving back from our vacation. The check-in was quick and easy on both occasions. The staff (different on both occasions) was very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied. The rooms (again different on both stays) were very nice and clean. We were able to rest comfortably before and after our vacation. On our second stay, we were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet. The buffet was excellent. You had a choice of fruit, yogart, eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, and drinks. It was very nice to have a variety of options. Check-out was very quick on both occasions as well. Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay at this La Quinta. We will definately stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel had new flooring, beds were comfortable and room was nice for the price. Decent continental breakfast and staff was great

Came into town just for a concert at the American Airlines Center and this was a great location for that. Newer hotel, very clean, friendly staff. They even helped me find a place to get my tire fixed.

Very clean room. Great breakfast.

The Hotel was clean and looked nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The traffic noise, since its located next to the highway, was noticeable but tolerable. I would stay here again.

nice, large and clean rooms. nice breakfast. the stuff were great and knew the neighbourhood

great stay, clean rooms, fine breakfast and friendly stuff. we will sure select it again in our next visit to Dallas (we came for an exhibition in downtown Dallas)

Nice room, bed was okay (I like softer beds and more fluffy covers), the tv was a little far from the bed, the shower was fabulous. Great breakfast with waffle maker and eggs as well as cereal and muffins and all the regular breakfast stuff. The staff were nice as well.

Hotel is still relatively new. Be careful about getting a room on the side of the John Carpenter Freeway as the traffic noise was a little annoying until it settled down. Other than that, a very nice property at an affordable rate.

Quick overnight on our way somewhere else, but would go back.

EVEN better the 2nd time!

Traffic noise 24 7 never a restful moment. Got ear plugs for the second night slept well.

Lots of nice touches like wood flooring in room. Still new, so everything's in good shape. A little tough to find. GPS put me a few blocks away.

It was close to downtown, yet close to Carpenter freeway, which is an easy access to other dfw areas. The exterior was extremely neat and well kept. The lobby and staff were very inviting. The decor, and feel of the hotel was very relaxing. Upon getting to my room, I saw a gorgeous led TV with ocean waves displayed. I liked the touch! A bed with a couch pillow was there to greet me and the bathroom was amazing! I couldn't wait to bathe. The room was spacious, the fridge and microwave worked, my girlfriend loved the stocked blowdryer, and the maids cleaned the room to perfection!I have no complaint except that there isn't much of a view but it doesn't matter anyway. It's as good as any downtown hotel, and parking is free. I found a place to stay whenever I am in Dallas. Thank you La Quinta!

I WATCHED THIS HOTEL GET BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP. MY FINANCEE CAME IN TOWN, & I RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL SINCE I HAD NEVER BEEN ON THE INSIDE BUT I ALREADY KNEW IT WAS NICE JUST FROM THE OUTSIDE. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW & I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORKOUT ROOM EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT BIG. EVERYTHING IS CLEAN. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO STAY NICE CLEAN HOTEL!!

I have stayed at this hotel five times now and everything just works for the guest there. Highly recommend as a moderate priced, yet high quality hotel.

Hotel provided a very convenient commute where we needed to go everyday during our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included was good and it was perfectly adequate. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Nice, new motel. Rooms and halls were clean. Airport shuttle worked fine. No problems at all. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, and very helpful. It's fairly close to the market center 4 miles away...beds are comfy and the hotel is clean. I will return for the value.

Nice hotel and in good condition. Problem was that other guests were very loud and slamming doors at 3am. Not fun when you have a light sleeping infant. Perhaps the hotel should invest for quieter closing doors and more sound proofing.

Recently went to Dallas area for a concert & the hotel really provided awesome service. The hotel is relatively new which was a plus rooms were very clean & comfortable & I felt safe. The only thing that I didn't like too much was that the parking spaces were very tight . I hoped & prayed no one would hit my car but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

The whole hotel has been updated, I would never have guessed that it was a LaQuinta. Modern art deco look in the lobby & updated rooms containing simple elegant artwork, flat screen tvs, comfortable down comforters & soft clean towels. I have stayed at this specific hotel several times, it never fails to satisfy. The location of the hotel puts you right off the highway, so easy to get to downtown & airport. Rates are reasonable & the hotel has all of the amenities; pool, business center, free breakfast, workout room, laundry room & friendly staff.

The service was excellent, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast modest but OK. Airport shuttle a big "plus." A good deal for the money!!
